Docuware alrady has an option to activate document overview which will display all document with their pages instead of document preview. The idea is to allow users to use drag and drop with mouse to rearrange the order of the clipped file or to delete some of them.
Business case:
1. Invoice imported, delivery report clipped in front but it should be at the end - rearrange the order.
2. Agreement imported, appendix clipped, then we need to replace the appendix as it was wrong version clipped - remove the selected clipped file (even the first one). -

Re: Romain - Thank you for your comment. My Post described the idea about how it could be done in the user interface (so if any from Docuware is reading it - it would give them some hint about possible solutions). I didn't describe the current way how it can be done now - as currently I don't know the solution.
