Intelligent Indexing: Währungen
Bei uns ist es geplant die Rechnungskontrolle und eine automatische Buchung von Rechnungen über Docuware auszulösen, dafür müssten wir aber auch die Währung bei den Rechnungen mit Indexieren.

Scannen
Ich würde gerne direkt aus dem Breifkorb Scannen. Warum immer der umständliche Weg über das Desktop App?
Verschiedene Buttons mit den Scanprofilen im Menü belegen und direkt in den Briefkorb scannen. Einfach und Gut.
Der Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit tuts auch gut. Denn Schnell ist DW wirklich nicht mehr....3 votesIm Moment ist es nicht möglich einen Scanner direkt über einen Browser anzusprechen. Deshalb wird eine lokale Applikation benötigt, die den Scannertreiber ansprechen kann. Die lokale Applikation kann dadurch auch sofort eine Vorschau des gescannten Dokuments anzeigen. Der Browser könnte dies erst nach einem Upload.
Falls es zukünftig möglich sein sollte, direkt aus dem Browser zu scannen, werden wir diese Möglichkeit allerdings in Betracht ziehen. -
Enabling Audit Functionality for the Document Tray
We would like to enable audit functionality for the document tray.
Since the document tray is also an integral part of the system, it is necessary to track and retain all related records.

Das ursprüngliche Erstelldatum einer Datei soll im Briefkorb angezeigt werden.
In den Briefkorb wurden mehrere Fotos eingestellt. Die Fotos eines Tages sollen geklammert und archiviert werden.
Hierzu ist es erforderlich, dass in einer Spalte das URSPRÜNGLICH Erstelldatum einer Datei angezeigt wird.

Aus verschiedene Briefkörben Dokumente klammern
Ein User will aus verschiedenen Briefkörben Dokumente klammern,
leider ist das ohne verschieben in den selben Briefkorb zur Zeit nicht möglich.
Es gibt zwar viele Feature Request bzgl. klammern aus diversen Quellen, jedoch war diese noch nirgens erwähnt.Vielen Dank

Erstellungszeitpunkt beibehalten beim Verschieben/Kopieren in anderen Briefkorb
Beim Verschieben bzw. Kopieren eines Dokuments in einen anderen Briefkorb wird der Erstellungszeitpunkt des Dokuments neu gesetzt. Das ist für eine zeitliche Nachverfolgung ungünstig.
Kann der ursprüngliche Erstellungszeitpunkt beibehalten werden?2 votes -
unmatched OCR autoidentification
Can you create a notification when OCR auto identification fails, for "no matching configuration for certain documents" would there be a way to notify end users?
Is there a way to send it to another tray?

Assign a Result list to a tray to manage the field display and viewing
Not enough info when using the List view.
Admin should be able to assign a Result list to the tray instead of just using the default that is given.Reduces the need to open the document.

Only allow storage box in relation with a file cabinet
For a document in a document tray, the user must be allow to use only storage box define for the file cabinet choosed while the cration of this document tray.
That could be more confortable in use of th tray, non possibilities to store the document in a wrong file cabinet.2 votes -
Set custom boxes background
Some users have differents research boxes in the same tray. But these boxes are very similar (sames fields with 1 or 2 prefilled fields).
They often don't see they are not in the right box for their research.

You should be able to assign document trays from the User Management section.

Anzeige der Gesamten Seiten Anzahl in einem Briefkorb (nicht Anzahl der Dokumente)
Die Funktion der Anzeige der gesamten Seitenzahl in einem Briefkorb wird unbedingt für die Kontrolle ob alle Seiten angekommen sind benötigt. Bitte richten Sie diese Funktion so schnell wie möglich in Docu Ware 7 ein.

disable the enter key when storing documents
I want the enter key to only be used to add index entries; not store the document. I click the data on the scanned documents and press enter to add it as an index entry--sometimes I will think I have clicked the data but my mouse wasn't all the way on the data and I will, out of habit, press enter and the whole document is stored when it wasn't ready to be stored. Just make it a user option so each user can decide what they want the enter key to do. You should encompass more keyboard shortcuts.

PLEASE add a dialog to confirm commit of change to multiple index entries
We had a client that mistakenly committed three index changes to over 2,000 entries. She intended just to update 1 record. She had no warning that this was about to happen. Please(!) DocuWare add a warning that the Save will affect X number of records. Or allow Admin to turn off the ability to edit multiple entries. Thank you.

Scanreihenfolge im Briefkorb beibehalten
Wenn man mehrere Dokumente mit einem mal scannt, kommen diese nicht in der Reihenfolge im Briefkorb an, in der man sie in den Scanner gelegt hat. Da diese Dokumente im Allgemeinen zu einem Vorgang gehören und entsprechend vorsortiert sind, ist dieses Verhalten mehr als Ärgerlich, da alle Dokumente im Nachgang einzeln gesichtet und umsortiert werden müssen. Das kostet enorm Zeit + Nerven und macht die Optimierung des schnelleren Erscheinens der Dokumente im Briefkorb mehr als wett!

Ablagedialog im Briefkorb als aktiv vorbelegen und nicht nur mit einem Symbol markieren
Bei einem Wechsel des Briefkorbs wird der letzte aktive Ablagedialog weiterhin ausgewählt, obwohl im Briefkorb der explizite zugehörige Ablagedialog angegeben wurde. Dieser wird auf richtig über das "Birnensymbol" angezeigt. Es wäre schön, wenn dieser nicht nur markiert wird, sondern auch als aktiv geschaltet würde, damit bei einem ´Klick auf "Ablegen" sofort der richtige Dia´log gewählt wird.

Briefkorb Klammern & Heften Funktion (erste Seite)
Im Briefkorb sollte die selbe Funktion des Klammern bzw Heftens zur Verfügung stehen wie das Klammern einer archivierten Datei zum Briefkorb.
Es ist nicht praktikabel möglich bei mehreren Dokumenten im Briefkorb zu bestimmen, welches Dokument in welcher Reihenfolge geklammert werden soll.

Briefkorb Berechtigungen
Aktuell gibt es nur die Möglichkeit die Berechtigungen auf Briefkörbe entweder einzelnen Benutzern oder Rollen zuzuweisen. Das Problem ist nun allerdings, will man nur einen bestimmten Benutzer (Bsp. ein Import oder Admin User) allen Briefkörben zuweisen ist dies extrem umständlich. Ich hatte letzthin das Vergnügen und durfte ca. 100 Briefkörbe einem Import Benutzer zuweisen.
Das umständliche daran ist, das man bei jedem Briefkorb zuerst durch das Menü klicken muss.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. While importing document into the web basket, there should be a way you can cancel the document from importing
