Enable on Webclient enhanced search for booleans (and, or) option that works with two o more fields
If you have to search for example field name=Jhon or lastname=Dhoe is not possible on Webclient because always search using AND.

Unsere Mitarbeiter wünschen sich eine Möglichkeit die Suchergebnisliste im WebClient ausdrucken zu können. Wenn sehr viele neue Aufträge bzw. Rechnungen zu bearbeiten sind, verliert man schnell den Überblick was schon bearbeitet wurde. Daher möchte man einmalig alles herausfiltern das noch bearbeitet werden muss, diese Liste ausdrucken und dann auf der ausgedruckten Liste abhaken was bearbeitet wurde.

Bei Eingabe einer kombinierten Suche (Begriff1 OPERATOR Begriff2...) sollen NUR Dokumente angezeigt werden, bei denen beide oder mehrere Begriffe auf der gleichen Seite stehen.

Bei Fulltext-Suche soll die Anzahl der Treffer pro Dokument angezeigt werden
Wenn man nach einem BEGRIFF in Fulltext sucht, wird eine Ergebnisliste zurückgegeben. Nach Doppelklick in dieser Ergebnisliste auf ein Dokument soll dann die Anzahl der Treffer pro Dokument im Viewer angezeigt werden.

Suchmaske und Ergebnisliste untereinander darstellen (Bis Version 6.5)
Bis Version 6.5 war es gegeben, das die Suchmaske nach erfolgter Suche nicht verschwindet und nur noch die Ergebnisliste sichtbar war, sondern die Ergebnisliste öffnete sich in einem neuen Fenster/ Reiter unterhalb der Suche.

"Edit" button after check-out/check-in
In Docuware WebClient is some inconsistency.
User can "edit" document from search view/task lists, however after even once check-out/check-in to be able to edit the document user must always use the check-out/check-in. After check-out/check-in "Edit" button from view/task lists becomes inactive.
Please to add "Edit" functionality in the search view/task lists when document was checked-out/checked-in.

Restore the ability to do an "OR" search in the web client when searching more than one index
The windows client had radio buttons for "And" and "OR" on the search dialog when entering values on more than one index. Example: Email file cabinet has a To index and a From index. I want to search for emails To or From an individual.

dynamische Ergebnisliste, Spalten autom. ausblenden
Wenn wir nach mehreren Feldern (eindeutige Auswahl ohne *) suchen, interessieren diese Felder in der Ergebnis-Anzeige nicht mehr, da diese ja bei allen gefundenen Dokumenten gleich sind.
Wir würden jetzt gerne die Spalten, die in der Suchmaske mit eindeutigen Werten befüllt wurden automatisch auf Spaltenbreite 0 setzen lassen, damit diese die Übersicht in der Ergebnisliste verbessern, also „Suchspalten dynamisch ausblenden“.

2) Das Ergebnis, hier sind die Spalten ProjectNr., Doctype, Item und PSP Code uninteressant, da diese ja anhand der eindeutigen Suche (ohne *) alle den gleichen Inhalt aufweisen (Screenshot-2)

Bring back the Print Result List button
Previous versions of the thick client had a Print Result List button that would print a result list directly to a printer. I have customers that use this to report on recently stored documents. Now they have several more steps to work around this missing button.
The older Thick client -
1. Search for documents.
2. Click button to print result list. - - It would be printed directly to a printer. (In a readable format.)The Web Client.

3. Open CSV in excel.

Options for changing the font and the font size for search and result dialogues
It should be possible to change the font and the font size for search dialogues and result lists to safe space. Until now you can only use the zoom from your browser.

Volltextsuche innerhalb eines Dokumentes anpassen
Hallo zusammen,
ist ein Dokument im Viewer aufgerufen, kann über die Werkzeugleiste innerhalb des Dokumentes eine Volltextsuche gestartet werden. Jedoch gibt es leider nur die Parameter aufwärts und abwärts suchen. Befindet man sich auf Seite 3 des Dokumentes und weiß nicht wo sich ein bestimmter Eintrag befindet kann man nur ein Ratespiel beginnen, aufwärts oder abwärts suchen.
Toll wäre es wenn es dort noch den Punkt "Über das ganze Dokument suchen" geben würde.

Es sollte möglich sein über eine Wildcard / Sternsuche in numerischen Feldern über den URL-Integrationslink zu suchen.
Derzeit kann die Sternsuche nicht verwendet werden, um z.B. einen Teilwert aus einer Fremdapplikation "HotConnect" über einen URL-Integrationslink in einem num. Use 'Tab' same as 'Enter' in search dialog index field selection
When you enter a value in a search dialog index field, you see automatically the results to choose from. You can walk through results using the cursorbuttons and select a value by ENTER. Would be usefull to make the select also possible by using ALT button.

Improve the ability to find documents after a name change has occurred.
When a vendor or client has a name change, we would like to be able to retrieve the documents that are indexed with the old name, using the new name.
For instance, Company is ABC and there are 100 documents indexed using ABC as the index in the Client Name field. Company ABC has a name change to company XYZ. When retrieving a document using XYZ, it should also retrieve the documents indexed as ABC.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Add manual entry feature to Smart Connect
In our environment, the OCR portion of Smart Connect has proven to be extremely unreliable. We would like to request a feature where you can enter a Smart Connect key combination and a dialog window pops up into which you can manually enter a search term or phrase (such as a patient ID) and have a search performed using that term.

Mainly because there will be new funtionality with the next DocuWare Version 7.4 in Smart Connect and I believe this functionality will help you solving your desired use case. There will be a functionality where Smart Connect will not rely on OCR but search for the element you have highlighted in the software.

Ability to color code lines in the Invoice Search Dialog Box
To provide the user(s) the ability to color code specific line items. there are line items that are not being worked due to various reasons however one has to continuously go back into the invoice to see notes as opposed to being able to highlight a line to know it can not be worked at this time, etc.
