Allow for filename to overwrite 'keep entries' setting.
When 'Keep Entries' is selected within Store Dialog the index field which is configured as filename should be allowed to be populated with new document filename while other fields keep previous entries.
Even better, it should be allowed within the store dialog to select which fields are to 'keep entries' and which are not.11 votesThank you for your idea, Josef. I am sorry but this feature will not be implemented in the near future.

Numerische Felder im WebClient auch ohne Formatierung/Tausendertrennzeichen konfiguriert werden können

10 votesVielen Dank für Ihren Vorschlag, Herr Stübinger. Hierzu gibt es einen Workaround indem Sie hierfür ein Textfeld und eine Feldmaske, welche nur Zahlen erlaubt, verwenden. Man kann dann lediglich nicht “von”…“bis” suchen. Diesselbe Idee existiert auch im englischen Forum unter http://docuware.uservoice.com/forums/230570-client-english/suggestions/6419943-make-an-option-to-not-display-thousand-separator-i

Create the ability to index files in a basket/tray from an external data source prior to the file being stored in a file cabinet. This would allow table-driven preindexing for consistency and to save users time when preparing to store.
9 votesThank you for your idea. Unfortunately, due to several factors we are currently not able to plan this idea for a future version. Baskets/Trays are still considered to be a temporary clipboard to start the storing from.

Bestimmte Felder bei "Indexierung vervollständigen" ausschließen
Es wäre gut, wenn es in der Administration möglich wäre bestimmte Felder bei der "Indexierung vervollständigen" Funktion auszuschließen. Wie z.B. Datums- oder Bemerkungsfelder.

Change the ability to edit multiple index entries in one go on Profile level.
Since a while it is possible to change the index data for multiple documents at once for 'normal' users too, whereas this was previously only possible for admins. I know we can go to the Result View settings to disable this option, but I would still like to be able to do a mass-index-change as an admin with the same Result View and disable this option for the regular user from a security perspective.

Die Spaltenbreite für Bemerkungsfelder in einer Ergebnisliste des Web Clients ist derzeit auf 300 Pixel begrenzt. Für andere Feldarten gilt diese Begrenzung nicht. Bitte heben Sie die Begrenzung für Bemerkungsfelder auf oder an.

DocuWare should look at what it did right in the think client and repeat the same successful implements ion of process in the thin client.
The think client allowed very sophisticated things like multiple cabinet searches, nested searches, rubber band OCR, everything that active import did that import does not do, make active import a real service and not a desktop tool. Cut and paste from image, oct from image, copy, user chosen complex sorting. complex sorting on more than 1 field. paste image, and if you decide to keep the think client. I would encourage this....make the think client and the thin client work together...enable them to use each other's baskets, settings, style

Archivando documentos, obligar a rellenar un índice en función del valor de otro índice
Sería muy interesante poder configurar en un diálogo de almacenamiento la posibilidad de convertir un índice en obligatorio en función del valor introducido en otro índice, es decir, si el campo CAMPO1 tiene valor 'X', entonces en CAMPO2 es obligatorio que introduzca un valor, si CAMPO1 tiene valor 'Y', no es necesario introducir valores en CAMPO2

Verwendung von Grossbuchstaben auch auf Feldebene einstellbar
Es sollte möglich sein, nicht ALLE Indexfelder über die Datenbank in Grossbuchstaben zu definieren, sondern auch einzelne Felder.
Das Feld kann dann als Matchcode in einer ORACLE-Datenbank eingesetzt werden, die cas-sensitive eingestellt ist.
Die anderen Felder sollten dann schon "normal" beschreibbar sein.

Modify Connect to Toshiba Field sizes
When using Connect to Toshiba, it would be great if you could modify a fields size or the font size so longer entries would fit from the MFP. Longer entries will not fit on screen even though it is entered properly. The field zone does not fit more than 16 digits.

Index enhancement in Docuware Import
Now, since you have database connections available to Desktop Apps (for cloud only in 6.10, but can be expanded to on-premise), the Index Enhancement feature can be returned to Import Jobs - same way it was available in old Active Import.

Brink back Info Dialog visible fields according to user rights.
In the previous versions it was possible to hide fields in the info-dialog if the user didn't have certain rights on that field. Thas was very convenient if users must change or fill in, or see certain fields according to the entries of the document. Somehow another feature deleted, please bring it back.

Make an option to not display thousand separator in web client on a numeric field type.
In the windows client there was a registry key we could add that would hide the thousand separator on numeric fields. User's who want a numeric field so that numeric sorting is possible do not want to see the thousand separator on an index such as an invoice number.

There is a workaround available to use a text field instead and apply a field mask which just allown numbers. The only missing fuctionality is seaching from…to… but the sorting should work just fine. -
Have document size in specific index field and allow to display it in result views
As with the document name a new field can be specified that will contain the document size in MB. This field can be displayed in result views in order to determine if i.e. a specifc document can be send via email

have different feild options for intelligent indexing or make customizable
After expermenting with this feature I have relized that mapping feild names are very irregular. "Invoice IN, Invoice Out" and so fourth. I think they need to more to date relasitc terms such as; Shipped To, Billed To, and even a default fixed entry option for people who use the status feild in there workflow. Not being able to fully customize these option really leave it locked and almost un-useable.
