Nutzung der SQL-Abfragen auf Archivtabellen in allen Konfigurationen
Im Autoindex ist es aktuell möglich SQL-Abfragen auf die Archivtabellen auszuführen. Allerdings ist dies bspw. in den Auswahllisten und auch bei der Connect to Outlook Konfiguration nicht möglich.
Wenn man diese Funktion bereitstellt, dann sollte man diese auch in allen Konfigurationen (mit SQL-Abfragen) nutzen können.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Cloud Backup
The Cloud is not infallible and no retention rules can satisfy requirements for all tenants. There should be a method to back up a tentant's own Docuware Cloud database and metadata for safekeeping.
We use Datto SaaS Protection to preserve Office365 data via API. Docuware should offer something similar, but even a period FTPS dump or some such thing would be better than nothing

URL aus Fremdsystem in neuem Fenster öffnen -
Der ERP Hersteller liefert eine codierte URL, diese zeigt ein Dokument dann im Standard-Browser an . jedoch im bislang geöffneten DocuWare Reiter. D.h. mit dem "Browser-Zurück" kommt der Anwender in die eigentlich DocuWare Anwendung zurück. Öffnet der Anwender jedoch nacheinander 10 Dokumente, ist das nicht mehr handhabbar. Daher wäre es gut, wenn der URL noch eine Info mitgegeben werden kann, dass diese in einem neuen Fenster / Reiter geöffnet werden soll.

Product Overview should be accessible for some users
It would be good to be able to allow certain users to have access to "Product Overview" in the Configuration so that they can reassign user licenses and check the capacity of the system etc. without having to be a full system admin.

Schnelles öffnen und durchgehen von Dokumenten in der Ergebnisliste
Es wäre sehr praktisch und benuzterfreundlich, wenn man die Dokumente in der Ergebnisliste effizient per Tastaturbefehle (zB Pfeil nach Oben/Unten) druchgehen kann. Aktuell ist ein Navigieren innerhalb der Ergebnisliste mit den Pfeiltasten und Öffnen von Dokumenten mit ENTER ist nicht möglich, da der Fokus ständig zum Viewer bzw zum neu geöffneten Dokument verloren geht.
Es ist damit nicht möglch, effizient alle gefunden Dokumente in sehr rascher Zeit zurchzusehen.2 votes -
Indexwerte beim Transfer verändern
Es wäre nützlich, wenn man Indexfelder im Quellarchiv beim Transfer verändern kann. Beispielsweise ein Indexfeld "zu kopieren" welches als Filter den Wert "1" haben muss und nach dem Kopieren auf "0" gesetzt wird.

Shortcuts "strg+alt+i" = "altgr+i"
der Shortcut "altgr+i" wäre sehr hilfreich, um die Maske "Indexeinträge ändern" aufzurufen. Früher funktionierte das schon mal, aber in meiner Version kann ich im Moment nur "strg+alt+i" nutzen. Dafür brauche ich aber beide Hände und verliere jedes Mal wertvolle Sekunden, wenn ich die Maus loslassen und dann wieder greifen muss.

Hostname/IP in Lizenzübersicht erweitern, Clientlizenz deaktivieren
die Lizenzübersicht in der DW-Administration zeigt schon viel, ich vermisse aber die Information von wo aus sich ein Client verbindet:
Eine IP/ein Hostname wäre echt gut.Die Möglichkeit einen Client zu "kicken" wäre auch hilfreich.

Add the capability to edit index entries for multiple file cabinet search results.
Use case:
1-search multiple file cabinets to produce a result list
2-edit index entries is not an option
3-repeat search using dialog for individual file cabinet
4-edit index entries is an option in this caseThe customer has asked for this capability and it would enhance the capability of the multiple file cabinet search.
Please consider adding this to a future release.

Date Format. Can format be set at system level as opossed to each user . European format rather than US
We have found that the date is set to US format. We are in Europe so want to have the format set to European. Support tell us that this can be done locally for each user. Would it be possible to set this at a system level rather than relying on the user to do it.

Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.The DocuWare Web Client determines regional settings automatically by using the browser settings. If the users browser is set to englisch (US) then the user will automatically see US formatted dates.

Aktivierung der Abwesenheit ab eingetragenenm Datum
Es wäre gut, wenn die "tatsächliche" Abwesenheit ab eingetragenem Datum (im Feld "von") und nicht schon zum Zeitpunkt des Setzens des Hakens aktiviert wird (Mein Profil -> Abwesenheitseinstellungen).

create inbox when creating user
You can't create a document tray when creating new user, if a file cabinet has not been assigned to user.
With DocuWare's emphasis on using roles instead of individual assignments, this causes problems.

File Type Icon in Web Client [...]
Please update the Web Client file format template to include .txt and .msg files when storing through the Explorer Client. See attached for discrepancies. These documents were all stored via Explorer Client, but don't display their file types in the Web Client.

Statistiken/Auswertungen über DW Zugriffe
Es wäre schön eine Oberfläche zu haben, mit der man die Zugriffe von Usern auf das DocuWare-System auswerten kann. Es besteht oft der Wunsch, dem Kunden zu zeigen, dass das neu eingeführte DW-System das Ziel erreicht hat (oder nicht). Auch wenn durch die Einführung von DocuWare die Arbeitsprozesse optimiert worden sind und alles viel schneller wird, gewöhnt der Kunde sich zu schnell daran und meint natürlich, dass das auch ohne DocuWare so war. Daher möchte man dem Kunden zeigen: So viele User haben in dem Zeitraum x auf Dokumente mit Belegart Rechnungen so oft auf die Dokumente zugegriffen. 1 Zugriff…

Graphics are outdated
Very boxy and basic looking. Tool bars and tabs would be easier to use.

Doppelklick mit 6.5 Notwendig um eine Instanz zu öffnen
In 6.1 konnte in der Workflow Aufgabenliste eine Instanz über eine einfachen Mausklick geöffnet werden. In 6.5 ist jetzt ein Doppelklick notwendig.
Das ist zwar nur ein kleiner Mehraufwand, der sich aber schnell multipliziert, wenn man mehrere dutzend Rechnungen am Tag bearbeitet.
2 votesSobald Sie ein Dokument geöffnet haben und die dazugehörige Aufgabe abschließen, wird automatisch das nächste Dokument geöffnet.

Error message - More open user sessions
If a user has multiple sessions open, an ‘OOPS’ page is displayed, as shown in the attached image. This is fine, but the error message should be clearer for users, as it stands, many of them do not know where the problem lies.
