persönliche Anmerkungen im Workflow
Wir haben in unserer Aufgabenliste oft mehrere hundert Rechnungen. Um hier eine bessere Übersicht zu erhalten wäre es sinnvoll, persönliche Annotationswerkzeuge auf Listenebene vorzuhalten.
Beispielsweise würde ich in der Liste gerne mehrere Dokumente farbig hervorheben, je nachdem wie dringlich das Dokument ist oder welchen Bearbeitungsstand es hat. Auch wären Icons interessant, die den Bearbeitungsstand bereits in der Liste anzeigen. Hier geht es nicht um automatische Icons laut irgendwelcher Daten, sondern um vom Benutzer selbst gewählte aktive Organisierungshilfen.Oder Anmerkungen, die nicht auf dem Dokument, sondern nur in der Aufgabenliste zu sehen sind (Anfrage an... schicken; auf Gutschrift warten usw.)

Document history within tasks
If you want to view document history by clicking on it in tasks, you will only see history for that particular workflow. It would be great to see whole document history even if I want to watch it in tasks.

Workaround Vertretungsregel über Hilfsarchiv mit Zugriff auf Abwesenheit
Es wäre gut wenn bis zur Erweiterung der Vertretungsregeln ein direkter Zugriff auf die Abwesenheitseinstellungen von einem Hilfsarchiv aus möglich wäre.
Die Felder Abwesend von, Abwesend bis und Ich bin nicht im Büro sollten direkt in passende Indexfelder geschrieben werden können. So müssten User nicht zwei Abwesenheiten pflegen. Ebenso könnte der Workaround deutlich flexibler als die aktuellen Vertretungsregelung eingesetzt werden.

Anzeigen welchem Anwender Workflow Aufgaben zugewiesen sind, auch ohne WF Controller
Es sollte für alle Anwender möglich sein in der Aufgabenliste zu sehen welchem Anwender Workflow Aufgaben zugewiesen sind. Diese Funktion ist bisher nur mit dem Workflow Controller möglich, aber nicht jeder Anwender soll über die Rechte des Workflow Controllers verfügen. So können die Anwender bei Krankheit oder Urlaub sofort sehen welche Aufgaben liegen bleiben. Dies ist bei großen Abteilungen mit verschachtelten Vertretungsregelungen sehr sinnvoll.

DATABASE LOOKUP
This issue has been posted a lot of different ways but nothing has happened with it. I know Docuware has come up with their version of autoindexing and don't seem to understand why so many other softwares have standardize how it is done. You create a odbc connection and assign it to a data entry textbox. When someone keys a value and hits enter, it will populate all the other fields. This is the way it has always been done. This version runs after the fact which doesn't let the person indexing compare the results to the image they are…

Allow a standard attachment to add to a workflow
I want to use a public form for a lead to register and download an e-book. I want to do that by asking a lead to fill in a form after which I send the e-book via e-mail (after which I send the lead to an ccountmanager to follow-up. It would be great if I had the possibility of attaching an attachment of choice to a workflow generated e-mail.

regular expressions, regulärer Ausdruck (RegEx) im Workflow Designer und in Connect2Mail
Es wäre eine große Hilfe, wenn DocuWare in Workflows die Benutzung von regulären Ausdrücken unterstützen würde.
Anwendungsbeispiele wären:
Auftragsbestätigungen und Eingangsrechnungen nach Bestellnummern zu durchsuchen und zu indexieren, die einer bestimmten Formatierung entsprechen.Das könnte zusätzllich schon bei der Erfassung einer EMail geschehen, bspw. aus dem Betreff und/oder dem Email Body diese Bestellnummer(n) zu extrahieren.
Das ist es häufig gefordertes Feature unserer Kunden.Vielen Dank.

public form security
Public Form protection from bots.
Public Form is very useful but it gives us a bit of unease to use it. it would be super if there would be some security preventive measures that is in place to protect the system when the form is open to public

On on premice version, index profile can be defined with an SQL command allowing to write complex sql command

WF Fälligkeitseinstellungen Benachrichtigung mit Link
Bei den Eskalationsstufen in einer WF-Aufgabe habe ich die Erinnerungs- und Fälligkeitseinstellungen.
Bei der Benachrichtigung, die zu den o.g. Einstellungen gewählt werden können fehlt mir ganz klar der Link, der an die Nachricht angehangen werden soll.
Klar kann ich das über den Nachrichteninhalt hinzufügen, aber es wäre doch viel schicker, diese Option direkt auswählen zu können (unter Dokument an Email anhängen).5 votes -
Import Konfigurationen gruppieren
Aktuell kann man entweder nur eine Importkonfiguration einem zu überwachenden Ordner hinzufügen oder aber man muss die "Automatische Identifizierung" aktivieren, welche dann alle Importkonfigurationen durchläuft.
Viel besser und zielführender ist es, wenn man einem Ordner, in den z.B. gescannte Dokumente hineinlaufen, eine GRUPPE von Importkonfigurationen zugeordnet wird. (oder anders ausgedruckt eine übergeordnete META Importkonfiguration mit 1:n Zuordnung).
Somit würden nur Konfigurationen durchlaufen werden, welche auch zugeordnet sind.
Optional: Wenn dann dieser META Importkonfiguration noch zusätzlich ein Briefkorb zugeordnet werden könnte, in den dann im FEHLERFALL das Dokument abgelegt wird, wäre das optimal. (Ansonsten würde es in den Standardbriefkorb des Importusers…

For example I have a workflow “Customer Purchase Order” and I want to export all the history for all the documents during a set period.
I only want the data. Perferably in a CSV file for reporting.

Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List."
Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List." For example, if you create a "Paid by Credit Card" list, one of the headers will show a "Gross_Amount" and other information about the document. Is it possible to generate a total for such a column at the bottom of that window/tab?

Anmerkungen oder Stempel "Rückgängig machen"
Es wäre schön wenn man z.B. mit dem Textmarker eine Stelle markiert, man aber nicht zufrieden ist (zu viel/zu wenig/schief) man einen "Rückgängig"-Button hätte. Aktuell ist es nur möglich die Änderung entweder zu speichern oder man muss das Dokument komplett ohne Speichern verlassen und das ganze neu starten. Das gleiche gilt für Stempel: wenn man einen Stempel gesetzt hat kann man ihn nicht mehr entfernen, obwohl man das Dokument noch nicht gespeichert hat, sondern man muss komplett raus gehen. Hier wäre die "Rückgängig"-Funktion, die es z.B. auch in Word oder EXCEL gibt, sehr hilfreich

Concurrent license option for cloud
There are a number of problems that I have a difficult time solving with the user licensing with the cloud solution. For example, an organization has 5-10 regular DocuWare users, using the software daily. Same organization has 100 field users who need to sign into DocuWare two or three times per year.
I realize that a concurrent user license will have a higher monthly cost than a regular user license, but this will allow me to solve problems with DocuWare, rather than having to rely on ancillary or alternative products to do so.

Option to copy document to tray without index data.
We would like an option to copy a document from a cabinet to a tray without copying all index data.

Unclip documents from Web Client
It would be great if users could unclip or reorganize documentos directly from Web Client with a right clik.
It's very awful or even not valid option for all users copy to web basket and re insert the document. There ir many cases where users doesn't have access to delete documents, and the file cabinet has a field like a unique value.

I suggest that in the lists in which there are numeric fields, add a total at the bottom so that the user can see it without having to export information
