Full text search available on annotations

System-Felder (Erstellungsdatum/Modifikationsdatum/Benutzer etc.) in Suche und Ergebnissen
Vor Version 6.5 war es möglich nach System-Feldern zu suchen und diese also in die Suchergebnisse einzubinden.
Konkret geht es darum, Archiv-Elemente nach Erstellungsdatum/Modifikationsdatum sowie nach Ablage-User/Modifikations-User suchen zu können.
Beispiel: Suche alle Dokumente, welche User ABC gestern im Archiv abgelegt hat.
Jeder Power-User & Administrator ist auf solche System-Felder angewiesen, es erleichtert das Auffinden/Mutieren/Korrigieren (von Fehlern) u.a. in den Index-Daten. Soweit ich weiss, werden diese Index-Daten in der Docuware Datenbank nachgeführt.

Ability to show system fields in the result view list
In the administration console under Result View of the File Cabinet, it would be beneficial to add the ability to show DW System fields like Stored On, Stored By, DocID, Etc. in the result list. Furthermore, it would be beneficial to have this ability in the Search Dialogs as well.
This is somewhat similar to how the Version Status, Number and Change Comment fields work, they are system fields that have the ability to be shown in the dialog but are set to Not Visible by default.64 votesThank you for your contribution. Your idea is available with version 7.4.

Allow for multiple File cabinet search in webclient
The windows client has the ability to search multiple file cabinets at the same time. When can we get this feature in the web client, this is a needed feature for customer trying to make use of an archive/active type system. The ability to search a smaller group of document lets say from the past year improves the speed of the results. Then a search to say search the active FC (less than 1 yer old) and an Archive FC (1 year old or more), which in turn takes longer to display the results. Is this a feature that can…

Sortierung einer Ergebnisliste nach Systemfeldern
Die Sortierung einer Ergebnisliste nach den Systemfeldern Seitenzahl, DOCID und Ablagedatum sollte, wie in DocuWare 6.1 schon vorhanden, auch möglich sein.
Man kann dann leichter erkennen, ob es Dokumente gibt, die nicht sauber getrennt wurden oder die eine unverhältnismäßig hohe Seitenzahl haben.

die Baumansicht auch im WebClient verfügbar ist
bzw. die Möglichkeit nach Indexfeldern in einer Ergebnisliste zu Gruppieren, so das diese dann im Webclient aufgeklappt werden können.
Im Anhang Beispiel aus SharePoint, hier ist nach Jahr und Nach Stationsnummer gruppiert, diese kann man aufklappen (die Zahl in Klammern zeigt die vorhandenen Datensätze an)

Ansicht des WebClients speichern (Version 6.5)
Ich schlage vor das beim Browser Client 6.5 die Ansicht beim einloggen erscheint mit der man den Client beendet hat. Er springt immer zu den Briefkörben, die Aufgabenlisten müssen immer explizit angewählt werden. Das ist sehr umständlich, schließlich möchte man mit denen Arbeiten

Es wäre praktisch wenn man im WebClient Dokumente über mehrere Archive suchen könnte.

display the (actual) total number of docs returned
If your search contains a large number of documents returned, you will likely get a random value with a "+" next to it. If my results list should return 105,922 documents, I should see 105,922. What is listed is 3816+

Hide the "Store Date" field in search dialogs
I realize the "store date" search criteria is helpful in 95% of all situations, but in my case there are a few other "date" categories, and my end users are confused very easily. I'm not suggesting a removal of the field (but would be fine too), but at least the option to hide the field for each search dialog.

Right click on a value in result list gives option to filter the list by this value
Suppose I have a result list with several fields and one of those fields is department. The results might contain several departments such as Accounting, Billing, Payroll, etc. I right click on the word 'Accounting' in the department column of the result list and have a context menu option to filter the list by this value which would result in the same list except only where Dept = Accounting

Filters in Lists & Result Lists
Abitily to filter columns/fields in the result lists or even in the search results to further narrow the search... but especially in LISTS, since they are predefined and have no ability to continue narrowing down.

Allow stored time to be a searchable field
I want to be able to determine what time a document was stored. This would be for tracking and managing production of employees who are scanning / storing documents.

Your idea is available since a few versions. You can already search for a combination of date and time. Also the date and time is viewable in the index entries of the document (system fields) -
Please return right-click functionality in the dialogs fields
Users are used to bring up select list and Filtered Select list (formerly Selective Select list) menu by right-clicking within fields.
All my users keep on right-clicking out of many years of habit with nothing happening. Very frustrating.5 votesThank you for your contribution.

close all open searches
I would like to see a way to close all open searches for a user. Have seen several times that users have 100+ search windows open in DocuWare and the web client then becomes very sluggish. Currently the only way to close them is to go thought one at a time, very tedious. A way to clear "cache" in DocuWare web client would be a welcome addition to my company.

Ablagedatum in Suchdialogen nach oben rücken
Das Ablagedatum als wichtiges Feld sollte in Suchdialogen oben zu finden sein. Bislang ist dieses Feld unbeweglich unten (regelmäßig muss hier heruntergescrollt werden).

toggle mandatory fields
similar to many web forms today, it would be great if you could enable/disable mandatory fields based on the selection of a prior field. Lets say I have a document type select list with "Invoice - A" and "Invoice - B" as options. if you choose A, these 2 fields now show as mandatory, but if you show B, these 3 fields now show as mandatory.

Add ability to Filter based on External Select Lists, as well as Internal Select Lists
In version 6.5, the client was able to filter search and store dialogs based on standard and external select lists. After upgrading, this funtion no longer works for external select lists. I realize that there is an FAQ article on this and it states that filtering on external select lists is not supported, however, it clearly did function in 6.5.
This would be beneficial to add back in.

Aus unserer Warenwirtschaft kennen wir bereits die Suchfunktion je Spalte, diese wird stetig genutzt und führt zu schnellen Suchergebnissen.
Es wäre toll wenn diese Funktion auch bei Docuware je Spalte sowohl in Listen als auch nutzbar wären. Denn häufg weiß ich wonach ich suche kann aber jeweils nur einen konkreten Filter je Zeile setzen.
Wählbar könnten z.B, sein: beginnt mit, enthält, ich größer oder kleiner als
2 votesVielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag. Sie können bereits in Listen und Aufgaben über den Spaltenkopf eine Filterung der Liste umsetzen. Dazu gehen Sie mit der Maus auf den Kopf der Spalte und klicken auf das dann erscheinende Filter-Icon.
