2. user prompt for duplicate documents when storing

   Option to have a user prompt at point of storing a document if DW detects that duplicate meta data fields already exist in the cabinet
   User decision to store or not store document based on meta data.

4. Add date to label

   Add a date to labels when storing. This would improve the capability to find documents quicker. The dates would coordinate closely with entries to counselor notes in TWIST.

5. Leave the Viewer Open After Documents are Stored

   Hello. My current task is to upload a batch of documents to my tray, then store them into the cabinet. I go one batch at a time, shift selecting the whole range and storing them one by one. Each time I finish storing a batch, the Viewer window automatically closes. Not a huge deal, but I would love it the viewer window remained open. Thank you.

   P.S. Not sure if this is my browser or what. But my Viewer window always opens "restored down", aka not maximized. I would love for the viewer to always open maximized. Thank you very much.

   You can already upload any file to a document tray.

   Maybe you can explain this in more detail.

7. ABLEGEN: Bein Eingeben werden Buchstaben "verschluckt" !

   ABLEGEN: Bei Eingabe in Feld werden bei schneller bzw. sogar bei langsamer Eingabe Buchstaben "verschluckt". Wahrscheinlich weil im Hintergrund ein "Vorschlag" gesucht wird !?

8. Index for MigrationID

   First of all, there is no option for selecting the key word of "Migration" in the dropdown so I had to use "Storing". I'm guessing migration isn't at issue for most. I'm with a company that is migrating from FORTIS to Docuware. I'm not sure how many companies have gone through a migration that have just under 20 million documents and 18 Terabytes of images, but you should really think about creating an index for the MigrationID. When you initially start migrating, you don't see an issue. Once your cabinet gets up to around a couple of million records, the migrations starts timing out due to it having to look at the millions of records that are already stored to see if it has already been migrated. This issue created hours of trying to debug the issue along with multiple phone calls to our vendor. It is a simple fix and should have been implemented from the start.

10. one-click-indexing und lesbarkeit

    One-Click-Indexing und lesbarkeit ist nicht zu verienbaren. Trotz gut/sehr gut lesbarer Dokumente werden die makierten Bereiche/Wörter/Daten nicht korrekt übernommen.
    Z.b.: wird aus dem datum 12.05.2016 -> 05.12.2016 oder die Jahreszahl wird in die weite Zukunft datiert.Dies ist nur ein Bespiel von vielen "nicht lesbaren Dingen"
    Da muss man dann doch wieder händisch alles angeben!
    Verbesserung der lesbarkeit erwünscht.

    Vielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Leider können wir diese Idee aufgrund mehrerer Faktoren derzeit nicht für eine künftige Version vorsehen. Wir arbeiten ständig an der Verbesserung der Erkennungsqualität.

11. Docuware Desktop / Nicht stoppen des Imports bei Fehler

    Bei einem Fehlerhaften import gibt es öfters den Wunsch von Kunden das der Import weiterläuft und die Fehlerhafte Datei wie beim AI in einen Backup Ordner verschoben wird.

    Import-Jobs werden nur gestoppt, wenn der Fehler so schwerwiegende ist, dass es keinen Sinn hat, das Importieren weiter zu versuchen. Dies kann z.B. das Fehlen des Quellverzeichnisses sein. Wenn das Verzeichnis nicht mehr verfügbar ist, muss es auch nicht weiter überwacht werden.

    Da es in diesem Bereich allerdings einige Änderungen gab, hängt das genaue Verhalten auch von der eingesetzten DocuWare Version ab.

    When viewing a document to be stored after entering all the fields it would be convenient if the next document in the tray would automatically pull up so we didn't have to go back to the tray and reselect where we want to store things

14. Automatisches Ablegen mit ENTER deaktivieren

    Wir haben mehrere Kunden die es gewohnt sind durch drücken von ENTER die Eingabe in einem Feld zu bestätigen. Aber wenn man zurzeit Version 6.8 dann ENTER drückt wird das Dokument sofort mit dem angefangen Buchstaben abgelegt. Das verursacht Datenmüll im Archiv oder entsprechend Mehraufwand, weil dann erst wieder im Archiv die Indexdaten verändert werden müssen.

16. Funktion „Copyright“ reaktivieren

    Vor dem Update von DW waren Simultanzugriffe durch die Funktion „Copyright“ ausgeschlossen und somit die Lizenzbedingungen z. B. des Beuth-Verlags für eine Einzelplatznutzung erfüllt. Seit dem Update funktioniert diese Funktion nicht mehr, d. h. wir sind lizenzrechtlich dazu verpflichtet, auf eine Nutzung im Netzwerk umzustellen. Die Umstellung kostet uns jährlich ca. 2.000 €. Tendenz steigend, da es sich um Staffelpreise handelt und die Anzahl der benötigten Normen zunimmt.
    Die Funktion "Copyright" ist also eine durchaus sinnvolle Funktion!
    Bitte wieder aufnehmen.

17. Adding an automatic 'Append' stamp when Clipping to an existing record

    I'd like to suggest the ability to select an admin setting that automatically attaches an 'Append' stamp when clipping a document from a tray to an existing record. We've found that adding an append stamp (Append in 5.1 & Clip in 6.6) is helpful in determining what, when, and by whom added to an existing record. Good for audit purposes and good for in-house records management. The issue I find is that not every user applies the optional stamp. I'd like to be able to make it automatic.

    Wenn bei der Vorindexierung der Dokumentname im Ablagedialog geändert wird, so wird der Dokumentname im Briefkorb nicht aktualisiert.
