1. Felder mit Auswahllisten direkt füllen (Auto-Fill)

   Bei Feldern mit Auswahllisten, sollten diese direkt bei der Eingabe gefüllt werden ohne diese nochmal mit Maus oder Curser Down und Eingabe bestätigt werden zu müssen.

   Ein TAB für das Vervollständigen des ersten Eintrages aus der Auswahlliste würde ebenfalls genügen.

2. Multi Column Select List - Auto-Populate Data Once a Feld Is Selected

   Hi,

   Is this possible......

   Multi-Column select lists.......

   If a user selects an entry in a field using a multi column select list, it auto populates the data in the other fields that are configured in that store dialog using the multi-column select list.

   I think this could be a very powerful feature that would eliminate a lot of processing time. If configured and programmed correctly, using a database connection select list, it could enhance DocuWare considerably.

3. ability to hide or disable 'create data record'

   end users are confused easily. I highly recommend adding the ability to hide or disable 'create data record' option in the web client. could be permissions driven or just a check box. I've had many users select this option when they really wanted 'store'.

4. Vollautomatisiertes Vorausfüllen von (Ablage-)Dialogen durch SQL

   mit Docuware 6.9 umgesetzt. (Vielen Dank dafür!)

   Es wurde bei der Umsetzung in DW 6.9 ganz offensichtlich eine entscheidende Funktion nicht umgesetzt: Der vollständige Automatismus: Derzeit muss ich das Dropdown-Menü öffnen um den einen per Subselect (geholten) Wert auszuwählen.
   Mir erschließt sich jetzt noch nicht, wie ich die nachfolgenden Felder vollautomatisch ausgefüllt bekomme.
   Konkret: Wenn das „Subselect“ für Feld2 in Abhängigkeit von Feld1 nur noch einen Rückgabewert liefert, dann soll der gleich in das entsprechende Feld vorausgefüllt werden.
   Dies war so in den Kommentaren von Florian Adler im englischsprachigen Artikel und von Özgür Gümüs im deutschsprachigen Artikel gewünscht.
   Da es nicht weiter thematisiert wurde, möchte ich mir das jetzt noch einmal konkret wünschen, ich würde jetzt sogar noch einen Schritt weiter gehen: ich möchte auch Stichwort-Felder damit automatisiert füllen können – also auch wenn ich mehr als einen Rückgabewert aus dem „Subselect“ bekomme, dann sollen die zurückgegebenen Werte bereits in dem Stichwortfeld der Ablagemaske eingetragen sein.
   Hintergrund: Wir betreiben derzeit einen Riesenaufwand um ca. 150000 Datensätze im Docuware aktuell zu halten und bei Änderungen Doubletten aus Docuware zu löschen, damit wir über „Automatisch Vervollständigen“ STRG-ALT-L bzw. STRG-ALT-J diese Werte aus der lokalen Datenbank in die Ablagemaske holen können. Dafür müssen wir sofort nach Ablage des Dokumentes ein Hilfsfeld sofort wieder ändern, damit es uns bei der nächsten Auto-Vervollständigung nicht den letzt-abgelegten Wert mit den ganzen zusätzlichen Einträgen in die Ablagemaske holt. Dabei wird auch das Stichwortfeld "Verträge" mit allen möglichen (aktiven) Vertragsnummern vorausgefüllt, sodass der DW-Anwender nur noch die Vertragsnummern herauslöscht, die bei dieser Korrespondenz nicht betroffen sind - Tippfehler werden so ausgeschlossen.
   DW Autoindex arbeitet quasi ununterbrochen (da durch XMLs die Aktualisierung auch extrem langsam ist, wenn man das mit einem SQL-Update vergleicht) und der DW-Server ist stark mit sich selber beschäftigt.

   Zum Vergleich: In dem Produkt Mailconnect von Docuscan ist es seit Jahren möglich längere SQL-Syntax so zu hinterlegen, dass nach füllen von einem ersten Feld ein bzw. mehrere folge-Felder automatisch gefüllt werden in dem Augenblick, wenn das erste Feld „verlassen“ wird. Es gibt sogar Fehlerwerte zurück, wenn bestimmte Bedingungen nicht zutreffen.
   Konkret:
   Ich gebe die Kundennummer ein und es füllt sich beim Verlassen des Feldes automatisch Kundenname, Mitglied und Mitgliedstatus

   Eine Syntax im DocuScan für eines der Ablagefelder funktioniert tadellos, bei der eine 6stellige Kundennummer (BPNUMMER) – hier als Variable in den geschweiften Klammern für das Sub-Select genutzt werden kann um den Namen zu dieser Nummer in den Ablagedialog von Mailconnect zu „holen“

   Es ist schwer nachzuvollziehen, warum zu archivierende E-Mails diesen Komfort in einer 3rd-Party-Software seit Jahren bieten und sich Docuware damit schwer tut dies in Ablage-Dialogen nachzurüsten.
   Es würde die Ablage noch einmal deutlich beschleunigen können.

