I HIGHLY Suggest this feature gets implemented. having to take extra steps while you are already within the viewer is silly.
Tech support says:
"Currently, it's not possible to have clickable hyperlinks from the DocuWare viewer.
When shown in the viewer, we're seeing an image that's been rendered by our imaging workers.
In order to click on the hyperlinks included in the emails, you'll need to download or use Edit to open the email/pdf in a third party application".
what is strange is that if you DO click on :"Edit"... it opens it in outlook and then you can click on the links. so its NOT an image as they say it is.
