Stichwortfeld-Symbol in Ergebnisliste
Wenn in einem Stichwortfeld mehrere Einträge vorhanden sind, sollte in der Ergebnisliste in einer Spalte ein Symbol angezeigt werden. Idealerweise kommt belim klick auf das Symbol dann auch eine Infobox mit den entsprechenden Einträgen

Felder dynamisch ein/-ausblenden
Es wäre praktisch, wenn Indexfelder dynamisch in Abhängigkeit von anderen Indexfelder angezeigt würden.
Wenn zum Beispiel als Dokumenttyp "Lieferschein" angewählt wird soll nur das Feld Lieferscheinnummer sichtbar sein. Wenn als Dokumenttyp "Rechnung" angewählt wird, dann soll statt dessen das Feld "Rechnungsnummer" angezeigt werden (oder zumindest nicht benötigte Felder ausgegraut werden).26 votesWe are currently not considering your idea.

Mehrfachauswahl bei Stichwortfeldern
Es sollte möglich sein, mehrere Werte auf einmal bei Stichwortfeldern auszuwählen, um sie hinzuzufügen. Derzeit muss man, wenn man mehrere Werte hinzufügen will, jedes einzeln auswählen und hinzufügen; das ist bei vielen Werten sehr zeitaufwendig. Schöner wäre, wenn man z.B. durch Halten der STRG-Taste mehrere Werte markieren könnte und diese dann mit ‚+‘ auf einmal dem Stichwortfeld hinzufügen könnte (alternativ auch Checkboxen in der Auswahlliste, die man markieren kann).

Dialoge angleichen
Wenn man sehr viele Dialoge (egal ob Suche, Ablage, Liste, Ordner, Ergebnis) hat und dann der Kunde/Anwender eine Änderung (andere Reihenfolge, neues Feld etc.) wünscht, dann muss jeder einzelne Dialog angefasst werden.
Schön wäre es, wenn es eine Funktion gäbe, mit welcher man ALLE Dialoge auf Basis eines ausgewählten Dialoges angleichen kann und dann alle Dialoge die selbe Reihenfolge, die selben Bezeichnungen und die selben DB-Felder haben.

See the progress of fulltext index for all file cabinets
You can access full text status in the admin tool. Give the ability to see a list of cabinet status in one view with a % of file cabinet that has been indexed.

Intelligent Indexing & Select Lists
Intelligent Indexing and Select Lists needs to be linked in some way.
Currently when using intelligent indexing with something like Supplier Name as a select List only field it will pick up the customer name from the invoice but not match this name to the name in the select list. This then stops us from being able to store the document automatically.
If the field is a select list only field, some way on linking the customer names to what Intel Index finds would be great.

I suggest to extend the color indicators by fill levels
Documents and index fields are marked with a color indicator that is either gree, yellow or red. This color represents how confident the service is for a proposed index value.
The color green actually represents a confidence range between 75% and 100% - there is no difference visible: 76% as well as 95% result in a green indicator.
The idea is to extend the color indicators by fill levels (as known i.e. from the battery status of a mobile phone), which would allow to distinguish the originating confidence between same-colored index fields and/or documents.

Intelligent Indexing Datumsformat fest hinterlegen
Wir haben den Kundenwunsch das Datumsformat für die Erkennung fest auf DD.MM.YYY einzustellen. Bei englischsprachigen Belegen wird sehr häufig das Datumsformat MM.DD.YYYY erkannt, der Kunde hat jedoch keine Belege mit diesem Datumsformat und dadurch unnötigen Mehraufwand.

Have field filled with substring or concatenation of other field
Hello,
It could be nice if we can extract a substring of a field to fill another field. I.E.: Invoice has a date as an index. Have the possibility to create 2 index (year and month) for extracting the year and the month. This two new fields could be use in the Windows Explorer view to group invoice by year and month for example.

