Enable OCR for automatic recognition of non-PDF documents in DW Import
When creating a new Import configuration you can use OCR for setting up automatic recognition as well as splitting and indexing, but only on PDFs. Since users use Import for more than just PDFs it would be great if that was available, since DocuWare routinely OCR's a stunning number of document types in other areas of the application (ie. point-and-click indexing, full-text search indexing...)

Rechnungen innerhalb einer Auswahl
Es wäre in einigen Fällen sehr hilfreich, könnte man innerhalb einer Auswahl von mehreren Rechnungen einzelne Rechnung in der Bearbeitung überspringen könnte.
Dies wäre besonders dann hilfreich, wenn man eine Auswahl von mehreren Rechnungen bearbeitet (intelligent indexing) und bei einer Rechnung feststellt, dass u.U. etwas bei einer Rechnung aufgrund des Scanvorgangs o.ä. nicht stimmt. Aktuell muss man den kompletten Vorgang abbrechen, obwohl es vielleicht die dritte von instesamt zwanzig Rechnungen ist, die fehlerhaft ist. Wenn man eine fehlerhafte Rechnung innerhalb der Auswahl bei der Bearbeitung überspringen könnte, könnte man zunächst alle korrekten Rechnungen bearbeiten, um sich dann der einzelnen zu…3 votes -
ich schlage vor, das Intelligent Indexing optional auch nur definierte Anzahl von Seiten für seine Suche berücksichtigt. Z.B. Nur Seite 1
Durch das Beschränken von Seiten für das intelligent Indexing werden unsinnige Werteauslesungen weiter begrenzt.

Document Names stop use of AutoFill indexing
For some compliance reasons, the file name of the document being stored must be included as an index.
In 6.5 and 6.6, when you attemp to use Autofill Indexing with this file name as an index, Autofill will no longer work as it will not match the origional document's file name.
There needs to be a method where any index can be disabled for filtering to allow AutoFill to work on multiple documents.

Beträge ohne "Komma" eingeben.
In nummerischen Feldern, in denen im Archiv schon die Nachkommastellen festgelegt sind, wäre es vorteilhaft, wenn man nur die Zahlen eingeben müsste und das Komma (bzw. der Dezimalpunkt) wird dann von DW automatisch gesetzt. Bei der manuellen Erfassung von Beträgen muss momentan immer das Komma mit eingegeben werden.

Index image file properties
It would be great to be able to index the file properties of image (or all) files. This will allow our clients to store image files with properties coming from the camera or publishing apps and be able to search them through the Full Text search.

Import CSV into Index Table
We use DocuWare to manage our incoming invoice process. As part of the workflow, accountants must populate the allocation lines in an index table, see the attached screenshot. In some cases, an invoice may require more than 80 allocation lines.
Manually entering these lines is very time-consuming and prone to errors.
As a result, in such cases users bypass the DocuWare process and enter the invoice directly into the finance system, which reduces process consistency and traceability.We would like the ability to import CSV files directly into an Index Table, automatically creating and populating the table rows. Provide a way for IT admins to be notified when a desktop app that is running on a server needs to be updated.
Apps like the Local Data Connector have stopped working if they require an update, this causes issues when not noticed for days with multiple functions within DocuWare like Auto Index and Workflow calculations.

die Buttons / Pfeile zum Aufklappen der Dropdownfelder wären an der linken Seite besser als auf der rechten Seite
Aktuell befinden sich die Dropdown-Buttons der Indexfelder auf der rechten Seite der Inputfelder. Um den Arbeitsalltag zu erleichert / zu beschleunigen, wären diese Buttons auf der linken Seite besser angebracht, da man in diesem Bereich sowieso mit der Maus ist (z.B. wegen Texteingabe). Anbei ein Beispielbild, wie wir es lokal auf unseren Rechnern eingerichtet haben.

Eigenes Anlegen Intelligentes Indexing Felder
Hallo,
Da einer meiner Kunden an der Grenze der Felder liegt, wünscht dieser sich weitere Felder.
Da dieser Kunde immer mehr Felder verwendet wird, wird ein einmaliges erweitern der Felder nicht lange halten.
Damit nicht jedes mal auf eine Erweiterung der Felder gewartet werden muss, liegt es nicht Fern die Felder selbst anzulegen.
Dies Feature ist bei dem Kunden und auch bei mir den DSC sehr erwünscht.

Keywords should be fully supported in autoindexing and document relations -- "Contained by" operator
As of writing, keyword fields seem to only be half-heartedly supported by DocuWare.
One of the biggest issues with keyword fields is that we have a "Contains" operator that can be used in autoindexing and document relations, yet we don't have a "Contained by" operator. This means that while we can include a related document that has a keyword which contains a text field in our starting document, it is impossible to make the inverse document relation, where a starting document matches its keyword field against other documents' text fields. Fix Index entries in Info Dialog to trigger workflow after manual index change
If a user changes index information via the result list, they could potentially change any field available there. However, trying to trigger a workflow based on that index change might be difficult if there are many fields.
It would be great if we could use the "custom entry" and "read only" option in the info dialog to fill a Status field with a fixed value if a user changes index information via the info dialog. That way we can then trigger the workflow based on the status change

Kreditoren außerhalb des SEPA-Zahlungsverkehrs
Nach meinem Kenntnisstand gibt es in Docuware noch keine zufriedenstellende Lösung zur Anlage von Kreditorenstammdaten von Kreditoren außerhalb des SEPA-Raumen (z.B. USA oder Kanada). Da Kreditoren aus diesen Ländern weder über eine IBAN noch über eine BIC verfügen, ist die korrekte Verarbeitung von Rechnungen in solchen Fällen nicht möglich hier wäre Abhilfe wünschenswert.

Begrenzung der Seitenanzahl von Intelligent Indexing in der Cloud aufheben, erhöhen oder individuell einstellbar machen
Aktuell liegt eine Begrenzung von Intelligent Indexing in der Cloud bei 20 Seiten. Ein Kunde hat sich gegen DocuWare entschieden, da der Kunde Rechnungen hat, die teilweise weit über 20 Seiten hinausgehen und bei denen es wichtig ist, dass alle Positionsdaten und Rechnungssummen von DocuWare ausgelesen werden. Hier wäre es hilfreich, wenn die Begrenzung von Intelligent Indexing selbst eingestellt werden kann. In der On Premise Variante ist das soweit ich weiß auch möglich.
