Eingabemasken für Formate über Regular Expressions z.B. bei Stempeln
Mit der Regular Expression gebe ich die Formatierung meine Eingabe vor.
Z.B.
1.)
Eingabe "10000000" wird in das Format "10.0000,00" über ein Reg-Expression gebracht.
2.)
Eingabe "29042022" wird in das Format "29.04.2022" gebracht.Die Verifizierung der Eingaben gibt es schon.

Dokumentenverarbeitung auch für E-Mails
Die Dokumentenverarbeitung sollte auch für E-Mails bzw. deren Anhänge möglich sein. So könnten E-Mails über die Funktion E-Mails Allgemein direkt von einem Postfach abgeholt werden, die Dokumentenverarbeitung durchlaufen und schließlich in einem Archiv abgelegt werden. Über die Funktion Verarbeitung/Identifizierung könnten dadurch auch verschiedene Archive angesprochen werden.
Ein Versand per E-Mail ist bei vielen Anwendungen heute Standard, so könnten verschiedenste Dokumente unkompliziert in DocuWare importiert werden. Dadurch wäre es ohne größeren Aufwand möglich verschiedene Fremdsysteme an DocuWare anzubinden.

Ergebnisliste mehr als 100 Treffer pro Seite
Hallo
Ich kontrolliere häufiger in unseren Großarchiven.
Jedes Mal stosse ich auf die Begrenzung von hundert Treffer pro Seite. Finde ich äußerst unpraktisch.
Ist es angedacht, die Ergebnisliste zu vergrössern?
Z. B. auf 1000 Treffer oder mehr pro Seite.4 votes -
Allow document history and workflow history to transfer when copying a document to another cabinet
If you have a stored document and want to move it to another file cabinet either via 'Copy to', 'Quick copy to' or even a Document 'Transfer Job', the document history does not go with it.

Erweiterung der .net-Api (Dateiinhalt mit Stream ersetzen)
Beim Ersetzen des Inhaltes einer Datei verschwindet oder verändert sich momentan die DWExtension, wenn der in section.PutToContentRelationForSection angegebene MimeType unbekannt (z.B. "application/vnd.ms-outlook" für .msg) oder generisch ("application/octet-stream") ist. Bei section.EasyReplace ist nur ein FileInfo-Parameter vorgesehen. Hier wären jeweils Overloads für die Methoden sinnvoll.
section.PutToContentRelationForSection: Ein optionaler Boolean-Parameter, der festlegt ob der bestehende Dateityp beibehalten werden soll (in diesem Fall könnte der Mimetype sogar entfallen)
section.EasyReplace: Ein Overload mit Stream und Mimetype statt FileInfo. Der optionale Parameter wäre hier ebenfalls gut.

Support for DocuWare Cloud Desktop Apps on Windows 365 Business/Enterprise environment
Many users will use Windows 365, the Cloud PC environment released from Microsoft this year. DocuWare Desktop Apps must also be supported for this environment.
This request includes support for virtual environments in Azure Desktop and AWS EC2 as well as Windows 365.

Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben sich über neue DocuWare Updates innerhalb einer Version benachrichtigen zu lassen. Die Version 7.4 hat mittlerweile mehr als drei Updates erhalten. Jedes mal muss man den Download mit der "Universal URL" (https://go.docuware.com/download-dw74) starten um anhand des Dateinamens festzustellen ob es eine neue Version gibt. Selbst die KBA Einträge sind weder gepflegt noch gut zu finden. Früher war es auch nicht optimal, jedoch hatte man immer einen Festen Eintrag in der KBA der zumindest gepflegt wurde.

Wünschenswert ist eine webbasierte Lösung zu graphischen Auswertungen von Archiv-Daten in form eines Dashboards im Client und in form eines BI-Centers für Kundenspezifische Archiv-Daten.
Eine Dashboard Übersicht:

Wieviel oder welche Dokumente wurden archiviert

Massenlöschung von Daten verhindern
Sollten aus irgendeinem Grund mehrere Hundert/tausend Dokumente gelöscht werden z.B. durch Anwender oder Workflow oder Autoindex)
So sollte dies erstmal gestoppt werden und eine Sicherheitsabfrage erfolgen, um nicht gewollte Löschungen durch Konfigurationsfehler oder Anwenderfehler vorzubeugen.4 votes -
Add ability to download in sets of 1000 instead of just 100. I have users that want to download 10000 records...
Take the limit of 100 records per page and increase it to 1000 so that downloading 10000 records is easier for the users or at least make it customizable from 100 default to 250, 500, 1000 etc. That way the user can tailor their experience based on their machine's capability.

Cloud Version-Cloud Status
The Cloud Status for Storage should update more frequently. We had an issue and were told that the Storage Quota status updated every 3 to 6 hours. It appeared to be closer to 6 hours for the update. It should update every 1 to 3 hours if the Quota is over 80%.
It would also be nice if it defaulted to 7 days, not 12 months.

Vor- und Nachname als Auswahlliste
Bisher gibt es nur eine DocuWare interne Auswahlliste mit dem Benutzernamen. Es wäre gut wenn man eine interne Auswahlliste mit dem Vor- und Nachnamen des Benutzers hätte. Wenn es keinen Namen gibt dann halt den Benutzernamen anzeigen. Oder wenn nicht machbar, könnte man wenigstens den Vor- und Nachnamen als Spalte in der DWUser Tabelle mit aufnehmen. Aktuell steht es ja nur in den Settings als XML-Eintrag.

Zurück/Home Button in "Konfigurationen" (Cloud)
Das Menü "Konfigurationen" öffnet sich in einem neuen Tab.
Dort gibt es aber keinen Weg zurück in den Produktivmodus oder Link auf den "Startbildschirm", wenn das Haupttab z.B. versehentlich geschlossen wird.

DW cloud - Autoindex - Open SQL Query Testing Area
I would really appreciate a little area in the cloud systems where you could test Autoindex queries to see what the returns look like without having to build it all into an actual autoindex routine for testing.
Just a simple place where you could bang out a query and see the result set that you get back. Right now I have to mock up things in a local SQL instance to test, and it would really be nice to be able to query against the cloud tables themselves.

Make Waiting and Delayed tasks in Workflow visible to Wokflow Monitors
When an instance goes into a Waiting or Delayed Task in workflow, it completely disappears from all Web Client views (My Tasks and Monitored Tasks). This makes it difficult to monitor what is in these states without going to the Workflow Designed as a Designer and checking the Waiting Instances Tab.
Even if I go to the Waiting Instances tab there is no simple way to associate the documents with the instances. The tab show Guid and DocID but many times that is too generic for a user to track back a document if it is waiting and needs to…

Print selected pages option
Add ability to print or email selected pages or page range. Currently the only option is to print the entire document or the page loaded in the viewer.

Verwendung regulärer Ausdrücke auch in den Konfigurationen der Dokumentenverarbeitung
Schön wäre es in den Konfigurationen der Dokumentenverarbeitung auch die Option zu haben, reguläre Ausdrücke zu verwenden, so wäre manche Einstellung mitunter noch komfortabler zu erledigen.

Make Emailing a Doc Available Without the Desktop Apps
I install a LOT of DW Desktop Apps only to get the Email a Document function. Would be great to have this made a part of the base web client experience. I would expect that there are probably some pretty good technical considerations to something like this, but would really be great. The web client is just so nice, and adding this functionality would allow a very large group of users to be fully functional with no local installs.

Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.Currently browsers do not allow to open an email application with an attachment. That´s why we need a local application to download the document and then attaching the document to the email.
