3. Restore the ability to drag and drop documents and unstapled pages to reorder them in the web basket

   The last upgrade (Build: 6.5.0.5819) seriously diminished the functionality of the web basket. Please restore the ability to drag and drop pages so that they may be reordered in the web basket. If you split apart a document that has more than, say, 10 pages, it would be very cumbersome to reorder some of the pages in the middle of the document using the order of selection approach. The same holds true if you need to merge the pages of one unstapled document with another. If the documents are more than several pages, you will have to do a lot of selecting and stapling to get the desired order. Also, the new basket sorting mechanism does not makes sense for unstapled documents--what does it mean to sort an unstapled document by name or creation date? The pages need to stay in document order and be easy to reorder like the basket of the previous version.

4. Datumseingabe erleichtern

   Die Datumseingabe ist sehr umständlich. Sobald man bei einer Datumseingabe sich kurz vertippt wird es äusserst schwer das Datum korrekt einzugeben.
   Die Datumseingabe verhält sich dabei nicht intuitiv, das Feld springt von Tag zu Monat zu Jahr. Wenn man versucht ein Datum mit Trennzeichen (z.B. Punkt) einzugeben wird der Monat übersprungen wenn das Datum zweistellig ist (26 PUNKT 05 PUNKT 2016 = 26.01.2016).
   Die Datumseingabe verhält sich einfach grundsätzlich anders als in anderen Programmen was die Gewöhnung sehr schwer macht.
   Kann hier auf keine intuitivere Datumseingabe zurück gegriffen werden?

   It is very important to create custom reports about users including role, profile, and group assignment, user permissions on each file cabinet. It is an added value in DocuWare administration for auditing purpose and PCI compliance.

6. I suggest to allow more colors for the stamps or web baskets

   I would like to have the option of choosing more colors when creating any of the following... stamps/web baskets/ file cabinets/ decisions on workflow manager. I have a couple of clients that have a bunch of file cabinets and different colors will make it a lot easier on the eyes.

7. Unterstützung von Mac OS X

   Wünschenswert wäre eine native Unterstützung von Mac OS X.
   Die Ausrichtung auf Web ist toll, allerdings wird ein vernünftiges Arbeiten nur mit den Desktop Apps (z.B. Edit & Send) und Connect to Outlook möglich.
   Diese sind reine Windows Applikationen und schränken somit die Mac Umgebung auf reines Suchen ein.

8. Mac OSX compatibility with Desktop Apps is ESSENTIAL. Otherwise, a web-based solution that is not OS specific would work.

The web capabilities are the only way we can make use of DocuWare. But all features are not available, specifically, Desktop Apps (scanning, printing, etc.) These are the functions that we desperately need.

10. User über die Administration aus dem System ausloggen

    Die Möglichkeit User zu sehen die eingeloggt sind (weiss das es den Punkt gibt, ist aber ziemlich gut versteckt) und auch für einzelne oder alle Anwender einen Logout erzwingen.

11. Open Workflow Task from a Search/Result List

    Since there is no way to filter a Workflow, it would be nice to Open the current activity from a Search/Result List. For example, you can open the Workflow History, but you should be able to take the next activity

14. Leere Formularfelder im Workflow Stempel ausblenden

    Der Kunde nutzt im Workflow einen Kontierungsstempel um mehrere Koststellen, Konten und Beträge zu einer Rechnung hinzuzufügen.

    Um es einfach zu gestallten, wurde mehrere Formularfelder in der Entscheidung "Kontieren" erstellt.

    Betrag1

    Kst2
    Konto2
    Betrag2

    usw..

    Wenn eine Rechnung jetzt nur eine Kostenstelle hat, werden die Formularfeldnamen der leeren Formularfelder (Kst2, Konto2, Betrag2) trotzdem mit auf das Dokument aufgebracht. Dies ist in diesem Falle eine Platzverschwendung auf dem Dokument.

    Mann sollte entscheiden können, welches Formularfeld auf das Dokument beim Stempeln aufgetragen wird und welches nicht.

15. Add Security assertion markup language (SAML) Support

    To be able to integrate DocuWare in an architecture where SSO is implement with SALM V2 protocol , DocuWare needs to implement such protocol.

    This would be a major improvement for On Premise and also Cloud architecture to provide simple and standardize way for SSO service

    For instance the Azure Architecture supports SAML 2.0

    Thank you for your idea. We decided to support OpenID Connect, so we are not considering SAML at the moment. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

    We are planning to implement Single Sign-On with Azure AD in DocuWare Cloud based on Open-ID Connect for the next release of DocuWare

    Kunden bekommen oft Emails von Lieferanten wo gleich mehrere einzelne Aufträge mitgeschickt werden. Diese Attachments sind dann pro Projektnummer einzeln ab zu legen. Hierzu wäre es gut, wenn man in DW die Möglichkeit hätte aus zu wählen welches Attachment jetzt gespeichert werden sollte.

    Wir arbeiten derzeit nicht an dieser Funktionalität.
    Allerdings bietet Connect to Outlook und Connect to mail ab der DocuWare Version 7.3 die Möglichkeit Anhänge getrennt von einander abzulegen. Sie können damit eine Mail mit fünf Anhängen in sechs Dokumente in DocuWare aufteilen.

    Über einen Rechtsklick auf den Anhang in Outlook können ausserdem jeweils einzelne Anhänge abgelegt werden

    Wenn man in einem abteilungsspezifischen Briefkorb ist z.B. "Personalwesen" oder "Rechnungswesen",
    so hat man aufgrund der grundsätzlich unterschiedlichen Indexdaten logischer Weise im Personalwesen einen anderen Ablagedialog als im Rechnungswesen. (völlig unterschiedliche Felder)
    Wenn ein Mitarbeiter nun für beide Rollen berechtigt ist, dann sieht diese Person aktuell unabhängig vom Briefkorb, in dem sie sich gerade befindet, beim Ablegen sämtliche Ablagedialoge, für die Sie berechtigt ist.
    Also z.B. sieht man sämtliche Rechnungsablage-Dialoge obwohl man im Briefkorb Personal ist.
    Wenn wir es ermöglichen würden, einem Briefkorb spezielle Dialoge zuzuordnen, dann würde man im jeweiligen Briefkorb nur noch die Dialoge sehen, die erstens dem Briefkorb zugeordnet sind und zweitens für die man berechtigt ist.
    Die Übersichtlichkeit würde dadurch deutlich verbessert.

20. Export von Rechnungen in xRechnung/ZUGFeRD Format

    Export von Rechnungen in xRechnung/ZUGFeRD Formaten.
    Da die Ausgangsrechnungen in Docuware mit Indexdaten versehen werden, wäre es ein Leichtes ein Export um xRechnung/ZUGFeRD Format zu erweitern.

    Da dieser Formate in EU Standard sind und Bund bereits ab 27.11.2020 ausschließlich Elektronische Rechnungen akzeptiert ist diese Erweiterung dringend fällig.
