I agree that deleting pages from the viewer is important. When using the viewer controls to page through a stack of items in a "task list" it's tedious to have to continually bounce back and forth between task list and viewer breaking the process flow and slowing users down. Try creating a stack of pages in a task list with 100 pages and randomly mix in 30 pages which need to be deleted you'll see how frustrating it is to work through this list.

We configured our Docuware printer to print a copy to a physical printer after it was stored in Docuware. This was for large check runs. The resulting file size was very large due to it printing in color and it made the printer print very slowly. Since there was not an option we ended up using PDFCreator 1.7.3 to create the B&W PDF's and dropping them in the PDF drop folder that Docuware printer uses C:\ProgramData\DocuWare\Desktop\Secure\S-1-5-21-34479629-1002643078-618671499-6135\Drop\1 it's difficult to find PDFCreator 1.7.3 now as there new version is redesigned for the worst IMO but if you can find it this may be a workaround until Docuware implements it. PDFCreator also allows creating multiple printers.
