1. Mehr als 100 Suchergebnisse pro Ergebnisseite

   Wir archivieren u.a. Bankbelege (in grosser Anzahl) und sortieren in den Suchergebnissen häufig nach Spalten/Kolonnen. Wir wären froh, wenn wieder wie in früheren Docuware Versionen (älter 6.5) mehr als 100 Suchergebnisse pro Ergebnisseite (d.h. frei definierbar) dargestellt werden können. Dies würde uns erlauben, weiterhin effizient (ohne zu viele Such-Einschränkungen) die entsprechenden Dokumente aufzufinden.

4. dringendst die Auswahllisten in DW Request wie in vorhergehenden Versionen verfügbar wieder zu integrieren

   Eine Suche ist derzeit quasi nicht verfügbar - zumindest keine strukturiere Suche (nur Volltext / unstrukturiert zu suchen ist nicht hilfreich). Daher ist hier ein Einsatz nur sinnvoll wenn die Auswahlliste bzw. selektive Auswahlliste wieder zur Verfügung gestellt wird.

5. Hervorhebung von Dokumenten anhand von Meta Daten

   Es wäre schön, wenn man Dokumente irgendwie in der Ergebnisliste hervorheben könnte, wenn bestimmte Meta Werte vorhanden sind.

   Beispiel ein Dokument hat im Meta Feld Status = important. Dann wird der Eintrag in der Ergebnissliste fett oder rot oder sonst wie hervorgehoben.

6. Alphabetical list of search dialogs in WebClient

   When I go to Settings > searches, to enable which search dialogs I want to be visible. I see a list of 40+ dialogs, but they are not alphabetical so I cannot easily find the one I want!!

7. grouping of search dialogs

   Idea from DocuWare Product Blog:
   Docuware should create a menu for search dialogues in a tree form so that grouped automatically showing only dialogs over file cabinet and go as needed. Often that choice is not enough for some users who actually work with many dialogs all the time.

9. Erweiterte Suche bei Numerischen- und Datumsfeldern

   Im WebClient sollte die erweiterte Suche auch für Datums- und numerische Felder möglich sein, so wie es im Windows-Client der Fall ist.

   Momentan ist in diesen Feldern weder eine AND/OR Suche noch die Suche nach z.B. leeren Einträgen möglich.

10. Indexeinträge sollten dauerhaft angezeigt werden können!

    Indexeinträge konnten im alten Web-Client dauerhaft angezeigt werden wenn mehrere Dokumente einer Suche bearbeitet werden mussten.

    Dies ist nun in Vers.6 Web-Client nicht mehr möglich, was für uns einen enormer Rückschritt ist.

    Diese Funktion wieder hinzuzufügen wäre sehr Wichtig!

12. Right Click on a value to search for all related documents based on this value

    From the file cabinet, right click on any of the values and have ability to search for all related documents based on this value in this category. For example if Status = Indexed and I wanted to quickly search for all documents with this same value even though my search dialog had be set to another search type, then i can initiate a new search dialog from the right click and a drop down option.

13. Rote Markierung im Highlight Search mit Fulltext

    Im Smart Search, besser gesagt im Highlight Search mit Fulltext fehlt momentan die rote Markierung mit der gesagt wird wo auf dem Dokument der Begriff gefunden wurde.

    Dieses wäre sehr praktisch auch hier einzufügen um nachzuvollziehen woher er diesen Begriff zieht.

14. Bearbeitung Anzeige Document History

    Sobald ich von einem Dokument die "Document Hisotry" anzeigen lasse, sehe ich welche User ein Dokument abgelegt haben (Stored By). Leider werden hier die Benutzer IDs angezeigt, die in meiner großen Umgebung für die User nichts sagen sind.

    z.B. Max Mustermann = Benuter ID: MMU001

    Für die Analyse von Dokumenten ist es zwingend notwenig das die User überprüfen können wer dieses Dokument abgelegt hat.

    Ich benötige eine möglichkeit dort den User von Benutzer ID zu long Name zu ändern oder einfach ein Feld zu nutzen wo ich den long Name reinschreiben lasse.

    Hi, When using full text search for key word(s), it would be really useful to know how many results with the document there are. We can see the number of documents it exists in but not the number of times within that document

    When using the Checkout feature of version control there is no notice that the document is checked out to a subsequent user if they are only viewing the document. A notice of being checked out is only shown if a subsequent viewer attempts to edit the document. A notice should also be provided that the document is check out even if they are only viewing it. Otherwise the user viewing the document is assuming that it is the most current version and may take action accordingly not knowing that they should actually wait and view the document later after any revisions being made to the document while it was checked out are completed.

18. Change the default file cabinets when searching multiple file cabinets

    Our client would like the ability to change the default file cabinets that are selected when performing a search across multiple file cabinets. Whenever you do a multi-file cabinet search, the same file cabinets are always selected. In an instance that you say want to select the same 4 file cabinets every time, you would have to add the same 2 file cabinets every time and couldn't change it to default to 4 file cabinets. This has been tested by DW support and confirmed not to be a function of DocuWare currently.

19. ODER Suche vereinfachen # anstatt OR

    Die ODER Suche war in der Version 5.1 mit # möglich (ohne Leerzeichen). Somit konnte eine ODER Suche mit einer Vielzahl an Suchbegriffen einfach und schnell eingeben werden.
    Dies ist in der aktuellen Version mit dem Operator OR leider umständlich und zeitaufwändig.

    Possibility to search an accentuated value with a non accentuated value in a form field and/or fulltext field.
    i.e : "eleve" can show values "élèves", "prélévement", "prélever"...
    conversely, accentuated word must not show non-accentuted values, for exemple "évén" must not show "revendeur", "prévenu" or "éventuellement" but is right for "événement".
