Add more fields to read through Inteligent Indexing
For now we can add unlimited TABLE variables to inteligent indexing, but option for adding normal variables like decimal,string, date are LIMITED
Can we have option to add more ?

We have improved the indexing quality of table fields by Intelligent Indexing. Also we increased the number of customizable index fields, which can be configured in the mapping in the store dialog.

Bring back option to filter preceding spaces
Before the upgrade in version 7, the autoindex workflows were able to filter preceding spaces on entries coming from a GP database. This was disabled and either removed or hidden in the workflow changes made with the Version 7 update. These spaces are causing issues with reporting and searches within docuware due to their inconsistent nature and currently, a team member has to go through every document to ensure that the spaces are removed in the linked fields.
Please bring this feature back as part of the auto-index workflow setup.

If the option “Drop leading blanks” is enabled for the appropriate file cabinet field, preceding spaces are automatically removed, regardless of how the index entry was set.

Keyword table instead of field
It would be very helpful if you could add some kind of table data as index criteria to a document. In a lot of workflows, for example an incoming invoice process, users need to allocate multiple amounts on specific cost centers or accounts.
At the moment it is only possible to add multiple keyword fields which then can contain multiple data entries but the single entries are not linked to each other.

auto increment value
what we need is the field in a cabinet to increase automatically +1 from the last value entered each time a new document is entered in the file cabinet .
For exampleImport new document in a file cabinet ---------------------- field named reference number Is automatically filled with a numeric value like 001

I suggest to allow customizing the pre-defined document types
I suggest to offer a possibility to customize the pre-defined document types by mapping a more desirable value to the pre-defined document types i.e. "Invoice In" -> "My Invoice" .

"mehrere indexbegriffe ändern" kann nicht sinnvoll für Stichwortfelder verwendet werden
Die Funktion "mehrere Indexfelder ändern" ist für eindeutige Indexbegriffe sinnvoll. Für Stichwortfelder ist sie aber sehr gefährlich, weil sämtliche vorhandenen Einträge gelöscht werden. Sofern mehrere Dokumente aber sowohl eigene Stichworte haben (zum Beispiel Artikelnummern) als auch gemeinsame (zum Beispiel Zeichnungsnummer des Zusammenbaus) ist die Funktion nicht nutzbar und es muss jedes einzelne Dokument ergänzt werden. Deshalb wäre eine Funktion "Stichworte ergänzen" wünschenswert, die keine Feldinhalte überschreibt, sondern lediglich die Stichworttabelle aller gewählter Dokumente um den Eintrag erweitert.

Unique key into File Cabinet
Into the File Cabinet the user have the possibility to mark the fields that the values must be unique. This will avoid duplicate data (eg invoices with the same number)

autoindex match
It would save time if you could limit the number of rows that need updating on an autoindex workflow if you could also select records where fields don't match as well as fields that do match in the AutoIndex Definition Match Code. You would require at least one matching field.

Point to clipboard a barcode
Copy a barcode value in clipboard, to paste in third party application. today, even if the text is under the barcode, it is impossible to take only the text. the copy give a succession of 1 (111111 11)

Allow turning filters off by default when indexing
In version 7.1 at least, users complain that when indexing they need to turn off filtering every time in order to see the full select lists in fields they need to fill in. Filters cannot be turned off by default. Once they fill in any fields, the remaining fields only display filtered values unless they turn off the filters.

Allow writing into table fields via Autoindex or Workflow 'assign data' step.
There should be the option to write into specific table field columns either within the Autoindex module or the assign data step within the workflow designer.
The use can for this is an end user would like to assign the same GL codes and amounts for recurring invoices. Instead of having to type out this information each time a "standard" invoice comes through, they would select an identifying option which would then kick off an Autoindex job or Workflow. From there we would assign the fixed GL data.
This would save the customer time as they would not have to…

Create a field in the Store Dialog for Notes
Create a field in the Store Dialog for Notes just like there one for Workflow.
It would be helpful to provide users with some form of instruction at the time of indexing.

Autoindex matching with operators
It would be useful to check a match with different operators (like =;>;<) in the autoindex workflow. For example then I can check directly for duplicates against the own database. Matching could look like this
DOCID<>DOCID
DOCTYPE=DOCTYPE
ReferencNR=ReferenceNRWith this a document will not match with itself.

Neues Feld: Datum und Uhrzeit
Es wäre schön wenn man bei der Ablage zusätzlich zum Datum auch die Uhrzeit einstellen könnte.

In Ablagemaske von Connect to Outlook ich kann nicht filtern. Schalte ich den Filter ab wird alles angezeigt. Aktiviere ich den Filter, wird grundsätzlich nichts angezeigt. Dazu kann ich in der Konfiguration von C2O nicht einstellen, auf welche Felder sich der Filter beziehen soll.

Filtern sollte im Ablagedialog von Connect to Outlook genauso funktionieren, wie in jedem anderen Ablagedialog auch. In der Konfiguration con Conect to Outlook wird ein Ablagedialog ausgewählt. Bei Ablagedialogen können Sie entsprechend die Filterung der Auswahllisten definieren.
Sollte das bei Ihnen nicht so funktionieren, wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Support. -
Tie the readout areas to the anchors in Import/Scan templates
It appears that Anchors assigned to Readout Areas only determine the page that the Readout Area is on. I think it would be better if the Readout Area assigned to an Anchor moved with the Anchor. In this way changes in the size or placement of the document would not cause a loss of data due to the Readout area capturing the wrong area of a page.