Feldmasken auch auf Datumsfeldern
Feldmasken sollten auch auf Datumsfelder hinterlegt werden, sodass beispielsweise ein Feld wie "Leistungsmonat" nur mit vordefinierten Einträgen (z.B. nur der Monats erste oder Monatsletzte) gefüllt werden kann.

Allow us to create dynamic store dialogues
I think it would be great if you could allow us to create dynamic store dialogues which could alter their layout depending on the document type chosen (or any other pre defined field for that matter).
For example, lets define a "key" field of a file cabinet store dialogue and lets say its the "document type" and we also give this a predefined select list. Then we may have many other fields of this cabinet but not all of these other fields may relate to each of the possible document types. It would be very useful and help guide the…

Original Dateinamen mit DocuWare Printer bestimmen
Im DocuWare Printer muss der Original Dateinamen für den Dateiheader indexieren werden können. Unsere CAD Software liefert beim Druck immer den gleichen Namen, da mehrere Blätter in einer Datei erstellt werden.
Die Zeichnungsnummer liest dann der DocuWare Printer aus und indexiert diesen in das Feld Dateiname und archiviert die Zeichnung dann entsprechend voll automatisch indexiert als PDF.
Im Feld „Dokumentname“ habe ich den Hacken Dokumentname gesetzt.Zu dieser PDF Datei werden dann die digitalen Daten als DWG z.B. für den Laserschneider „Geklammert“, damit diese nicht extra indexiert werden müssen. Demnach erstellt DocuWare eine ZIP und die Indexdaten hängen jetzt an…

Make Windows file meta information available
Access Windows meta information during indexing files in the Document Tray or in Import Configurations. Many files contain native data that can be valuable in the documents index, ex., for photos, timestamps, camera Id and etc. - this would be an advance equivalent to point and shoot for the operator and a huge enhancement to Import

Ability to type in multiple index entries to a keyword field at once
There should be a way to add multiple entries separated by a delimiter when adding entries to a keyword field. Currently you have to add them one by one hitting the + in between. This is horrible for the user when they have 50 plus entries. There are ways to do this in the background with a comma delimited load file so there should be a way to do this via the Web Client.

Bei falsch eingetragenen Datumsangaben per ENTF gleich in das Tagesfeld springen
Leider ist derzeit so das bei einem Eintrag eines Datums, wenn es per ENTF gelöscht wird der Fokus automatisch auf das Jahr springt wenn man ein neues Datum eingeben will. Besser wäre der Fokus auf die Tagesangabe zu setzen

Enable OCR for automatic recognition of non-PDF documents in DW Import
When creating a new Import configuration you can use OCR for setting up automatic recognition as well as splitting and indexing, but only on PDFs. Since users use Import for more than just PDFs it would be great if that was available, since DocuWare routinely OCR's a stunning number of document types in other areas of the application (ie. point-and-click indexing, full-text search indexing...)

Rechnungen innerhalb einer Auswahl
Es wäre in einigen Fällen sehr hilfreich, könnte man innerhalb einer Auswahl von mehreren Rechnungen einzelne Rechnung in der Bearbeitung überspringen könnte.
Dies wäre besonders dann hilfreich, wenn man eine Auswahl von mehreren Rechnungen bearbeitet (intelligent indexing) und bei einer Rechnung feststellt, dass u.U. etwas bei einer Rechnung aufgrund des Scanvorgangs o.ä. nicht stimmt. Aktuell muss man den kompletten Vorgang abbrechen, obwohl es vielleicht die dritte von instesamt zwanzig Rechnungen ist, die fehlerhaft ist. Wenn man eine fehlerhafte Rechnung innerhalb der Auswahl bei der Bearbeitung überspringen könnte, könnte man zunächst alle korrekten Rechnungen bearbeiten, um sich dann der einzelnen zu…3 votes -
ich schlage vor, das Intelligent Indexing optional auch nur definierte Anzahl von Seiten für seine Suche berücksichtigt. Z.B. Nur Seite 1
Durch das Beschränken von Seiten für das intelligent Indexing werden unsinnige Werteauslesungen weiter begrenzt.
