Voice support to search document or information
As most PCs are laptops and all of these have microphone for videoconference and a lot of people use earphone or similar allways for meeting, why do not use the voice to look for a document, a practice or to move on in a workflow?
With the introduction of A.I. in a DMS system it is no longer necessary to have structured data such as indexes. Then look for a document or go to the workflow steps just with the voice, it may be more efficient.3 votes -
Indextabellenfelder in Indexfelder schreiben können
Bei meinen Kunden kommt es des Öfteren vor, dass sie Daten aus einer Kontierungstabelle (Indextabelle) in ein Indexfeld schreiben wollen. Dies geht aktuell nicht. Beispiel: Meine Kundin trägt Kostenstellen, Konten, etc. alles in der Kontierungstabelle ein, möchte nachher aber auch beim Exportieren einer "Liste" im WebClient das Sachkonto aus der Kontierungstabelle angezeigt bekommen. Dazu müsste ich eine Funktion im WF-Designer haben, die mich aus einer Tabelle in Indexfelder schreiben lassen kann. Aktuell kann ich nur von einer Tabelle in eine andere Tabelle etwas schreiben.

Overview panel anchored to view all document pages
Anchor Overview panel: The idea is that the anchor view will appear when clicking on the document, maximized, so the user can view all the pages of the document.

Keep the document viewer overview thumbnail images maximized at all times when a document is being displayed
Currently the document overview is minimised by default when a document is open in the viewer. Please provide the option to keep this maximised by default.

Forms: Definierten Text scrollbar gestalten
Ein sehr langen Text in Forms einzubinden, funktioniert einfach nicht.
Die Idee wäre eine bestimmte Größe zu definieren und einen langen (z.B. Datenschutztext des Unternehms) anzugeben, welcher Scrollbar ist.
Andersfalls erstreckt sich der Text über die gesamte Seite und macht das Formular unbrauchbar3 votes -
Ablagedialog trotz Zuweisung an Benutzer nicht anzeigen
Bei Kunden werden immer wieder Ablage oder Suchdialoge für Formulare oder externe Anwendungen gebraucht, die die Benutzer bei der Ablage aus dem Briefkorb nicht verwenden.
Da es nicht möglich ist, sich bei allen Benutzern einzuloggen (da keine Zugangsdaten oder einfach ein zu grosser Aufwand bei grösseren Kunden wäre) wäre es vorteilhaft, wenn die Einblendung der Dialoge über die Konfiguration gesteuert werden könnte.3 votes -
Add history / audit track for inbox and workflow designer to stored documents
When a document is stored, you can find only history after storing.
There should also be history from document tray and workflow in the download .csv. This is important because in an audit you want to know, when a document is send to the tray and the time between sending and storing a document. Also changed indexdata by a workflow should be available for auditing. Who has entered the index data a person or was this done by a workflow. Add the same buttons in WorkflowTasks than in filecabinet results
Hi,
Currently, in all filecabinet's results (List, result, folders) we are able to add buttons for some DocuWare tools such as "Extract to revise", "print", "send as PDF", "update index entry",... (see on screenshot 1).In workflow tasks, only two buttons are available : "History" and "Reassign" (see on screenshot 2).
For some clients, other tools are part of the workflow process. For example "extract to revise" option, is not available either on the viewer toolbox and it represents at least 3 clicks for the user to perform. So it would be great to have the possibility to have those…3 votes -
Historie // In den Eigenschaften anzeigen welche Systemfunktion die Änderung durchgeführt hat
Ich als Admin würde mir wünschen, dass in der Historie in den Eigenschaften angezeigt wird welche Systemfunktion z. B. Auto Index oder welcher Workflow die Änderung an den Indexeinträgen vorgenommen hat. Da die Systemfunktionen meist mit dem Admin laufen, ist es sehr aufwendig nachzuvollziehen welche Funktion gerade die Änderung durchgeführt hat. Dies ist besonders bei vielen Auto Index Jobs oder bei Workflows der Fall welche Indexwerte ändern.

