Automatische Erkennung Scankonfiguration auf verschiedene Archive
Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben bei einem Staplescan Dokumente auf verschiedene Archive zu verteilen abhängig von der Konfiguration.
Anwendungsfall: Wir haben Eingangsrechnungen verschiedener Mandanten die in der Poststelle ankommen. Anhand der Barcodes (beginnt mit Erkennung) sollen die Dokumente im Stapel gescannt werden und nach der Auftrennung in den einzelnen Archiven landen.

Wäre es möglich, die Anmerkungen automatisch einem Benutzer zuzuordnen, wie es bei den Stempeln der Fall ist?
Auf den Dokumenten (Eingangsrechnungen) werden
viele Anmerkungen von verschiedenen Benutzern angebracht. Später kann man nicht mehr nachvollziehen, von wem welche Text-Anmerkung stammt.4 votes -
Form Only Store Dialogues
Can you please make it so it is possible for people who have permissions to see a form able to store that form without having to assign them the store dialogue that is then visible in the web client. We have loads of customers that want users to be able to save forms but don’t want the user to have a whole load of store dialogues in the web client for the relevant cabinets. I guess the simple way would be to add a tick box to a store dialogue to ask if this was for forms use only so…

BeA Schnittstelle für Rechtsanwaltskanzleien
Die BRAK (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer) stellt interessierten Anbietern von Kanzleisoftware einen Zugang zur Kanzleisoftwareschnittstelle des beA zur Verfügung. Um den Zugang zu erhalten, werden Softwarehersteller gebeten, sich an die BRAK unter der E-Mail-Adresse zentrale[at]brak.de mit dem Betreff „Zugang zur KSW-Schnittstelle (Produktionsumgebung)“ zu wenden. Dann erhalten sie die Nutzungsbedingungen und weitere Informationen. Leider kann man das nicht selbst machen, sonder es muss vom Hersteller der "Rechtsanwalts-Software" ausgehen. Da der komplette Schriftverkehr zu den Gerichten und zwischen den RA Kanzleien über das BeA Portal läuft, ist diese Schnittstelle zwingend notwendig wenn DocuWare als DMS eingesetzt werden soll.

Vermerk (Kommentar oder Priorisierung) in den eigenen Aufgaben
Um mich in den eigenen Aufgaben besser organisieren zu können, wäre eine Priorisierung (Ampel/Farbe) und / oder eine kleine Kommentierung hilfreich.

"Scan to FTP" with Auto Rotate
When using Scan to FTP to avoid having to use a local folder to be monitored by Desktop Apps, we cannot enable Auto Rotate when scanning directly to FTP... it would be extremely helpful to have that feature as the user otherwise will have to rotate the document manually either before scanning or afterwards in DocuWare.

Kommentarfunktion innerhalb der Workflow-Historie
Öffnet man die Workflow-Historie eines Dokumentes, wäre es hilfreich einzelne Schritte innerhalb der Historie kommentieren zu können. Das macht die nachträgliche Kontrolle noch übersichtlicher, da im Kommentar direkt ersichtlich wäre, warum eine bestimmte Aktivität ausgeführt wurde (z.B. manuelle Neu-Zuweisung einer Aufgabe oder warum ein Workflow abgebrochen wurde).

Anzeige des Inhaltes (Menge) des Briefkorb oben im Reiter
Einen Hinweis, ähnlich der Anzeige bei den Aufgaben oder gesandten Anfragen, über die Menge der im Briefkorb liegenden Dokumenten. Wenn neue hinzu kommen, dies auch über eine Farbänderung darstellen.
Damit wird es auf einen Blick erkennbar, ob neue Elemente da sind, in Briefkörben, die mehrere Nutzer gemeinsam benutzen.4 votes -
Bring back the < (searches below the number) and > (searches above number)
If we've inadvertently missed a number when indexing, we used to be able to find the document by typing in "9xx..." in the search option and it would pull all the numbers that fall under (or above) it and, therefore, would be easier to locate. For example, I'm looking for the account number 2140463374 but obviously we've missed / transposed a number somewhere. So I would enter <2140463999 and have all the indexed numbers UNDER it pull up.

Allow Drag and Drop when Rearranging Individual Pages in a Document
We often have to add new pages into a document already stored in Docuware. When un-stapling a document it would be nice to be able to drag and drop the pages around to change the order that they are stored in the document.

Das einspielen eines Hofixes oder Hotfixpack auf DW 6.12 Niveau wieder ändern
Vor der DocuWare Versíon 7 war das Procedere so, das ein Hotfixpack in den jeweiligen Verzeichnissen gezippt zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Es wurde entpackt und dann in der Regel nach dem stoppen der Dienste und des IIS, einfach in Verzeichnis .\DocuWare kopiert. IIS und DocWare Dienste starten, FERTIG
Heute muss eine komplette Installation neu gestartet werden. Man läuft wieder in Fehler rein und hat z.B. durch das aufteilen einer Installation eindeutig mehr Arbeit. Pro DocuWare-Dienst einen Server und für die Web-Dienste auch einen. Sind 4 Server, die Installiert werden müssen.
Ein nicht unerheblicher Arbeitsaufwand gegenüber der vorherigen Variante

vielen Dank für das Feedback. Ein Grund für das derzeitige Vorgehen – welches sicherlich in ihrem Fall aufwändiger ist – ist die Tatsache, dass dadurch das installieren des “Hotfixes” “geregelter” abläuft und somit die Fehleranfälligkeit auch verringert werden soll, bzw. für viele Partner/Kunden auch einfacher wird.In einer kommenden Version soll die Installation der Hotifxes bzw. “minor Updates” allerdings nochmal vereinfacht werden, so dass der Setup-Lauf weniger Interaktion benötigt und somit schneller sein wird.

Replacing attached file
Sometimes we need to replace a file totally with other format file. For example, we search and find one document and after that we want to replace the attached file totally. we want to replace for example jpg file with word file.
With check-in and check-out and clip may be it is possible but it is not easy and complicated.
How we can replace attached file?Best Regards

Hostname/IP in Lizenzübersicht erweitern, Clientlizenz deaktivieren
die Lizenzübersicht in der DW-Administration zeigt schon viel, ich vermisse aber die Information von wo aus sich ein Client verbindet:
Eine IP/ein Hostname wäre echt gut.Die Möglichkeit einen Client zu "kicken" wäre auch hilfreich.

Speed Up Cloud Imports
When uploading to the Cloud, there isn't a way to prevent OCR process occurring. Only with On-Premise, is there a selection for "RUN AUTOMATIC TEXT AND BARCODE RECOGNITION ONLY IF REQUIRED". It is seen if this is not checked for On-Prem, imports are slowed. DocuWare has stated by default, Cloud always performs this task and slows the process.
Please provide the option for Cloud.

Increase the result view limit for tray and search.
Currently only can view 100 documents, we need more , We use documents with more than 2000 sheets.
