Im neuen Docuware sollte in der Suchmaske wieder die Möglichkeit sein Indexfelder zueinander zu filtern.
Im neuen Docuware fehlt uns in der Suchmaske die Möglichkeit Indexfelder zueinander zu filtern.
Wir verarbeiten viele sehr ähnlich gelagerte Vorgänge, bestehend aus den Indexfeldern Objekt, Aktenzeichen und Aktenbezeichnung. Hier funktioniert die neue Suchstruktur bei uns nicht.
Die aktuelle Suchmaske im neuen Docuware gibt die Auswahllisten der Indexfelder ungefiltert zurück. Für ein Objekt werden alle möglichen Aktenzeichen und Aktenbezeichnungen sämtlicher Objekte angezeigt.
Dies führt dazu, dass ein treffsicheres Auffinden von ähnlichen oder gleichen Vorgängen in unterschiedlichen Objekten nicht mehr möglich ist. Die Volltextsuche bringt hier ebenfalls nichts, weil oft der Wortlaut der Akte, oder die Aktenbezeichnung und oder das Aktenzeichen…

Permanent changes to the columns displayed
When searching for documents, I would like to be able to set permanently which details/columns are displayed.
At the moment, after a search, only the document name, file type, etc. are displayed. Export CSV with Clipped Document
Add a system clumn to specify if the record has clipped document so it could be available for csv export

Using X for today's date in New DocuWare fills in the current time, not 12 midnight-the search finds Nothing with one or both Xs
This should work as with Classic DocuWare, with the X filling in the prior midnight not the current time

Suchen im Papierkorb
Da man in einem Papierkorb nicht gezielt suchen kann mit einer Suchfunktion (nicht einmal per Volltext), ist es schwierig, Dokumente wiederzufinden, wenn bereits viele Dokumente im Papierkorb liegen. Das wäre mit einer Suchfunktion wie im Client sehr viel einfacher.

Wenn Kunden nach einer Artikelnummer suchen und es werden viele Dokumente mit z.b. genau der Dateigröße angezeigt, ist das Volltext-Ergebnis kaum mehr sinnvoll nutzbar.
Wenn ich Felder ausschließen kann - z.b. Dateigröße, DocID - dann würde das die Ergebnisqualität deutlich erhöhen.3 votes -
Allow hyperlinks in fields to be used in Related Document searches as well
Currently hyperlinks are allowed to be clicked in result lists as of 7.12, but when using a related document search, those links are no longer clickable from there. It would be very useful to allow this feature across all forms of search and result lists

I think it would be a good idea, when a person imports files into DocuWare.
It has a static table that has a static number to display. Instead of searching all files/imports every time you run a search.This figure, would incrementally increase or decrease based on adding or deleting files/imports.

Auswahllistensortierung in der Suchmaske im Dialog einstellen
Hallo Zusammen, unser Kunde wünscht sich die Möglichkeit, die Auswahlisteneinträge der Standartauswahlliste innerhalb der Suchmaske anders sortieren zu können. Derzeit ist es fix hinterlegt, dass Einträge nur alphabetisch aufsteigend, also von der Zahl 0 bis zum Buchstaben Z angezeigt werden. Der Kunde würde dies gern in umgekehrter Reihenfolge angezeigt bekommen. Hier wäre es praktisch, wenn man dies im Suchdialog je Feld selbst definieren könnte.

Do not display prohibited operations in the right-click menu
The index value profile settings are set so that any document cannot be downloaded.
However, when you select a document in the web client and open the right-click menu, the "Download" menu appears.
When you try to download it, an error message appears and the download does not work.
I believe this is normal behavior, but it is confusing for users.
For documents that cannot be downloaded using the index value profile settings, hide the "Download" option in the right-click menu.3 votes -
Suche Tabellenspalten wie Stichwortlisten
In DocuWare lässt sich in einer Suche nach Stichwort-Feldern suchen.
Was uns fehlt, ist es auch nach Tabellenspalten (welche auch nur Stichwort-Felder sind) suchen zu können.Als Beispiel gibt es in RV die Splitbuchungstabelle, in der man nach dem Buchungstext bzw. nach den Sachkonten suchen können möchte.

Implement AI-based natural language search functions to browse documents
AI offers the possibility to search among documents in natural language. This would be valuable, because we observe that users tend to request expert-users for help in searching theirs documents, that they struggle to find.
Of course, non-generative AI (e.g. Prisme.AI) that would be able not to find, instead of inventing / creating.1 vote -
Allow URL's to be put into the results/list dialogues so we can link to web pages or video links
We use video clips as part of our documentation to support areas of our business such as property inspections and surveys, these are stored obviously outside of DocuWare, but it would be really useful to allow live hyperlinks as a field type in the results and/or list views so we can link a video/s to a record in DocuWare - alternatively a storage method in DocuWare to allow video format files

In der DocuWare Ergebnisliste gibt es die Möglichkeit, direkt zur letzten Seite zu springen.
Tatsächlich wird jedoch maximal die 100. Seite geöffnet.
Wenn mehr als 100 Seiten vorhanden sind, kann man lediglich über den Pfeilbutton „Nächste Seite“ einzeln weiter navigieren. Der Pfeilbutton „Letzte Seite“ wird nach der 100. Seite ausgegraut und ist nicht mehr nutzbar.1 vote -

Searching for a negated value, meaning that in DocuWare we want to find documents whose metadata does NOT contain a specific value.

Individuelle Spaltenkonfiguration serverseitig speichern.
Wenn man nach Dokumenten sucht, dann lassen sich für jeden Benutzer die Spalten individuell verschieben.
Diese Verschiebung bleibt auch erhalten, bis man sein Browserzwischenspeicher/-cache löscht oder löschen muss.
Daher ist mein Vorschlag, diese Informationen nicht im Browser, sondern auf dem Server zu speichern.4 votes -

Für eine schnelle Bearbeitung, bzw. Stapelbearbeitung wäre es wünschenswert, wenn statt dem folgend beschriebenen Ist-Zustand ein Soll-Zustand umgesetzt werden könnte!
[IST]: In dem Bereich "meine Aufgaben" sehe ich gelistete Vorgänge, die ich zu Bearbeiten habe. Um jeweils die Vorschau zu sehen muss ich einen Doppelklick für jeden einzelnen vernetzten Beleg durchführen. Das ist insgesamt umständlich und sehr Zeitaufwändig.
[SOLL]: Aus dem Microsoft Windows Dateiexplorer bin ich gewohnt, daß ich sogar mit den Pfeiltasten der Tastatur navigieren kann und sich die entsprechende Anzeige im Vorschaufenster automatisch, sogar ohne Doppelklick, aktualisiert. Dies ermöglicht…2 votes -
