  1. Choose which OCR Settings Template is used in an Import Configuration

    We can create new templates or modify existing templates for accuracy, speed, language, dot matrix, etc. I would like to be able to specify which template is used in a particular Import job, rather than assigning permissions to users. That way we are sure to get the best results possible regardless of other factors.

  2. Be able to AND OR "New documents" "modifed Index Enteries" under Trigger Condition

    Under Trigger Condition, you can only select "New documents or modified index entries". I would be nice to be able to change that to "New documents and modified index entries".

  3. Limit Selection List fields

    Only allow recognized entries in fields with selection lists and don’t allow partial entries.

  4. Massenindexänderung

    Über die Gapi innerhalb der ADDISON-Software besteht die Möglichkeit eine Massenindexänderung mehrerer Indexwerte gleichzeitig durchzuführen.

    Im 6.6 Web-Client funktioniert das nicht.

  5. Ich schlage vor, das Docuware MEHR als 50 Index-Felder pro Archive unterstüzt/zulässt.

    Die Beschränkung auf 50 Indexfelder empfinde ich als Einschränkung. Hier sollten deutlich mehr möglich sein, 256!!

    P.S. Mir ist der Unterschied zwischen reinen Datenbankfeldern im allgemeinen und Indexfeldern in DocuWare sehr wohl bewusst...

  6. Opportunity to create custom date/number formatting for different languages and countries.

    For example, in Denmark the dates are showed with the day first, followed by the month and then year.
    UK is other way around with month first, and then day, and then year.

  7. Have mandatory field also for the search

    Hello,
    It could be nice if the mandatory field could be also apply in search dialog box. It could be an option in the search dialog box administration for all field included in the dialog box, to set if this field is mandatory or not.
