  1. Export Document/Workflow History

    For example I have a workflow “Customer Purchase Order” and I want to export all the history for all the documents during a set period.

    I only want the data. Perferably in a CSV file for reporting.

  2. Configure Export Data to allow the export of more than one table.

    I have a need to create an export which includes data from two different tables. Right now, I can select only one table to include in my export configuration. It would be nice if I could selected multiple tables to build my export file.

  4. Zip the selected documents when multiple documents are selected to be attached to a message with the Send function

    There is a request that includes selecting individual pages too. Though, it is not clear why this isn't done by default already. When multiple documents are selected for Download, they are zipped. Why do we download the whole file rather than zip it when they are to be attached to an e-mail?

    Please add Document File Name as an Exportable Field.

    Would like to have the option for nested rules when exporting data. ie "and" conditions combined with "or" conditions.

  8. Change data export preview to limit number of rows displayed

    Please limit the number of rows displayed when previewing an export data configuration. It often times out forcing you to run the report to see the actual output, which can be time consuming on larger data sets.

  9. Docuware Export Tool

    Have the ability to Save "Output Location" directory Path in the Docuware Export Tool without having to click on "Perform Export Now".
    This would be handy to have because there a re times you need to set a directory but want to export any files yet.

  10. Set up role or group to have restricted only download in PDF file format

    Ability to set users to only be able to download documents in PDF format irrelevant of their original format they was unloaded in

    The document will still be stored as it was uploaded however certain groups that are read only would only be able to download PDFs

    Many users like to export the name, subject and other data into a WORD forms so they can write an letter out to customers. At this moment they have to work with to screens

  12. Have an option to set the "original file name" either in the UI or in Workflow

    The file name, as depicted in the bottom left corner of the viewer panel, is typically the file name used when exporting a document via Workflow (namely to a Web Service).

    This can be problematic, when, for instance, a web form produces a document that goes into a workflow. In this case, the web form produces a file with the file name "form-name.pdf" where the name of the form is "Form Name". This can cause issues if the service in question expects different documents to have different names, or if the user has set the document name within DocuWare with…

  13. Please create a DocXporter version for users not code programmers

    With DocuWare API we have developed code that will display a list of file cabinets, and allow the user to select one from the list. Then browse to the desired target storage location. Finally select a cvs file with the fields desired.

    Can't figure out how to open a DW search dialog to enter parameters.

    Tried the DocXporter trial and was greatly disappointed! Hopefully DocuWare didn't pay too much for this technology. DocuWare has always prided themselves on code-free or low-code applications, but this is not an application, just some clunky code!

  18. Zugferd Daten gehen bei Export verloren

    "Beim Download von pdfs die Zugferd enthalten gibt es folgendes verhalten.
    - Download Original: Zugferd enthalten
    - Als pdf mit allen Anmerkungen: Zugferd nicht mehr enthalten
    - Als pdf ohne Anmerkungen: Zugferd nicht mehr enthalten
    Dies ist ein gewolltes Verhalten und passiert weil das PDF immer konvertiert wird wenn "Als pdf" benutzt wird um das Dokument herunterzuladen." - Aussage vom DocuWare Support

    Wünschenswert wäre, wenn die Zugferd Daten beim Download als PDF, egal ob mit oder ohne Anmerkungen, nicht verloren gehen würden.

  19. please restore the ability to export as multi-page tiff files.

    DocuWare customers have thousand of DWTiff files stored without a way to export them efficiently. Having each documents stored inside of its own zip file is very clunky.

    Also using DocuWare API cannot deal with DWTiffs'
