Um Kunden ein Formular einfacher ausfüllen zulassen, wäre eine Einbindung der öffentliche Formulare auf der Homepage mit iFrame sinnvoll.

Add more options to table-type field in forms
In forms: enable validation and make a table-type field (or the columns that make it up) mandatory or not.
Dans les formulaires : rendre possible le validation et rendre obligatoire ou non un champ de type tableau (ou sur les colonnes qui le composent).

Versionierung von Forms Formularen
Es wäre schön, wenn Änderungen an Forms Formularen als neue Version oder Entwurf abgespeichert werden können, damit beispielsweise Änderungen vor Veröffentlichung nochmal geprüft werden können. Somit müsste nicht jedes mal das Formular kopiert werden und unter einer neuen URL veröffentlicht werden.

Multi Person/Stop forms
Sometimes forms need to be filled by multiple parties and it would be nice to be able to accomplish this simply in the form filler interface instead of having to build a workflow to fill in the remainder of the form.

the ability to link index fields on a form before the form is completed
Sometimes there is already data in Docuware that should be visual on a form, I'm thinking of a work order, for example. If you could generate the form where the customer data or the work order is already filled in, then that is very clear to the user who then has to fill in the work order with, for example, the materials used or hours worked.
Now you can only folder this after the form is linked back in Docuware.6 votes -
Forms - Fully Data Enabled
Requesting full data interaction in Forms. For instance, fill in a key value and have other fields fill in based on that. For instance: last 4 of social pull First Name, Last Name and DOB from data and fills in those fields. I wish that were there all the time and an existing client just asked me to put in a request for it.

allow a merge form to be created based on content of a form
I have several merge forms that may or may not be needed depending on the content of a form. For example I have 2 consent forms that are identical the only difference is the county. I would like to use 1 form and then have a checkbox for the county and it use the data from that checkbox to determine which merge form to complete.

Formular als Entwurf speichern - Sammelbestellungen
Ich schlage vor, dass Bestellungen als Entwurf gespeichert werden können. Im konkreten Fall sammelt unsere Bürokraft Bedarfe für Büromaterialien über einen längeren Zeitraum und bestellt diese dann als Sammelbestellung bei einem Lieferanten. Derzeit sammelt sie auf einem "Spickzettel" und überträgt dann manuell in's DW. NAch Umsetzung des Vorschlages, könnte sie direkt im DW sammeln und die Bestellung dann direkt abschicken.

Öffentliches Formular mit Virenschutz für Dateianhänge
in Docuware Forms kann man in einem öffentlichen Formular auch Dokumente mit anfügen. Selbst wenn hier nur PDF-Dokumente akzeptiert werden würden, kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass Viren von extern ins Docuware hochgeladen werden, da diese nicht geprüft werden können, bis das Dokument abgelegt wurde. Ein Online-AV-Schtz mit Feedback asu dem Formular heraus an den Anwender wäre mein Wunsch um das System frei von Viren zu halten

DocuWare Forms angehängte Dateien mit eigenen Indexwerten verschlagworten
Es sollte in DocuWare Forms möglich sein, angehängte Dateien mit eigenen Indexwerten zu versehen. Damit diese zum Beispiel als eigener Dokumententyp ins Archiv gespeichert werden können.

Retain original file format in merge forms
For example if you use a word doc as the document to accept merge data into then store as a word doc and not convert to a pdf. Thereby enabling edit capability going forward.

Table Form Field
Add a behavior to form table fields and make the table map directly onto a merge form. Also add a delete button for form calculations.

The ability to index from a table on a form
Indexing from item fields in a table used on a form to be able to use the fields in a Workflow.
We have Purchase Order forms with the new table field type but want to be able to build a workflow based on the items captured in the table. Specifically the Total Sum Amount from one of the table fields. Depending on the Total Amount different workflow decisions need to be made.

Feldverhalten zum Tabellenfeld fehlt!
So wie es scheint gibt es nun ein Tabellenfeld in Forms, jedoch kann man das Tabellenfeld nicht mit dem Wert "Verhalten" im Formular verknüpfen. Das ist sehr ungünstig, da ich ggf. das Tabellenfeld nur einblenden möchte, wenn ein bestimmtes Feld ein gewisses Verhalten zurück gibt. Das muss dringend noch angepasst werden!
Zudem wäre es klasse, wenn man anders herum das Verhalten bestimmter Felder mit den Eintragungen aus der Tabelle verknüpfen könnte. Dazu müsste das Tabellenfeld mit den Spalten im "Verhalten" zur Auswahl stehen, wie jedes andere Feld auch.
Und was auch noch fehlt, ist das Tabellenfeld zur Auswahl in der…5 votes -
Forms: Tabellenfelder errechenbar
mit 7.9 sind Tabellen in Forms integriert wurden. Leider sind innerhalb der Tabelle kein rechnen möglich.
Bsp. eine Bestellung wird abgeschickt:
2 Stühle für kosten 12,99 und der Kunde muss als Kosten Gesamt auch in die letzte Spalte 25,98€ eintragen und dies nicht automatisch eingetragen wird.Dies würde für Bestellungen/Abrechnungen und vielen anderen Dingen deutlich helfen

Rechnen mit Datumsfeldern in Formularen
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man im Formular mit Datumsfeldern rechnen könnte, so dass z.B. nach Eingabe von Start- und Enddatum die Reisedauer errechnet wird. Dadurch ließe sich dynmisch für jeden Tag eine Formularzeile anzeigen oder auch Überschriften mit den konkreten Datumswerten ausgeben.

Time picker
A basic option that is missing on the web forms designer is a time picker. The date one works great...now if we just had a time option that pulled up a clock on the mobile device or browser to easily and consistently set the time that would be great.

Public Form protection from bots.
Public Form is very useful but it gives us a bit of unease to use it. it would be super if there would be some security preventive measures that is in place to protect the system when the form is open to public
