How can we improve the DocuWare Client?

Visibility of the workflow document when openning the linked documents

The preview of the document selected from workflow should be remains open when openning the linked documents. This is the functionality of Docuware 6.1. Now in the Docuuware 6.7 this functionality has been removed. Currently the preview of the document selected from Tasks is closed when you look into linked documents.

    An option would be the best.

    So it's up to the administrator to decide which behavior is the best, stay with the same document displayed or not

    I agree with Marcin it is necessary as we can't click on links in the viewer

    This behavior was changed due to some support cases where people complaint that users approved the wrong document. Probably we have to find a better solution for this kind of tasks where users need to look at other documents when working on a task.
