    At present, while it is possible to create users and assign them to roles through the API, there is no way to specify the license type (Named or Workflow) at the same time.
    As a result, fully automated user creating cannot be achieved, since the license type must still be assigned manually afterward.

    From a system administrator’s perspective, this manual step adds unnecessary overhead and reduces the efficiency of user management. Being able to assign the license type via the API would greatly simplify operations and support full automation.
