Possibility to change the variables order for stamps
In earlier versions, when stamps were configured by Administration utility, it was possible do define the order of variables of the stamp.
Since the introduction of web client for stamps defining, this feature is no more available.
It could be usefull to restore this functionality for old customers that know the previous behaviour and for new ones that ask for fixed text of the stamp to preceed any other variable text.
This is the desired and "no more supported" configuration:

Switch sides of WebClient
I have a customer who likes to view the documents on the left side of the screen and have the workspace on the right.
Please introduce a setting to switch sides of the workspace and the document viewer pane in the webclient, just like the already existing option to always open the viewer in a new window.1 vote -

Create software integrations for screen reading software for the visually impaired.
Currently visually impaired often use screen reader software for accessibility. With further integration, those who have visual impairment would still be able have full use of the product.

Ansicht maximierter Arbeitsbereich speichern
Der Arbeitsbereich (Kontierungsbereich) kann mittels Maximieren Taste vergrößert werden - was sehr hilfreich ist. Leider wird diese Einstellung aber nicht gespeichert und muss bei jeder Rechnung neu angeklickt werden.

Add abilty to show index value from another document
show index value from another document (from another filecabinet) in result list/tasks lists/workflows.

Den Dateianhang von E-Mails per Doppelklick öffnen zu können.
Bei in DocuWare archivierten E-Mails wäre es wünschenswert,
wenn diese im Viewer des Webclients angezeigt werden,
den Dateianhang farbig hinterlegt (als eine Art Link) anzeigen zu lassen und diesen mit den in Windows hinterlegten Standardprogrammen per Doppelklick öffnen zu können.
Das würde das leidige Öffnen der E-Mail vermeiden und man hätte direkt den Dateianhang auf dem Bildschirm.1 vote -
GroupBy in results, views, wordkflows...
GROUP (and subgroup...) results or Taks or lists by the desired field... This should be able to be configured by admin for each result list or workflow view, but also modified and personalized by the users.

Allow keywords to be displayed and filtered on in the task view
You currently are not able to display keywords in the task list. A workaround is to populate them into a global text variable and they will be separated by commas. The issue with that is that they cannot be filtered on as the filter does not parse through the entire string to find matches.

Able to add Stamps without decisions
Able to add Stamps without decisions being stamped as well.
Ie FIELD = COMMENTS
Stamp just posts
USER AND TIMEbut the field will still copy to comments.

Add shortcut to download selected file from clipped documents
With document which contains several clipped files we can not download selected clipped file (which preview is currently displayed) using any shortcut - we can only download complete document set as ZIP.

Bei den Anmerkungen sollte es analog zu "Freihand zeichnen" auch die Möglichkeit geben, einen Text mit einer geraden Linie zu markieren. Das Feature "Linie zeichnen" überschreibt leider den Text, dieser sollte jedoch beim Überzeichnen immer noch lesbar sein.

Add a feature to choose a certain page to scroll to when viewing instead of just the arrows.
Allow the user to choose a page number to scroll to in the same manner as available in Adobe.

Die Combobox mit dem Stempeln sollte ganz aufklappen können, ohne Scrollbalken. Tritt natürlich nur auf wenn der User viele Stempel besitzt.

Die Bauverwaltung hätte gerne in der Vieweranzeige die Möglichkeit mit einer "Hand" Pläne anzufassen und zu verschieben
Die Bauverwaltung erachtet es für sehr unpraktisch, Zeichnungen im Viewer nur mit dem Balken unten oder rechts verschieben zu können. Praktischer wäre es im Viewer mit einem "Händchen" das Dokument anzufassen und in verschiedene Richtungen dirigieren zu können. Diese Funktion gibt es auch in anderen Programmen.

Barcode-Erkennung aus Web-Client wie damals mit Windows-Client & Recognition
Moin,
früher war es möglich mittels Recognition Barcodes per Bereich im Windows-Client auszulesen um den erkannten Wert in die Indexbegriffe zu übernehmen - mit dem Webclient ist dieses Feature verschwunden oder ich habe es noch nicht entdecken können - könnte das bitte wieder eingebaut werden?

Änderung der Darstellung im WebClient, bezogen auf Archivprofile
Wenn man mehrere Berechtigungen anhand von Archivprofilen setzt, gibt es Probleme in der Darstellung vom Web Client.
Z.B. bekommt eine Rolle das Recht zu lesen auf bestimmte Dokumenttypen.
Wenn man nun ein weiteres Archivprofil erstellt, in welchem die Berechtigung für die Bearbeitung eines einzelnen Dokumenttyps konfiguriert ist, wird im Web Client bei jedem Dokumenttyp die Funktion "Export und Bearbeiten" angezeigt.
Erst wenn man die Funktion ausführen will, kommt die Fehlermeldung mit fehlenden Berechtigungen.
Schön wäre, wenn die Funktion nur bei den Dokumenttypen angezeigt wird, bei denen das Archivprofil zutrifft.
