Option to add version on an existing document in a cabinet from the result list
An option to check-in a new version of the document directly from the result list or an option to make an uploaded document in DocuWare as a version to another document will be an advantage.
An option like selecting one document from the result list and get a 'Check-In' or 'Update version' function will allow the users to select the new document from the local system and update it as a new version to the selected document. Add validation to dates on DocuWare forms.
Add calculations and validation for date fields.
I.E - conditional options for when a date has been selected which is more than 2 weeks away.
I know this is available in workflow, but this would be very useful in forms.

Anzahl der Events einer Workflow-Instanz abfragen
Innerhalb einer DocuWare Workflow-Instanz besteht eine Begrenzung der Anzahl von Events (siehe KBA-36952).
Um der Fehlermeldung „The maximum event threshold 5000 has been reached for instance XXXX“ proaktiv vorzubeugen, wäre es hilfreich, die aktuelle Anzahl der Events einer Workflow-Instanz abfragen zu können.Diese Information könnte beispielsweise über eine Workflow-Systemvariable bereitgestellt werden.
Dadurch ließen sich Workflows effizienter überwachen und ggf. frühzeitig steuern, bevor kritische Schwellen erreicht werden.1 vote -
Make "WF_TASK_LINK" & "WF_TASKLIST_LINK" available as a workflow system variables
It would be advantageous if the link to the workflow task could be saved in a variable for further processing. This would allow users to open the respective workflow task or workflow task list directly from external applications.
DocuWare currently only offers this in the email workflow task notification.

Paginierstempel
Es sollte einen sogenannten Paginierstempel, oder zumindest eine Option, geben in dem man eine "Stempelnummer" fortlaufend hochzählen kann. Also eine Nummer, die nur für den Stempel gedacht ist und jedes mal um 1 hochgezählt wird, nur wenn dieser Stempel gesetzt wird. Es gibt ja schon eine Nummer im Ablage Dialog, die man hochzählen kann bei jedem Dokument, und bei der man den Nummernkreis bestimmen kann. Diese Funktionen sollte es auch rein für Stempel geben.

Nicht selten haben die Usernamen in DocuWare ein wenig kryptische Namen wie 5 Zeichen aus dem 3 Stellen aus dem Nachnamen, dabei liegen in der Userverwaltung in der Regel ja die Vor und Zunamen vor, diese sollten ebenfalls Ausfällbar sein, nicht nur Username Datum und Uhrzeit.

Table Field available in Merge Forms
We would like to have the option of adding Table field from the Form Designer in Merge form. Or the system should be able to use both Web form and Merge form option in case the above request is not possible.

Split and Merge Workflow
Ability to branch workflow task and then merge them back in the same workflow. Example Lets take an example of travel Request use case. Once the Manager approves. One task should trigger to Travel desk to get the hotel / Flight Booking done and another task to Finance Department to organise Cash. Then the two tasks should get merged and the workflow should continue. We can trigger two separate workflow based on index values and insert a wait but it would be nice and better if we can manage in the same workflow.

"Text ersetzen" sinnvoll ergänzen
An verschiedenen Stellen kann man den Haken "Text ersetzen" setzen und eine Liste bauen, wie Text ersetzt werden soll. Dort gibt es einen Button, mit dem man eine Liste hochladen kann.
1. fehlt mir eine Info, in welchem Format die Liste gebaut werden muss (könnte in der Anleitung hinter dem "i" ergänzt werden).
2. kommagetrennt ist offenbar nicht richtig, jetzt hab ich eine riesige Liste mit falschen Ersetzungen, die ich nur einzeln löschen kann. Ein Knopf "Liste leeren" wäre großartig.1 vote -
Allow merge form fields to be pushed to the next page.
I have a merge form that was originally a release of records request. Now, I am including another page in front of the existing document. So all of the fields need to be pushed to the next page. Unfortunately I have to recreate them I can't just move them.

Allow single line values in forms to autofill when manually typed
Would like to be able to have single line values autofill based on what is typed into a form field instead of having to utilize a select list with a single line dropdown field. Ex: If I have a first name field repeated multiple times, have all subsequent First Name fields fill in based on what is typed in the first

DocuWare Mobile & DocuWare Web Client
A customer came to me today and I have been advised to put it on the user voice to see if it gains any traction.
Basically they want to restrict the DocuWare Mobile app so that only certain users will be able to retrieve information from the app. This can be done either via cabinet restrictions or user permissions.1 vote -
Option to export only the filtered task list as a CSV file instead of complete task list
Please provide the option to export only the filtered task list as a CSV file instead of complete task list. Currently in the task list the export CSV option provides the complete task list even if some filter is applied. There is no option to include the filter in the export.

Allow option to validate multiple received requests simultaneously through DocuWare mobile application
Currently there is option in the DocuWare web client to validate the same tasks with same activity at same time by selecting all the tasks and proceed. Please provide the same option in DocuWare mobile application as well.

Docuware Request automatic backup
Would it be possible to have Docuware Request automatic backup? It could be downloaded to ftp folder \data ( ftp://ftp.docuware-online.de/{id}/data ) or similar.
