Uhrzeit in Stempeln gemäß aktueller Zeitzone darstellen (Cloud)
Wenn innerhalb eines Workflows aus einer Aufgabe heraus ein Stempel mit Uhrzeit platziert wird, so ist die Uhrzeit in der UTC Zeit.
Mein Verbesserungsvorschlag und der Wunsch meiner Kunden ist, dass hier die Uhrzeit im Workflow mit einer Zeitzone dargestellt werden kann / ausgewählt werden kann.2 votes -
Rename confirm button in workflow
It would be nice if the confirm button in a workflow user task could be renamed. I.E. save, update, route, cancel, remove.

Betreff mit Umlauten aus Docuware Workflow E-Mails werden nicht richtig angezeigt
Sobald eine E-Mail mit dem Dokument als Anhang aus dem Workflow-Manager verschickt wird, werden die Umlaute nicht richtig angezeigt. (siehe Screenshots)

allow workflow administrators to retry errors for all tasks at once.
Over the weekend I had an issue with my local data connection. Then an autoindex kicked off 200 workflows that requred the LDC and they all puked. So then after I fixed the LDC I had 200 tasks I had to go in to each one and say retry rather than selecting all of them and then retrying them all at once.

Feldaktualisierung mit Stempel im Workflow
Möchte man ein Indexfeld mittels Stempel aktualisieren in einem Workflow und setzt ein Indexfeld mit demselben, so wird diese Aktualisierung des Feldwertes im Workflow Dialog nicht aktualisiert. Da sollte verbessert werden.

Ergebnisliste in der Aufgabenliste frei definieren
Die Aufgabenliste zeigt immer nur die eingestellte Standard-Ergebnisliste des Archivs.
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man dort pro Workflow eine eigene Ergebnisliste konfigurieren könnte um die jeweiligen Indexwerte anzeigen und ändern zu können.
Das ist dann sinnvoll, wenn in einem Archiv unterschiedliche Dokumententypen mit eigenen Workflows bearbeitet werden.
Sämtliche Felder in die Standard-Ergebnisliste zu packen ist hier nicht sinnvoll.Vielen Dank und viele Grüße,

Roles (List) - Arithmetic expression roles
Allow the ability to group two role variables into a role list variable.
Ie.
Single Role Variables
Manager - GVMANAGER
Director - GVDIRECTORList Role Variable
Approval - GVAPPROVAL (GVMANAGER+GV DIRECTOR)Then allow the workflow to Assign this new role.

Add the option to select a merge form to send from the email task
When dealing with a webform with multiple merge forms, DocuWare does not have the function to select between them in order to only send one document out, and later in the workflow to add the second document to send out , lets use the following scenario , a customer needs to pay for a service , thus a invoice needs to be generated and sent out, after proof of payment was received DocuWare workflow needs to generate a receipt of payment, using the same workflow with multiple merge forms.
2 votesThank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.
This seems to be more a configuration issue as this could be already done today.

Web Service Integration Improvements
DocuWare doesnt have the same abilities as SoapUI to process data from web services. See below
Docuware can’t process sub child XML elements and self-closing tag as a parameter.
SoupUI can process all standard data types while Docuware can accept Integer and Decimal but seems to inconsistently be able to access some string parameters
Some context objects in SoapUI aren't able to be interacted with in DocuWare because the data types aren't standard (string, decimal etc).

You need to be able to assign a specific SENDER email address within a workflow
When setting up a workflow you should be able to choose a sender email address BY WORKFLOW. Example:
AP invoice workflow send emails from AP@MYCOMPANY.COM
Order workflow sends emails from ORDERS@MYCOMPANY.COMThese should be selectable IN THE WORKFLOW

Parallel Aufgaben per Entscheid beenden
Parallele Aufgaben im Workflow lassen sich aktuell per "Abbruchbedingung" frühzeitig beenden. Wenn wir also eine Aufgabe an mehrere User zuweisen, so legen wir GV an und zählen diese hoch. Je nach getroffener Entscheidung ist der Wert dann 1,2, 3 etc... In der Abbruchbedingung legen wir fest, dass wenn die GV > 0 ist die Aufgabe beendet werden soll und es weitergehen kann. Danach muss per Bedingung geprüft werden, Wenn Wert 1 dann wurde Entscheidung Agetroffen, falls Wert 2 dann Entscheidung B usw. Es wäre super wenn parallele Aufgaben diese Logik selber implementiert bekämen. Entscheidet 1ner der User geht die Aufgabe…

Filterlisten von Aufgaben
Szenario:
Eine Firma bestitzt 7 Standorte mit Buchhaltungen und Buchhaltungen die auch mehrere Standorte bearbeiten.
Alle Standorte arbeiten über dem selben Workflow, da die Prozesse genormt sind.Problem:
Für die Mitarbeiter, die für mehrere Standorte zuständig sind, wird die Aufgabenliste schnell unübersichtlich. Man kann zwar nach Standorten sortieren oder filtern, trotzdem wird es eher als mühselig und unübersichtlich gesehen.Vorschlag:
Filterlisten für Aufgaben.
Es wäre super, könne man, wie bei den Suchen, eigene Aufgabenlisten mit gewissen Filtern erstellen.
Beispielsweise:

In the workflow designer allow a workflow to be scheduled if todays date = a date index filed
In the workflow designer, you can schedule a task to run if a date field is a length of time after or before a date. There is no easy way to schedule it to run for documents that have a date = a date specifically today's date. So the solution is to have it run after the past 1 day and before the next 1 day and for some reason that ran it a day ahead of schedule so I had to put in a condition as the first command in the workflow to see if the date was =…

Display multiple documents in workflow
It would be very powerful if you can display multiple documents in a workflow, basically the concept of a binder. Currently related documents is the only way to do that which requires toggling back and forth between screens. It is often necessary for an end user to see multiple document types to make a decision in a workflow task (It could even be documents in a different filing cabinet.) Additionally documents may be added to a filing cabinet downstream as part of a business process that need to be viewable in a workflow task.

NTLM-Unterstützung für Workflow-Links und E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen
Aktuell wird der NTLM-Parameter für Links, die durch den Workflow oder über Benachrichtigungen erzeugt werden, nicht unterstützt. Diese Option würde den Login-Prozess, insbesondere für Gelegenheitsnutzer, deutlich komfortabler und ohne notwendigen Erklärungsbedarf gestalten.

In a workflow table field entry I would like to set a required field for a specific row.
In a workflow table field entry I would like to set a required field for a specific row. Here is an example. We have therapy evaluations. The referral comes in and is scheduled for the different therapy types with a table field that has the therapy type, date, location, and completion date. Then the therapists do the evaluations and they fill in the completion date. Define reminder dates for tasks based on due dates rather than define due dates by reminder dates
I frequently have workflows that require tasks to be due by x number of days after an indexed date.
The problem is I can only set the reminder date by a variable, which requires me to hardcode the due date after a reminder date.I have a situation where a reminder date is 1 week before a due date, and the due date should be 30 days after a date index field.
If the document is stored the day before the task needs to be due, the reminder date defaults to the following day (since a reminder cannot be set…
