Separate the Check Out/Check In and Set As Current Version Rights For File Cabinet Profiles
Currently the Check Out/Check In and the Set as Current Version rights are bundled together as the "Check Out" right under the File Cabinet Profiles.
These should be considered as separate rights as we should be able to give users the right to Edit and the ability to set previous versions to current versions without giving the users right to Check Out a document.

This separation would also make it possible to hide or restrict the "Set as Current Version" functionality independently, which is highly important in certain environments.
Currently, using "Set as Current Version" does not only restore the file content, but also resets the index data to the historical state, which can lead to serious issues — especially in integrated systems where index data is synchronized with external (leading) systems.
Being able to control this right separately would therefore not only improve permission management, but also help prevent unintended data inconsistencies.
