New DocuWare - Feature Parity Please
Feature parity between Classic and New DocuWare, please. Not to have to put the huge number of individual feature requests. The greater vision for New DocuWare is nice. It's a huge lift and the forward thinking is very much appreciated. As my systems become upgraded it seems like every user either hits a hard roadblock due to a missing or differently functioning feature or is left unhappy by more clicks, more scrolling and a sequence of events required to do a given thing that does not come off as intuitive to the users. Navigating Documents
In Classic DW, the "View in New DocuWare" button is blocking the arrows that allow a user to navigate through a document. Please shrink down this button.

Zusätzlicher Arbeitsbereich Button in der neuen DocuWare
Der Button, mit welchem man einen zusätzlichen Arbeitsbereich geöffnet hat, ist in der neuen Benutzeroberfläche nicht mehr vorhanden.

Offer a key command to open in offfice 365 for the web
If you highlight a document and hit ctrl+alt+I it will edit index entries ctrl+alt+w will bring up document history. There are several of these key commands. It would be helpfull if there was a key command to edit the document in office 365 for the web.

Ability to embed external links in the Web Client to be provided.
DocuWare's unique settings and work manuals are prepared for each user. This function is necessary to access these.
For example, providing a feature that allows users to freely embed hyperlinks next to the "DocuWare" logo in DocuWare Web Client solves this problem.
Users can click the link to view the original operation manual whenever necessary.

DocuWare Request - Suchfenster ausblenden
Um mehr Platz für die Anzeige der ausgewählten Dokumente zu erhalten, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn das Suchfeld (linke Seite) ausgeblendet oder zumindest verkleinert werden könnte

Fehlernachricht für normale, nicht technische Benutzer ausrichten.
Einige Fehlernachrichten sind für normale Benutzer zu technisch und führen zu Unsicherheit. Die Nachrichten sollten beginnen mit einen einfach verständlichen Text, gefolgt von den technischen Informationen.
Beispiel:
Ein Benutzer legt ein Dokument ab. Es wird aber nicht abgelegt, weil es wo anders noch geöffnet ist.
Die Meldung an den Benutzer sollte nun sein:
"Das Dokument xy kann nicht abgelegt werden, da es noch von xy verwendet wird und nicht geperrt werden kann."Im Moment wird der Benutzer mit dieser Nachricht verwirrt.
"Das Dokument xy kann nicht gesperrt werden, weil es bereits in einer anderen Session verwendet wird."Der Benutzer ist…

Restyling User Interface
It would be nice to have a complete restyling of the User Interface to have a more enjoyable "look and feel" and a modern User Experience.
In addition to the colors and icons, e.g., also to have a way where the U.I. is "self-configuring" by the user: the user, based on rights, may add buttons or icons (such as Micorsoft environment in Business Central) also for external functionalities (e.g. Mail, ERP, Company applications). This to have Docuware as main interface to your work.1 vote -
das Highlighting für die ausgewählten Tabs analog zum oberen Menü gestalten
Wenn man unter der Suche, Briefkörben, Aufgaben usw. also dem Menü oben sich mehrere Tabs aufmacht, beklagen unsere Nutzer, dass die Sichtbarkeit, welcher Tab gerade ausgewählt ist durch die Graustufen schlecht wahrnehmbar.
Besser wäre aus unserer Sicht den ausgewählten Tab ebenso blau zu highlighten wie das ausgewählte obere Menü, also Briefkörbe, Suche usw. um die Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen in welchem Tab man sich befindet.4 votes -
Kalenderwoche im Auswahlkalender anzeigen
Viele Firmen arbeiten mit Kalenderwochen im Bezug auf Liefer-, Bestell-, Zahlungstermine etc. Die Anzeige der Kalenderwoche im Auswahlkalender ist daher hilfreich.

Change Magnifying Glass Icon
I suggest in the main UI changing the magnifying glass icon to either the file cabinet icon, or the file cabinet icon with a small magnifying glass in the upper corner. This could help people better understand how the trays and cabinets are different, since searching a tray happens by clicking the tray icon to the left. It could still say "Search" when you hover over the icon.

Add Collaps Arrow at the vertical divide Bar
As a user, I would like to collapse the search area or viewer directly. This is especially useful when I use many columns or want to enlarge the document in the viewer. With a Collaps Arrow these areas would be enlarged immediately. This feature is available in many applications e.g. jira.

Creating Work Environments
In the profile and settings, users can choose drawers, search masks, lists, etc., to display.
It would be useful, especially for users working across multiple business contexts, to have the ability to create work environments by grouping together the necessary masks based on the type of activity.
Each user could then personalize their work environments and select the one suitable for the task they need to perform.
It would also be nice if, upon logging in, DocuWare asks which work environment the user would like to work with and then opens the client with the associated masks.

Schließen von Tabs - X nach links
Derzeit ist das "x" zum Schließen eines Tabs rechts positioniert. Wenn man "x" links positioniert, würde beim Schließen eines Tabs das "x" des dann offenen Tabs immer an der gleichen Stelle stehen. Die Mausbewegungen würde geringer ausfallen und die Mausposition kann beim Schließen mehrerer Tabs beibehalten werden.

Move "Touch mode" button all the way down PLEASE!
Please move the "Touch mode" button under or above "Help and info". It happens every day that I click on that and in the last 2 years I never used it and 99% of all our users dont use it as well.

Konsistentere GUI im Web-Client
Es ist aufgekommen, dass die z.B. Buttons für Funktionen, welche man in den Ergebnissen unter Konfigurationen aktivieren kann, bei Mous Over aus- aber nicht wieder eingeklappt werden. Es muss zuerst woanders hingeklickt werden, damit das Drop-Down wieder verschwindet.
Hingegen öffnen sich Reiter wie Briefkörbe erst beim Anklicken.
Dies ist für einige User ein störendes Verhalten, wenn nur über etwas versehentlich gehovered wird und ein Input geschehen muss, damit es wieder verschwindet.2 votes -
X to close dialogues jumps to the right... why?
When having multiple dialogues open in the DocuWare interface, they appear as tabs next to each other. Each tab has an x right next to the name of the dialog to close it. However, if there is only one dialog open, the X jumps all the way to the central divider why on keeping the tab layout so that the X so right there where it was before you closed the 2nd to last dialogue?
