Struktur aufbauen: Felder von unten nach oben ziehen sehr mühsam außerdem muss man alle einzeln ausblenden/einblenden

Mehrere Dokumente aus dem Windows Explorer Client öffnen
Das Öffnen im Bearbeiten-Modus mehrerer Dokumente soll durch Öffnen mehrerer Dokumente möglich sein.
Funktionsweise: Markieren mehrere Dokumente, Bearbeiten mittels Kontextmenü.
Dieses Funktion wäre auch im WebClient in der Ergebnisliste wünschenswert.2 votes -

Change the "is different than previous page" Split option to not split if the zone is empty.
I have had multiple occasions where the first page of a new document has a customer number and the subsequent pages do not. I need a way to say that if the zone has a number in it that is different from the previous, but NOT EMPTY then split before that page. Currently, the “different than previous” option considers a blank zone a new document and this does not work for these scenarios.

Windows Explorer Client 6.6 Einstellungen wie in vorherigen Versionen (bis 6.5)
Es sollten die bis in Version 6.5 möglichen Einstellungs-Optionen wieder möglich sein:
1. [kein Index] verbergen, sodass Dokumente mit fehlendem Index sofort angezeigt werden im Ordner
2. Sonderzeichen aktivieren - im Moment werden Einträge, welche Sonderzeichen enthalten, nicht angezeigt2 votes -
Zielbriefkorb für Import Jobs nicht im Template sondern im Desktop bestimmen
Beim Anlegen von Import Jobs in der Webadministration muss festgelegt werden, in welchem Briefkorb das Dokument landen soll. Es kommt häufiger vor, dass gleichartige Dokumente in verschiedenen Briefkörben (etwa Abteilungen) landen sollen. Dafür muss jeweils ein Template konfiguriert werden. Einfach wäre, dem Import Job im Desktop das Ziel mitgeben zu können.

Terminalserver korrekt unterstützen
DocuWare unterstützt nach wie vor Terminalserverumgebungen nicht korrekt
Userprofilinformationen werden in ProgramData gespeichert anstatt im Roamingpofil des Users
Die Desktop Apps verbinden sich Browserabhängig. Stelle ich die Verbindung per Edge her funktioniert sie nicht in Chrome.
Bei Terminalserverumgebungen mit mehrere Terminalservern müssen Verbindungen stets neu erstellt werden und man muss sogar auf den Browser aufpassen.Hier hat DocuWare meines Erachtens ein Architektonisches Problem das alle Kunden mit Terminalservern betrifft. Das sollte man dringend anpassen da sonst größere Mittelständische Unternehmen vor allem mit großen Terminalserverfarmen und Load Balancing nicht unterstützt werden.
Auch der DocuWare Desktop Dienst wird unter einen Lokalen System…

Adding an option to also delete from the Recycle Bin when migrating from the Document Tray in StorageRobot.
When using StorageRobot to migrate documents from the Document Tray to the File Cabinet, we set the configuration to delete the source documents.
In this scenario, the documents migrated from the Document Tray to the File Cabinet are automatically moved to the Recycle Bin. When migrating a large volume of documents, having the exact same data transferred to both the Recycle Bin and the File Cabinet significantly strains the storage capacity.
Therefore, we request that an additional option for automatic deletion from the Recycle Bin be added to StorageRobot, alongside the existing "delete from source" option, when migrating documents from…

Implement the ability to add more than one email account dynamically to a Email task in a workflow
It is quite normal to have a list of an unknown number of emails you need to automatically send an email. Right now, there is no way to configure a workflow that get all these emails and send an email to all of them at the same time, as you have to add one by one in an unique variable to the email task.
It would be nice to have the ability to add all the emais in an text variable just separated by “;”.1 vote -

It would be great if the Upload history can include a direct document link, that once click it takes you directly to the document in whatever location it was stored, and also reference in the log the dwdocid.

