In welchem von zwei Briefkörben bin ich?
Wenn ich zwei Briefkörbe geöffnet habe und natürlich in jedem ein Dokument geöffnet ist, dann weiß ich nicht, in welchem Briefkorb ich nun bin. Die Entf-Taste entfernt zwar dann das Dokument wo ich zuletzt war, aber es sollte angezeigt werden durch unterschiedliche Farben oder Nicht-Anzeigen der Markierung. Sonst sind Fehler vorprogrammiert. Noch dazu wo es auch keinen Papierkorb zum Wiederherstellen gibt.

Organization
Our organization uses a tray that is visible to several users. In new DW, other users are unable to see documents sitting in the shared tray. The only person who can see them is the person who put them there. This is a critical problem.

Unable to change the tray view in new DW. I personally find the list view useless. Please add the index card view option.

Nur Ablagedialoge des Briefkorbes/Archivs anzeigen
Wir haben viele verschiedene Ablagedialoge im Einsatz. Wenn User Berechtigungen auf mehrere Archive und Briefkörbe haben, ist das eine sehr unübersichtliche Liste an Dialogen. Es wäre toll, wenn es möglich wäre, nur die Ablagedialoge anzuzeigen, die auch zu dem momentan ausgewählten Briefkorb bzw. Archiv gehören.
So wäre diese Liste etwas übersichtlicher.1 vote -
Option to attach a document with a paperclip only on one side of the original document
Hello,
When attaching a document from the file cabinet with a paperclip to a document in the tray, we have the option to choose whether the document from the tray should be placed before or after the original document.
For the functional needs of some clients, it would be helpful to be able to restrict one of these two options for end users (for example, only allowing a document to be clipped AFTER the original document).
This would prevent having to review each document to put them in the correct order.

Logging in Briefkörben
Es wäre hilfreich am archivierten Dokument zu sehen, auf welchem Weg das Dokument in docuware gelangt ist. So könnte man bspw. auch nachverfolgen wie Fake-Rechnungen ins Archiv gelangen.

As document tray is a part of Docuware system, we need an audit fonctionnality.
As part of our continuous improvement process, we have identified the need to strengthen your DocuWare configuration regarding audit trail management and supporting document retention.
Currently, some document types arrived in document tray without complete traceability. This creates gaps in the reliable audit trail and limits our ability to retrieve and validate records efficiently during internal reviews or audits.

Connect a resultdialog to a Document Tray
If you store a document via de Connect 2 outlook for instance (or copy form a file cabinet) and you have indexes entered (manually or intelligent indexing) you want to see the indexes in the listview. Is it possible to assign a result dialog to a Document Tray? This will give a confguration option that will help de users to process the documents faster.

A customer - accounting company - has hundreds of customers and each has it´s own doc. tray. It would be helpful if they were able to search by name in document tray list.

Send Request - use users first and last name
My client uses a numeric code to identify its users. This involves more than 1,000 employees able to work on DocuWare in the medium term. So the possibility of using the recipients' first and last names instead of their identifier is more than necessary for them.

Give the ability/option to import nested attachments on email for General Email
Give the ability for an option in the General Email to handle/separate nested attachments. When an email is attached to an email with the invoice attached, it will only import the email and not the invoice. The imported email will be blank.

Nutzerfreundliche Feldmasken-Funktion: Feldmasken Hinweise (Regex) in Ablagedialogen einrichten, ohne die Ablage zu verhindern
Ich schlage vor, eine Feldmasken-Funktion (unter Verwendung von Regulären Ausdrücken) zu implementieren, die den Benutzer auf Schreibfehler hinweist, ohne die Ablage zu blockieren. Die Entscheidung, ob die Ablage verhindert werden soll, kann vom Administrator getroffen werden.
Für eine verbesserte Benutzererfahrung könnte die Funktion ähnlich wie https://regexr.com/ gestaltet sein, wodurch ersichtlich wird, welche Zeichen oder Symbole nicht mit dem angegebenen Regulären Ausdruck übereinstimmen. Dies kann die Datengenauigkeit verbessern.
Zusätzlich könnte ein dezenter Hinweis beim Überfahren mit dem Mauszeiger eingefügt werden, um den Benutzern beim Ausfüllen der Felder Orientierungshilfe zu bieten.

Briefkorb Templates für die automatische Anlage bei Synchronisierung mit AD
es sollte eine Möglich keit geben, ein Briefkorb Template, oder mehrere, zu erstellen, die dann bei der Synchronisierung mit Benutzerverzeichnissen angewendet werden.
Es gibt gewisse Einstellungen, die immer wieder angepasst werden müssen.
So könnte man über Variablen beispielsweise die Benennung der Briefkörbe steuern, Administrative Benutzer oder Gruppen definieren oder das Standardarchiv festlegen.1 vote -
The "Overwrite previous field data with this stamp" does not work for hidden field on the "Store Dialog".
If applying the stamp beforehand the pre-index data will not change if the field is hidden and has a default value.
Please improve it so that the index can be updated by stamp even if it is hidden and custom value is set on Store Dialog.

Mehrere Dokumente zusammen umbenennen
Unsere BuHa möchte mehrere Dokumente auswählen (bereits möglich) und dann alle gemeinsam umbenennen. Also alle Markierten hätten dann den gleichen Namen.
