Dialogkonfiguration (Feldreihenfolge und -bezeichnung) von einem Dialog auf einen anderen übertragbar machen
In Dialogen müssen Feldreihenfolgen und Feldbezeichnungen konfiguriert werden (meist 2x pro Dialog).
Für den Endnutzer ist es wichtig, dass die REIHENFOLGE und BEZEICHNUNG der Felder über alle Dialoge hinweg konsistent ist, damit dieser stressfrei die Übersicht behält und wenig Energie zur Feldsuche aufwenden muss.
Als Administrator habe dutzende Dialoge mit zugehörigen Ergebnislisten und Indexdialogen zu verwalten. Es ist bei Änderungen (z.B. neues Indexfeld, Feldumbenennung, Neues Feld) jedesmal eine fehlerträchtige und nervenaufreibende Tagesaufgabe, die UI für die Benutzer manuell konsistent zu halten, indem ich in jedem Dialog einzeln, aber jeweils gleichartig die entsprechenden Felder umsortiere/umbenenne.

Could we get an email alert when one of the autoindexing jobs errors out? It would be nice to be proactive in fixing these issues without waiting for users to report.

Access multi column select lists from .Net platform api
I'm writing a external component that check documents in the user tray.
If Intelligent Index confidence is greater that 90% i would like to complete indexing of "manual" input fields and confirm archiving.It would be great if i could select a value for fields linked to multi columns lists too, filtering values by other document indexes.
Actually, it seems that you can programmatically select values only from single column lists.

intelligent index work with keyword field
It would be nice to have Intelligent Indexing work with Keyword fields the same way it works with Table fields.
Example: I have packing slips with multiple PO numbers that needs to be populated in a Keyword field. I am using a keyword field instead of a table so i can link by that field in Document Relations.

Check for for unique while entering value
It's frustrating if you populate the store dialog with all the data and after you hit store, you get the notification that the invoice is already stored.
It would save a lot of time if I am notified already while entering e.g. the invoice number that there is already an invoice with this number.

Add the ability to use regex expressionsthe print and import template fields are looking for.
When you define a field in the print and import template to read something on the document, it would be good to choose the type of data that you are looking for, or even better allowing the use of regex expressions. This way you could have a larger search area in case the page shifts or there is small differences in the document layout, but you would be guaranteed to find the data you are looking for. This would be good for indexing and for document identification.

Kontingentwarnung per E-Mail versenden
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich dem Kunden oder dem Partner eine automatische Info zu senden sobald das Kontingent z.B. nur noch 100 Dokumente beträgt. Hier wäre es sinnvoll wenn man entweder im Partner Portal oder in der DW Konfiguration eine Benachrichtigung aktivieren könnte damit der Kunde nicht ohne Intelligent Indexing arbeiten muss.

Ability to type in multiple index entries to a keyword field at once
There should be a way to add multiple entries separated by a delimiter when adding entries to a keyword field. Currently you have to add them one by one hitting the + in between. This is horrible for the user when they have 50 plus entries. There are ways to do this in the background with a comma delimited load file so there should be a way to do this via the Web Client.

"Vererben" von Indexenträgen beim Entklammern
Beim Entklammern von Dokumenten gehen leider die Indexeinträge für die "entstehenden" Dokumente verloren und man muss diese Indexenträge erneut vergeben.
Beispiel:
email von einer Firma mit verschiedenen Zertifikaten, welche als gesonderte Dokumente abgelegt werden. Befinden sich 4 Zertifikate in einer mail, muss man 4 mal Indexenträge setzen.Einfacher: email mit "Standardwerten" indexieren > Dokumente entklammern > "Standardwerte bleiben erhalten, es ist nur noch ein Eintrag zu änderen (Typ des Zertifikates)

Indexfilter nach Rollenzugehörigkeit
Man sollte nicht nur explizipt den Usernamen, sondern auch Zugehörigkeit zu einer Rolle in Indexprofilen angeben können.
Also zB
Benutzer ist Mitglied der Rolle [Feld Abteilung]In Feld Abteilung steht zB Buchhaltung
So könnte man komplexe Rechteszenarios sehr einfach Abbilden ohne viele Indexfilter zu definieren.4 votes -
I suggest that you allow rearranging index fields on the "edit index field" screen.
Currently, the list of index fields shown on the "edit index field" screen are in order of when they were created. It would be great to allow rearranging of the list so they are in a more user friendly order, and not just "this is how I added them into Docuware" order.

Create a new field type that auto populates date/time and/or user.
New type of field that is perhaps connected to or monitors another field like a fixed select list. When one of the selections are made it records the date and modifying user. Each selection can record in a different field. For example when the "Status Field" is set to "approved" it can auto populate the date on a field labeled "Approved Date." There are other ways of doing this but if it was a built in function to a new field type it would perhaps cut down on the amount of fields needed and workflow settings.

Bei falsch eingetragenen Datumsangaben per ENTF gleich in das Tagesfeld springen
Leider ist derzeit so das bei einem Eintrag eines Datums, wenn es per ENTF gelöscht wird der Fokus automatisch auf das Jahr springt wenn man ein neues Datum eingeben will. Besser wäre der Fokus auf die Tagesangabe zu setzen

Reset on Store Dialog keeps previous index entries ... Add a clear all option
Reset in DW6 resets changes made to preindexed index entries (this is a good feature) -- Reset in DW5 removed all of the data in the index fields. Suggest adding the option to do the same in DW6 ... such as adding a clear entries button.

Intelligent Indexing - mehr nur markieren Felder
Ich schlage vor, mehr Felder für Intelligent Indexing bereitzustellen, die nur per Oneclick Indexing lernen ("nur markieren"-Felder). Dadurch können viele Fehler bei der Indexierung und damit schlichtweg falsches Anlernen vermieden werden.
Laut DW-Support gibt es einige Partner, die diese Erweiterung wünschen und es wurde wohl auch schon mehrfach an die Entwicklung herangetragen.3 votes -
Increasing Automatic Intelligent Index fields
To be able to increase the amount of index that can be automatically indexed when configuring the Intelligent indexing fields. We have a use case where we need 260 index fields but are only able to auto index 14 custom text fields. So wouldn't it be better to be able to increase this amount.

Die Farben des Ampelsystems beim Intelligent Indexing Einstallbar bzw. alternatives Angebot
Das Ampelsystem ist intuitiv und gut gelöst, allerdings wäre es für Menschen mit einer Rot-Grün-Schwäche schon sinnvoll hier alternative Farben anzubieten. Vielleicht könnte man die sogar einstellbar machen.

More detailed error message when entering a table field
When entering multiple rows of a table field each row can be linked to an index list.
If a single line is in error the error message does not tell us which line specifically poses a problem.
With intelligent indexing when completing tables of reconciliation to the row for example there may be an error on a table of 30 rows and it is necessary to browse the table manually to find the error.3 votes