Warning before deleting production workflow, or recycle bin for deleted Workflows
Hello all. It would be very helpful if there was a recycle bin for deleted workflows.
Currently it's a little too easy to accidently delete a workflow. When managing workflow versions in the "versions" tab, it turns out that if a user deletes an old version (e.g. version 9 of 12) the workflow designer actually deletes everything, not just version 9 of the workflow, but also production and other old versions.
Currently there is no clear warning. Just a popup that mentions that a "published version" exists, which could be interpreted as there were multiple published versions of the…

Proxyfähigkeit Desktop Apps
Die Desktop Apps funktionieren ausschließlich sauber i.V.m. Proxy Servern wenn man Einträge in die Desktop.exe.config und die Desktop.Service.exe.config vornimmt. Nach jedem Update der Apps werden diese Einträge herausgelöscht und der Zugriff funktioniert erneut nicht. Alternativ haben wir in Test festgestellt das die Hinterlegung eines Domänenbenutzers der die Proxyeinstellung hält ebenfalls das Problem löst. Auch dieser wird mit jedem Desktop-Apps Update entfernt und auf Lokales System umgestellt.
Wunsch wäre
Entweder die config Dateien nicht zu verändern, oder das ein neu hinterlegter Dienstuser erhalten bleibt. Letzeres sehe ich mit weniger Entwicklungsaufwand verbunden.1 vote -
I suggest a "reconnect" switch to control that a connection is automatically re-established if it is interrupted
It would be desirable if there was a "reconnect" switch in a future version, which could be used to control that a connection is automatically re-established if it is interrupted - for whatever reason - the Internet line can sometimes fail became. Ideally with a controllable period of time, e.g. to carry out a connection check every 30 or 60 minutes and to restore the standard connection if a connection failure is detected.

Export App: Limite von 10'000 entfernen
In der Desktop Anwendung gibt es beim Export eine Limite von 10'000 Zeilen. Diese Limite scheint doch etwas überholt, in der Desktop GUI gehen ja problemlos 100'000. Das würde Mittelgrosse Exports doch wesentlich vereinfachen.

Make the edit app more robust in detecting changes in files
Currently, the edit app only detects changes to the file if it's locked, but some older applications do not keep the file locked after loading it, and only save back over the file after changes have been made. This doesn't seem necessary, since it's also looking for when the modification date changes for the file. An option to make the requirements less strict would allow the edit app to be compatible with a larger range of applications.

Hinzufügen von neuen Tabelleneinträgen im Workflow
Tabelleneinträge können z.B. dazu genutzt werden, um verscheidene Zustände eines Dokumentes über einzelne Workflows hinaus festzuhalten. Um dies zu realisieren, ist es notwendig, Einträge nicht nur auslesen und ändern zu können. Darüber hianusgehend ist auch ein Hinzufügen und Entfernen notwendig. Ebenso wäre es hilfreich, bereits fertige Funktionen zum Auffinden von Einträgen vorzufinden, so dass man nicht immer Schleifen bauen muss.

Scan Verarbeitungskonfiguration im Voraus laden
Die Scan Verarbeitungskonfiguration wird in den Desktop Apps mit Verzögerung immer erst geladen, wenn man auf "Scannen" klickt. Dies auch dann, wenn man in der App nur einmal wechsel auf die anderen Menüpunkte. Das kostet wertvolle Zeit und ist schlecht für die Benutzerakzeptanz. Es dürfte unproblematisch möglich sein, dass die Desktop Apps die Scan Profile bereits vorausladen und dieselben jederzeit sofort bereitstehen.
Es wäre schön, wenn meine Idden bis zur Umsetzung nicht jedes mal 9 Jahre brauchen würden.

Connect to Teams: Dokumente aus DocuWare als PDF in Microsoft Teams Chat exportieren
Es wäre schön, wenn man mit Connect to Teams die Möglichkeit hätte Dokumente als PDF zu exportieren, genauso wie es bei Connect to Outlook gegeben ist.

Kurzzeitige Verbindungsabbrüche erkennen
Wenn eine Datei geöffnet ist und dann ein kurzzeitiger Verbindungsabbruch < 60 Sekunden erfolgt, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn Docuware erkennt, dass es sich um einen kurzzeitigen Abbruch handelt und die Verbindung sowie die Dokumentsperre umgehend wiederherstellt.
Insbesondere im Home Office kommt dies häufiger vor. Das Dokument wird dann als lokale Kopie gespeichert und es kommt in scheinbar willkürlichen Zeiträumen die Abfrage, ob diese Kopie hochgeladen oder gelöscht werden soll.

Change where the SID is stored for Desktop Apps when using the Cloud version
Would it be possible to change the “secure” user folder area that contains the SID folders from %programdata%\Docuware\Desktop\Secure and move that into a user area maybe under %appdata%\Roaming? The reason to do this is because the user data ends up being placed outside of areas that can be virtualized, leading to the docuware software not retaining the connection when utilizing fresh desktops.
