Stempel mehrfach hintereinander setzen
Szenario:
Lieferscheine sollen mit der DocuWare App bearbeitet werden. Der Lagermitarbeiter bestätigt hierfür mit einem Stempel die Position auf seinem Tablet, dass die Ware geliefert wurde.
Wunsch:
Es wäre schön wenn Stempel in der mobilen App auch mehrfach gesetzt werden könnten, so wie es im Webclient ist. Aktuell muss der Stempel immer bestätigt werden und kann nicht mehrfach gesetzt werden. Evtl. könnte dem Benutzer einfach ein Hinweis gegeben werden, dass er nun einen Stempel benutzt der mehrfach hintereinander gesetzt werden kann um ihm das bewusst zu machen.4 votes -
Allow users to approve tasks by replying to the email notification.
Our upper management users tend to have many requests that require their approval in DocuWare. It would be more efficient to allow them to approve the task simply by replying to the email notification with "Approve", "Yes", "Y", or something relating to that so that they do not need to log into DocuWare each time.

Hierdurch könnten Inhalte schnell und einfach kopiert werden und in andere Anwendungen eingefügt werden.(tags: Quickbutton, Button, copy, kopieren, einfügen, paste, Ergebnisliste, Zelle, Zelleninhalt, ram, Arbeitsspeicher)

New 'Add attachments' Dialog to DW WF Designer
I am currently working on a project in which we are essentially building a ticketing system within DW for our IT team, this system will work similarly to Jira. I am near the end of this build, and an area where I believe the WF designer can improve would be, if we had the ability to drag/attach files in a WF task setting. Ultimately when a user would get a task sent to them, in one of the dialog the user will be able to to drag and/or paste (ctrl+v) an image or file, and press 'Confirm'. Once the task…

Switch Case sentence in workflow designer
Should exist an element that emulate a Switch Case sentence because when you have to evaluate a lot of conditions with a only one variable or index field, you should nest them until you've evaluated all conditions, so think about if you have for example 20 contiditions, you must use at least 20 "Decitions" in the work flow.
Really bad practice at the time to make maintinance to the workflow.

Generate report of all users who have logged in within a given time frame
Right now, we can go into Audit Reports, export the last year's worth of user info, and manually generate a report in Excel of who's logged in in the last year. This process is time-consuming. For customers with hundreds of users and a limited stock of licenses, it would help to be able to quickly export a list of licensed users that have accessed DocuWare within a given time-frame.

Dialog template
In some systems, there are a lot of dialogs. Ordering the fields could be difficult and the technician could make a lot of mistakes. It could be nice to create dialog template, so the new dialogs could be automatically order with that template.

Papierkorb Einstellungen/Zeitraum anpassen
Laut Kundenanfragen wären generell mehr Einstellmöglichkeiten für den Papierkorb wünschenswert. Es sollte zumindest in OnPrem Systemen möglich sein, den Zeitraum des Papierkorbs zu verändern und nicht immer 30 Tage zu haben. Im Optimalfall sogar abhängig davon einzustellen, wo das Dokument gelöscht wurde, z.B. Briefkorb 10 Tage, Archiv A 30 Tage, Archiv B 90 Tage. Wenn es aus einem Archiv gelöscht wurde ggf. auch abhängig vom Dokumententyp, z.B. Rechnungen bleiben 90 Tage im Papierkorb, Briefe nur 30 Tage usw.

Dokumente sollten nach gesetztem Stempel gesucht/gefiltert werden können.
Gerne würde ich für ältere Dokumente nachträglich einen Stempel setzen. Hierzu muss ich filtern, ob es diesen Stempel schon gibt.
Aktuelle Fall:
Mit make.com will ich rückwirkend einen Eingangsstempel setzen.
a) Wie filtere ich, wenn der Stempel nicht explizit ein Indexfeld geschrieben hat.
b) Anstelle des aktuellen Datums und Users möchte ich den Wert von DWSTOREDATETIME und DWSTOREUSER eintragen
c) Schön wäre es auch, wenn FELDINHALTE als Inhalt konfiguriert werden könnten.4 votes -
Configure Export Data to allow the export of more than one table.
I have a need to create an export which includes data from two different tables. Right now, I can select only one table to include in my export configuration. It would be nice if I could selected multiple tables to build my export file.

Fehlernachricht für normale, nicht technische Benutzer ausrichten.
Einige Fehlernachrichten sind für normale Benutzer zu technisch und führen zu Unsicherheit. Die Nachrichten sollten beginnen mit einen einfach verständlichen Text, gefolgt von den technischen Informationen.
Beispiel:
Ein Benutzer legt ein Dokument ab. Es wird aber nicht abgelegt, weil es wo anders noch geöffnet ist.
Die Meldung an den Benutzer sollte nun sein:
"Das Dokument xy kann nicht abgelegt werden, da es noch von xy verwendet wird und nicht geperrt werden kann."Im Moment wird der Benutzer mit dieser Nachricht verwirrt.
"Das Dokument xy kann nicht gesperrt werden, weil es bereits in einer anderen Session verwendet wird."Der Benutzer ist…

Delete users via API (Platform)
Currently, using the docuware platform, it is not possible to delete users. This will be useful in case of bulk deletion.

Add how it was stored to the audit trail, not just "store"
Currently when you audit a document it just shows "store" under the event. To help with troubleshooting for customers that have multiple ingest methods could it get changed to Store- Outlook or Store- Doc Processing or Store-Document Tray ect. this would help isolate and narrow down the problem if there is one.

Live table field calculations in workflow task (like forms)
It would be great if we could do live line item calculations like we see in forms. For instance, on an invoice, we enter the quantity and price each for a line and the next column automatically fills with the subtotal.

Anzahl von Dokumenten in Briefkorbreiter
Bei den noch ausstehenden Aufgaben wird ja oben durch einen kleinen Kreis und eine Zahl darin angezeigt, wieviel Aufgaben noch anstehen.
Es wäre sinnig, diese Anzeige für noch in Briefkörben vorhandene Dokumente auch einzubauen, damit man nicht immer jeden einzelnen Briefkorb auf noch vorhandene Dokumente überprüfen muss.

Require entries in table field on forms
I would like the ability to require at least one row be completed in a table field on the form.

Have the ability to edit/manipulate PDF documents from the store dialog area of the web client.
This would allow users to split documents, delete pages, reorder pages etc in the store dialog area.

DocuWare für Microsoft Outlook Add-in für OnPremise
Das neue Modul für die Webbasierte Outlook Version benötigen wir auch für OnPremise. Bei uns haben sich bereits 5 Kunden mit Interesse an diesem Modul gemeldet und ein Supportfall, weil bereits versucht wurde ein OnPremise DocuWare mit der neuen Outlook Version zu verbinden.
Connect to Outlook ist bei vielen unserer Kunden im Einsatz, diese können C2O, nach aktuellem Stand, Ende kommendes Jahres nicht mehr benutzen.4 votes -
das Highlighting für die ausgewählten Tabs analog zum oberen Menü gestalten
Wenn man unter der Suche, Briefkörben, Aufgaben usw. also dem Menü oben sich mehrere Tabs aufmacht, beklagen unsere Nutzer, dass die Sichtbarkeit, welcher Tab gerade ausgewählt ist durch die Graustufen schlecht wahrnehmbar.
Besser wäre aus unserer Sicht den ausgewählten Tab ebenso blau zu highlighten wie das ausgewählte obere Menü, also Briefkörbe, Suche usw. um die Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen in welchem Tab man sich befindet.4 votes
