Reporting tool requirement for Workflow Manager 6.1 onwards. For an expensive module it is essential a reporting tool is available to extract data. One of our clients have an requirement to audit how long orders are processed in the workflow to assess how long contract can be completed which carries penalties

Urgent requirement for some form of monitoring tool of the workflow tasks within the Workflow Manager module to enable extraction of data from the tables to create reports statistics etc.
We have a particular client who requires this information to track processing from sales orders right through to the manufactured products which have time constraints to complete from start to finish. This type of information requirement is part of an UK accreditation the company has within their industry.
