Ability to add a cost under a client quote without uploading a document as a purchase invoice
I would like to be able to add employee expenses on credit cards as a cost under a client quote. It would be helpful to be able to type these in to a field rather than having to upload an actual document - at the moment we have to add it as a purchase invoice and then stop thee workflow as the expenditure has already been approved and taken place.

Provide RSS feeds for DocuWare Cloud service status and incidents
We would like to request the implementation of RSS (or equivalent webhook-based) feeds for DocuWare Cloud service status and incident updates.
Currently, DocuWare Cloud service availability and incident information is published only via the web-based Status Portal. While this page is useful for manual checks, it is difficult to integrate into automated monitoring, alerting, and internal communication workflows used by many customers.
Providing an RSS feed (or webhook / API-based status updates) would allow customers to automatically monitor service status changes and react more quickly to incidents.1 vote -

es wäre Super wenn es wieder vor Ort Schulungen/Veranstaltungen wie die DocuWare User Conference geben würde. Diese Veranstaltung war super vor allem der Austausch und die Ideen wie andere Prozesse umsetzen genial waren.

Einführung eines Wartungsusers
Gerade bei kleinen Kunden/Organisationen kann ein zusätzlicher User für Administration/Workflows o.ä. ziemlich ins Geld gehen. Ein Vorschlag wäre, zu jeder (Cloud-)Organisation einen Wartungsuser bereitzustellen, der ausschließlich für Wartungsarbeiten und sonstige automatischen Prozesse (Workflows, Autoindex usw.) zu benutzen ist.

Ticket-Formular: Vorbelegung der Kontaktdaten, Priorität, Systemumgebung mit den zuletzt eingegebenen Angaben
Im Ticketsystem muss ich immer wieder die gleichen Werte ausfüllen. Hilfreich wäre die Vorbelegung über einen Cookie mit den zuletzt eingegeben Werten.

Für viele Anwender wäre es sicher ein Vorteil, wenn man die Schriftstücke evt. mit einem integrierten Kalender verbinden könnte?

Update option for preconfigured solutions
A possibility to update from an older version of a preconfigured solution to a current version would be very helpful. Currently, the new features advertised in the DocuWare UserInfo have to be recreated in the old version of the preconfigured solution with a lot of effort. At some point it probably makes sense to make the move to a current version.

Hi, is it possible to integrate the "Cloud Status" page of each customer's to our CRM system so in just one click, we can see the status of our customer's system and their utilization rate.

SNS OCCAR NO.
It would be really helpful for the whole community to be able to track in real time the value of the SNS OCCAR number pretended for their division, and to add an alert that informs the user after a week, for example, of any missing SNS OCCAR number.

Für uns als ADP wäre eine zentrale Übersicht aller geplanten DocuWare Cloud Updates unserer Kunden sehr hilfreich. Auch für den DocuWare Support ist nicht ohne weiteres möglich, an diese Informationen zu kommen, weshalb ein offizielles Feature deutlich besser wäre.
