Restrict possibility to apply a Stamp based on document index fields
It would be useful to be able to restrict the possibility of applying a stamp on a document according to its indexes, some examples :
A stamp is intended for certain types of documents and has no purpose to be applied to others
A stamp can only be applied if the document is at a certain status
A stamp can only be applied if all the required fields have been completed
This would make it possible to propose processes in case management and optimize the user experience by displaying only the stamps that are useful for the document

Document history within tasks
If you want to view document history by clicking on it in tasks, you will only see history for that particular workflow. It would be great to see whole document history even if I want to watch it in tasks.

Allow SQL command in index profile on cloud version
On on premice version, index profile can be defined with an SQL command allowing to write complex sql command

Import Konfigurationen gruppieren
Aktuell kann man entweder nur eine Importkonfiguration einem zu überwachenden Ordner hinzufügen oder aber man muss die "Automatische Identifizierung" aktivieren, welche dann alle Importkonfigurationen durchläuft.
Viel besser und zielführender ist es, wenn man einem Ordner, in den z.B. gescannte Dokumente hineinlaufen, eine GRUPPE von Importkonfigurationen zugeordnet wird. (oder anders ausgedruckt eine übergeordnete META Importkonfiguration mit 1:n Zuordnung).
Somit würden nur Konfigurationen durchlaufen werden, welche auch zugeordnet sind.
Optional: Wenn dann dieser META Importkonfiguration noch zusätzlich ein Briefkorb zugeordnet werden könnte, in den dann im FEHLERFALL das Dokument abgelegt wird, wäre das optimal. (Ansonsten würde es in den Standardbriefkorb des Importusers…

Allow pages to be deleted from a document prior to storing in File Cabinet
In some cases documents include a mix of double-sided and single-sided pages. If the document is scanned at a local copier it does not allow you to opt for automatic blank page removal like a scan station might. This means that the scanner picks up the blank side of a single-sided document, making the document larger than necessary. It would be great to have the ability to remove these pages without having to unstaple all the pages to remove them, then to restaple. Separate permissions focused on export option
In new versions we suggest that download, print and e-mail options be separate in the management of docuware profiles. These options should not be focused on the "export" option. For our organization these separate options would give a better control of permissions on users and is very necessary.

Allow storageRobot to attach (clip) to the front of an existing document in the cabinet.
Currently it only attaches to the back of the existing document.

Allow storageRobot to clip to more than one existing document in the cabinet at a time
Currently this application is hard coded to attach to only one document that matches the search criteria. Also, if it finds more than one, it errors and does not clip anything.

Recently Deleted - Ability to disable retention for Document trays and specific File Cabinets
Have the ability to disable retention for specific Document trays and specific file cabinets.
We delete on average 3 million documents per month (historic documents and duplicate documents). When deleting this large amount of documents, you have to keep the gui open for days on end and would likely time out. Also, it is unclear when a filter is applied, does permanently delete all only target the filtered list or all documents in the recently deleted folder?
Also add the capability for a deletion workflow to clear these out for specific doctrays/fc's. perhaps also enable quotas specifically for recently deleted…

API - Ability to create objet (File Cabinets, Roles...)
There is no API documentation for the creation of DocuWare objects using the API. That would be very usefull to create File cabinets, roles, add indexes... with the API

Use a filecabinet table as datasource for filling a table field
In DW 7.8 we are able to use a LDS source to fill a table field. Please make this also possible from other sources, such as a FileCabinet.

Kombinierte Datenbankfelder automatisch erzeugen lassen
In einem DocuWare-Archiv sollte ein kombiniertes Datenbankfeld automatisch erzeugen werden können.
Hier ein Beispiel zur Verdeutlichung:
Im Ablagedialog werden folgende Felder ausgefüllt
- Nachname: Freudenberger
- Vorname: Lena
Und DocuWare erstellt automatisch und ohne händische Pflege folgendes Datenbankfeld:
- Name (Nachname, Vorname): Freudenberger, LenaDieses Feld kann dann z.B. zum Erstellen einer Ordnerstruktur genutzt werden.

Mehrzeilige formatierte Textfelder
Es wäre wunderbar, wenn man die Eingaben in Text-Feldern Formatierungen enthalten könnten. Ein Zeilenumbruch bzw. Tab Abstände wären schön.
Hintergrund: Beim zurückschreiben in Formulare gehen die Formatierungen (Zeilenumbrüche) bei mehrzeiligen Textfelder verloren.4 votes -
Indexeinträge nachträglich schneller ändern
1) mehrere Dokumente im Archiv auswählen
2) Rechtklick auf Dokument(e)
3) Indexeinträge ändernAktuell kann lediglich 1 Indexeintrag geändert und gespeichert werden.
Müssen mehrere geändert werden, muss man den Vorgang entsprechend oft wiederholen.Effizienter wäre es, wenn nicht nur 1 Dropdown-Menü zur Indexauswahl bereitstehen würde, sondern mind. 2 besser 3 oder 4 um deren Indexeinträge zeitgleich zu ändern.
Damit hätte man die meisten Änderungsanforderungen abgedeckt und reduziert den Aufwand.4 votes -
Migrationstool damit DW4 Platten in DocuWare Version 7.2 umgewandelt werden können
DW4 Platten können nur in DW6 Systemen migriert werden. Es gibt in Version 7.2 die Möglichkeit diese zu lesen, wie man Sie aber umwandelt ist nicht integriert. Bitte ein Tool erstellen um DW4 ohne COLD zu migrieren. Kunden benötigen nicht nur die Möglichkeit zu lesen.

Standardprofile nicht automatisch einfügen
Ab DocuWare 6.8 werden Standardprofile zu den Archiven hinzugefügt, um die Administration zu vereinfachen.
Dies ist bei bestehenden Archiven mit vielen Archivprofilen lästig und macht es unübersichtlich. Es sollte auswählbar sein, ob ein Archiv in der "vereinfachten Verwaltung" teilnimmt oder nicht und damit diese Profile erhält.4 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee.

Validierung von „Änderungen“ in Indexdialogen über einen Validation-Service, wie mit DocuWare 6
Leider ist es bisher mit DocuWare 7.xx immer noch nicht wieder möglich, Änderungen, die in Indexdialogen gemacht werden über einen Validation-Service zu validieren, da an den Service lediglich die geänderten Daten gemeldet werden, nicht jedoch die Indexdaten, die vor der Änderung im Indexdialog stehen. Der Validation-Service kann somit nicht auf Indexänderungen in bestimmten Feldern reagieren, sondern nur die neu zu schreibenden Daten analysieren.
Möchte man z.B. eine Validierung schreiben, welche die Änderung eines Belegstatus auf den Wert "bezahlt" nur zulässt, wenn der Staus zuvor "geprüft" war, so ist dies nicht möglich, da der Service keine Information erhält welchen Inhalt das…3 votes
