linked (cascading) drop-downs
Allow select lists to be hierarchical and linked. For example, a user selects "Contract" in the Document Type field and then they're only allowed to pick from specific contract types in the next field, the Document Sub-Type field. This is currently partially accomplished using Filtering and Selective Select Lists, but those ways are unstructured and depend upon a cabinet full of data.
This feature is so common-place that users expect it in DW and are surprised that it's not there.

Dynamische externe Auswahllisten benötigt.
Ich benötige für ein Projekt eine externe Auswahlliste, die auf einem SQL-Query basiert wobei der bereits eingetragene Wert eines anderen Feldes Teil des Queries ist.
Also für Feld B eine Auswahlliste, die von Feld A abhängig ist. (Such sowie Ablagemaske):select SpalteA, SpalteB from TableA where SpalteB = FeldA(Wert aus anderem Feld)
Das Kind würde ich "Dynamische externe Auswahlliste" nennen

Calculate Index Data using index field values
Be able to calculate fields by other fields index data. Example:
Invoice Amount: 36.00
Invoice Payment: 20.00
Then be able to put an equation in a field called:

filter multi-column select lists in the new table field based on the value of another field
Really happy to see the new table field. It would be great to add the capability to filter the select lists that are in the table based on the value of another field in the dialog. eg. The user picks "Accounting" from the department field and DocuWare filters the GL codes in the select lists in the table field to only show the GL codes tied to the accounting department. Adding this capability to the new table field would provide a more consistent user experience across the platform.

Massenänderung bei Stichwortfeld führt zum Überschreiben aller bestehenden Einträge
Bei einer Mehrfachänderung von Stichwortfeldern kommt es leider nicht zum Hinzufügen von Einträgen, sondern zum kompletten Ersetzen. Man sollte neue Einträge hinzufügen können, ohne alle bestehenden Einträge zu löschen.
Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn man einzelne Einträge ersetzen könnte (z.B. mit Hilfe einer Auswahl "Alter Eintrag" soll ersetzt werden durch "neuer Eintrag")Vielen Dank und viele Grüße

Allow for Meta Index files like in Active Import
There was a significant loss in functionality when Active Import was replaced with Import. The addition of Meta Index Files would be very helpful.

We have improved the indexing quality of table fields by Intelligent Indexing. Also we increased the number of customizable index fields, which can be configured in the mapping in the store dialog.

Highlighting of index values in document
I suggest to highlight proposed index values in the document itself so that it is obvious where a certain value for a index field comes from

Pflichtfeld in Abhängigkeit von...
Guten Tag,
ich fände es gut, wenn man bei der Ablage oder beim Ändern von Feldern die Möglichkeit hätte, ein Pflichtfeld zu setzen, wenn in einem bestimmten anderen Feld ein Wert steht.
Beispiel:
Es gibt einen Wiedervorlage-Workflow, der getriggert wird durch Bearbeiter + Wiedervorlage-Datum. Oft wird vergessen, den Bearbeiter einzutragen. Durch das Pflichtfeld "Bearbeiter" bei gesetztem Wiedervorlage-Datum könnte das nicht mehr passieren.
Gleiches Thema gibt es z.B. auch bei Gesamtbetrag + Währung.Vielen Dank und viele Grüße

Allow numeric values over 2147483647
Numeric fields have a maximum INT value of 2147483647. Therefore amounts that exceed 21.474.836,46 are cut off (INT32 range exceeded). DocuWare should allow bigger numeric values. The only workaround is to use VARCHAR for numeric values.

Es wird eine größere Auswahl von Typenfeldern benötigt. Nach Möglichkeit sollten diese auch selbst konfigurierbar sein.

Wir haben die Qualität mit der Intelligent Indexing Tabellen ausliest verbessert. Zusätzlich haben wir die Anzahl der individuellen Indexfelder erhöht.

Restore the ability to create Data records within the webclient.
Till docuware 6.1 we where able to store datarecords in the DocuWare Webclient by using the store dialog. We had to sign the box for "create data record without a document"

Datumsangaben auf Plausibilität prüfen
Wir haben bei Datumsfeldern oft mit falschen Indexwerten zu kämpfen, speziell beim Jahr passieren schnell Zahlendreher (z.B. 2108 oder 2081).
Schön wäre, wenn man vom DW-Standard aus den zulässigen Zeitraum beschränken könnte und diesen dann nach Kundenbedarf, in diesem Beispiel jährlich, anpassen kann.Datum gültig von: (01.01.2018
Datum gültig bis: 31.12.2018Viele ERP-Systeme haben diese Funktionalität.

datenbankfeld
Bei Anlage eines neuen Datenbankfelds soll dieses NICHT automatisch in allen Dialogen hinzugefügt werden.
Schön wäre eine Auswahl, zu welchen Dialogen das Datenbankfeld hinzugefügt werden soll. Oder eine Checkbox, ob es zu allen Dialogen hinzugefügt werden soll. Momentan ist es nur zeitaufwändig und lästig, wenn Anpassungen am Archiv gemacht werden und alle Dialoge durchgeklickt werden müssen, weil ein neues Feld bei den wenigsten Dialogen auch wirklich benötigt wird.

Neue Datenbankfelder werden nur noch den Standarddialogen hinzugefügt. -
improve "keyword" fieldtype
At the moment a keyword field is limited to 20 characters and 60 entrys per document.
Also it would be very useful to enter more then one value per keyword. For example if a user wants to give multiple amounts and the referenced cost centers for an invoice it is very complicated.
Best would be to have a keyword field, which is in itself multiple field. So that the keyword table in the database would look something like this: "DOCID;DWKEYWORD1;DWKEYWORD2;DWKEYWORD3".6 votesFirst part of the idea is solved with version 6.9. Filterbare Auswahllisten beim Tabellen-Element
Insbesondere bei "DocuWare Kinetic Solution Rechnungsverarbeitung" fehlt ein Feature, dass Auswahllisten gefiltert werden können.
Im Fall von "KS RV" ist das Voraussetzung für das Buchen auf mehrere Mandanten.
Denn je Mandant unterscheiden sich die Listen der Konten und Kostenstellen.

Allow use of Multi GL table within mobile app
GL split is not enabled on MOBILE. Following error is received:
The Docware server has encountered an error with the message: Assignment in activity: 'Approve' failed! [1: GL_SPLIT] Decision doesn't contains variable with id : 22! Parameter name: last Decision
How about enabling the GL split workflows to work on Mobile.

Speicherdatum
gut wäre, das Feld "store date" (Ablagedatum) nicht nur in der Suchmaske, sondern auch in der Trefferliste zu haben - um danach sortieren zu können.

Autoindex Scheduler Needs More Timing Options
In 7.0 the web based autoindex scheduler only allows for selecting starting times on the even hours ... 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 ... somtimes I want jobs to start at 5 after the hour so that other non-DocuWare processes can happen on the external database side. This used to be possible when scheduling was done in the admin application, please bring it back for the web based scheduler.

Introduce a way to incorporate system data into an index field so that it appears in the column view
Our customers are regularly asking for a way of being able to see system field data in the column view in both the Document Tray and for stored documents.
