Make a button to delete all rows from a TABLE variable type
Hello,
When Inteligent Indexing are filling values to TABLE there should be an option to RESET only rows in table, not all inteligent indexing fields.
Reading tables its not easy task to do, there areoften mistakes so when I have like 30 rows I dont want to click "-" in the end of every row

Storing Directly into DocuWare
Provide the ability to save documents into DocuWare in their native format. Presently, the only way I know is to import or print to DocuWare printer. Importing adds a step to storage and printing to DocuWare printer saves a PDF format, not a Word, Excel or PowerPoint format.

Archivierte Word, Excel-Dateien usw. im Archiv als PDF speichern ohne diese extra herunterladen und konvertieren zu müssen.
Wir haben ein Archiv, über welches wir Dokumentvorlagen zur Verfügung stellen. Viele Vorlagen sollen die User aber nicht in der eigentlichen Form, also z. B. Word oder Excel herunterladen können, sondern eine PDF-Version des Dokumentes. Wir laden dazu dann immer die Word/ Excel Datei herunter und wandeln diese in PDF um, bzw. drucken sie als PDF und stellen sie dann erneut ein. Schön wäre es, wenn man direkt aus DocuWare heraus nicht nur als PDF herunterladen oder senden könnte, sondern eine PDF direkt mit den gleichen Indexwerten erzeugen und ablegen könnte.
1 votekennen sie die Funktion “herunterladen als PDF” im Viewer (Siehe Anhang) Mit diesem sollte das von Ihnen gewünschte Verhalten – wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe – eigentlich funktionieren.
Das direkte Ablegen mit den gleichen Indexwerten funktioniert leider nicht diesen Schritt müsste man dann noch vornehmen.

Default image for
Apply a default image for supported files types that would otherwise have a blank page. E.g. ZIP files have nothing to display but if the ZIP logo was shown on the page it's a quick visual check.
Similarly we store (dot).license files. These are license files for a product we sell and again the stored document is blank. I'd like to display a logo which again is a quick visual check. As this file extension is not supported we'd like to be able to add "custom" file types also.

Set the Width of the Store dialog in Web Client
It would be nice to be able to widen the Store dialog since the Name starts with the File Cabinet Name and then the Store Dialog Name. The Light bulb icon helps, but seeing the name would help more

auswahlliste
Bei der Ablage sollte es möglich sein für bestimmte Benutzer / Gruppen Auswahllisten zu definieren.
Beispiel:
Benutzer1 -> soll nur die Auswahlliste1 im Archivfeld1 verwenden dürfen.
Benutzer2 -> soll nur die Auswahlliste2 im Archivfeld1 verwenden dürfen.Da man nun auf Feldebene beide Auswahllisten dem Archivfeld1 zuweisen muss, darf leider auch Benutzer1 die Werte der Auswahlliste2 bei der Ablage verwenden.
1 voteDas ist jetzt auch schon mit DocuWare 6.9 möglich. Sie müssen den Usern nur unterschiedliche Dialoge mit den entsprechenden Auswahllisten zuordnen.

Stop Text Entry At Max Length On Keyword Field In Stamp
We are currently running Docuware 6.7. We have a stamp that uses a keyword field, which is limited to a maximum of 20 characters. The dialog box does not stop the user from typing more than 20 characters or notify them in any way that their text will be truncated, but, of course, when they set the stamp, the text is truncated. My users insist that this was not the case prior to our upgrade to 6.7, but that in the previous version, the dialog box stopped the user from entering more than 20 characters. Can we get this previous…

Ability to Force Selective Select List
Currently when storing, you cannot force the Filter box to be active.
It would be good to be able to force the Filter checkbox to be active on either specific dialogs, or all dialogs.
The only way to force values from selective select list is Validation, but Validation does not control the select list dropdown, only rejects back choices.1 voteThank you for your contribution. Your idea is already available in the product.

Dokumente nach dem Ablegen im Briefkorb behalten
Ein Kunde wünscht sich eine Möglichkeit, bei der Ablage entscheiden zu können, ob das Dokument trotzdem im Briefkorb behalten wird.

Es wäre sinnvoll, das der WebClient Dokumente aus einem Archiv in ein anderes Archiv exportieren kann, wie früher der VollClient.

Verlinkte Dokumente als Anlagen im SAP einsehen
A welchem Zeitpunkt ist es möglich, die eingescannten und verlinkten Dokumente als Anlagen im SAP z.B. bei Auftragsbestätigungen und Transporten einzusehen? Unsere Ablagestapel werden täglich höher.

Ich schlage vor, dass man den Infodialog per Copy & Paste kopieren und füllen kann.
Es wäre praktisch, wenn gleiche Dokumente nicht nochmals von Hand ausgefüllt werden müssten, wenn ich über den WebClient einfach alle Felder aus dem Infodialog per Copy & Paste kopieren könnte.