   Wenn es sich mit den normalen Funktionen von Docuware nicht vereinbaren lässt, dann wäre ein „Ablage-Tool“, was genau das kann interessant um den Ablage-Prozess zu vereinfachen.

   Today only one field can be used to name a document. but very often a good name is composed with two or more field (type of document + customer reference or date ) etc...

6. Bring back the "Keep Entries" checkbox on the storage dialogs in 6.6.

   I see where we can choose to Keep Entries in the drop down settings box, but it no longer resides as a check box on the storage dialog. Big time waster to have to click that gear and then keep entries each time I wasn't to store multiple documents.

8. Stichwortfeld-Symbol in Ergebnisliste

10. Autoindex should have an option to execute from the DocuWare client to immediately see results

    This is extremely useful and critical for users who are storing thousands of documents based on a single field for Autoindex (Voucher number, for example).

    Since Autoindex occurs at the back end, it is difficult for users to say whether they encoded the correct voucher number or not.

    By allowing Autoindex to execute prior to storage, they will then be able to immediately see if the Autoindex results match the document being viewed.

    I suggest the feature should work similar to the "Autofill Indexing" feature. Click the button and then the Autoindex job will execute. It will then fill up the indices with the results.

    This is extremely useful and critical for users who are storing thousands of documents based on a single field for Autoindex (Voucher number, for example).

11. Felder dynamisch ein/-ausblenden

    Es wäre praktisch, wenn Indexfelder dynamisch in Abhängigkeit von anderen Indexfelder angezeigt würden.
    Wenn zum Beispiel als Dokumenttyp "Lieferschein" angewählt wird soll nur das Feld Lieferscheinnummer sichtbar sein. Wenn als Dokumenttyp "Rechnung" angewählt wird, dann soll statt dessen das Feld "Rechnungsnummer" angezeigt werden (oder zumindest nicht benötigte Felder ausgegraut werden).

13. Mehrfachauswahl bei Stichwortfeldern

    Es sollte möglich sein, mehrere Werte auf einmal bei Stichwortfeldern auszuwählen, um sie hinzuzufügen. Derzeit muss man, wenn man mehrere Werte hinzufügen will, jedes einzeln auswählen und hinzufügen; das ist bei vielen Werten sehr zeitaufwendig. Schöner wäre, wenn man z.B. durch Halten der STRG-Taste mehrere Werte markieren könnte und diese dann mit ‚+‘ auf einmal dem Stichwortfeld hinzufügen könnte (alternativ auch Checkboxen in der Auswahlliste, die man markieren kann).

    Allow the select list to display more than one field from text file or DB connection, so that you could have a field for the value to be selected and a description of that field's value.

15. add a simple validation tool not requiring programming...

    Many products use regular expressions and simple query to existing data to validate data input Docuware can already create a file or data connection, create a mask and pull data back and put it into fields we just do not do it at the time of entry........lets do that and make Docuware a more complete front end product!

17. Einschränkung des Modelspace pro Archiv und nicht pro Organisation

    Guten Tag,

    leider werden bei dem (lokal) installierten Intellix vorgeschlagene Begriffe archivübergreifend angezeigt.
    Das ist insofern ein Datenschutzproblem, da unterschiedliche Archive auch unterschiedliche Abteilungen und/oder Firmen abbilden können.
    Es ist dann nicht erwünscht, dass ein Mitarbeiter Begriffe als Vorschlag bekommt, auf die er laut Indexwertprofil keinen Zugriff hat.

    Besonders heikel ist das, wenn z.B. personenbezogene Daten im Personal-Archiv in Metadaten-Feldern gespeichert werden und diese Informationen dann im Ablage-Dialog eines anderen Archivs erscheinen.

18. Allow formatting of numeric fields in the admin tool to exclude the thousands separator.

    This would allow the use of numeric fields for PO numbers and the like and provide the range search capability in the search dialog, as well as proper numeric sorting.

19. When using 'Keep Entries' have an option NOT to carry over field which is 'FileName'

    When Multiple documents with similar Index data are stored, an option should be available to have the 'File Name' field come from the next document, not carried over from previous one. Would be even better if a selection can be made which fields are carried over and which are not.

20. Fill Table fields via DWControl files in DW Import

    It would be extremely useful to be able to fill table fields via DWControl files with DocuWare Import. That way we could use third party capture solutions to extract and validate data from documents and then output to DocuWare with all the index and coding already done through the capture solution.