Global Workflow JSON object variable type
Make it possible to create a JSON object in the workflow, which can be modified (add, modify, delete node) by JSONPath. This can be used to build a JSON string for a webservice request, or be used after a webservice request to copy the response in such a JSON object.

workflow versionning
As an integrator, I waste time managing the different version of DocuWare with Workflow. I would like it to be possible to have a workflow and for it to automatically adapt to the version of the client's desktop apps. Normally with application of this type, a version 1.1 must be able to manage a version 1.0, on DocuWare this basic standard is not on and this wastes a lot of time...

Datenbankfelder in 'Auswahllisten' immer alphabetisch sortiert anzeigen
Momentan werden die 'Auswahllisten' der möglichen Indexfelder nach zwei Logiken sortiert:
- Alphabetische Reihenfolge (bspw. im Autoindex-Auslöser)
- Aufsteigend nach Erstellungsdatum des Datenbankfelds (bspw. in Autoindex-Datenzuweisung und bei "Mehrere Indexbegriffe ändern")Wunsch ist, dass die Datenbankfelder in den 'Auswahllisten' im Standard immer alphabetisch sortiert sind. Dies würde die Administration bei vielen Feldern wesentlich erleichtern.

One-click-indexing sprachenabhängige Datumsformatierung anpassen
Es wäre gut die automatische sprachenabhängige Formatierung von Datumsfeldern beeinflussen zu können. Momentan werden bei englischsprachigen Dokumenten bei one-click-indexing alle Datumfsfelder im Format mm.dd.yyyy eingetragen.
Bei englischsprachigen Dokumenten aus GB oder oder anderen europäischen Ländern ist aber ebenfalls die dd.mm.yyyy Formatierung gebräuchlich, werden aber als mm.dd.yyyy interpretiert und somit falsch in das Indexfeld eingetragen.3 votes -
DocuWare Server Migration | Archive übertragen vereinfachen | DocuWare on premises > Cloud übertragung
DocuWare Server Migrations-Projekte sind sehr zeitaufwändig.
Uns erreichen mehrere Anfragen von ADPs, die Ihre Kunden auf neue DocuWare Versionen upgraden wollen.
Zunächst wäre es hilfreich, wenn es in der DocuWare Knowledgebase eine neue KBA-Artikelzusammenfassung zu Server Migrationen gäbe. Hier sollten die verschiedenen Wege beschrieben sein und die relevanten KBA Artikel (Beispiel: https://support.docuware.com/de-de/knowledgebase/article/KBA-36247) verlinkt sein.
Außerdem sollte es eine einfache und supportete Lösung geben, Archive auf den neuen Server / Cloud versionsübergreifend zu übertragen. Hier gibt es verschiedene Wege, die alle mit technisch bedingten Einschränkungen verbunden sind.

OCR has come great lengths in handwriting OCR but docuware is still 7+ years back, improvement would be greatly appreciated

Set indexes or variables to NULL in a workflow
Today, in a workflow, we can't set index values or variables to NULL.
We can "empty" this information but this is not optimal, it's not the same thing as passing them to NULL.The option is already present in the auto indexes

Add Collaps Arrow at the vertical divide Bar
As a user, I would like to collapse the search area or viewer directly. This is especially useful when I use many columns or want to enlarge the document in the viewer. With a Collaps Arrow these areas would be enlarged immediately. This feature is available in many applications e.g. jira.

Open DocuWare Webforms from DocuWare Mobile App
I have prospects and customers needing to open DW Webforms from the DW Mobile App. They need to fill out forms, with attached photos and signatures, in the field on mobile devices recording incidents, accidents, and inspection results.
Opening webforms (many different types of forms) directly in a mobile device browser is unmanageable.
Authentication and navigation when Logging onto the DW Web Client from a mobile device is confusing and greatly detracts from " APP " experience that today's workers expect.
Can we add a "FORMS" tab on the DW Mobile Client toolbar like the one on the Web Client.

Add back the Segoe Script font into DocuWare cloud for stamps
Prior to 7.4,we had the ability to select Segoe Script font for stamps. This handwriting like font was very useful for creating signature stamps where a true digital signature was not required.
