Connect to Mail ein Dokument pro Anhang
Ein Lieferant schickt eine E-Mail mit vielen Rechnungen im Anhang.
Wenn diese mit Connect to Mail archiviert wird, wäre es sehr komfortabel wenn jede Rechnung als einzelnes Dokument im portiert werden kann.

Add ability to save your desktop setup as Workspace's
Concerning the general layout of the two possible desktop areas (where you choose two panes or one) of DW.
We all use trays, searches, lists and task in certain layouts but it tends to get busy especially as a system admin or someone with access to multiple Filing Cabinets.
It would be nice to save a layout and name it. I like to have both areas set up on different Trays so I can drag and drop items back and forth to hit certain Intelligent Indexing/Storage configs. Then I have another view that shows a list of recently stored documents…
9 votesThank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

The “Validation” tab in DocuWare v7.14 should be hidden by default unless it is configured.
Background:
- The “Validation” tab is currently displayed in the user interface without prior announcement or feature explanation, which may cause some confusion for users.
- In DocuWare, elements such as “Lists” and “Folders” are typically not shown in the user interface unless they are configured.
- However, the “Validation” tab appears to be visible even when it is not configured, which feels different from the behavior users are familiar with.
- In addition, DocuWare IDP is not currently available in the Japanese market, so having a non-usable feature constantly visible may lead to misunderstandings or unnecessary inquiries.Request:

MAPI - Enable multi-windowing when sharing documents by email from DocuWare WebApp
Dear all,
Currently, the window opened by DocuWare when sharing documents by email blocks all use of Outlook, which is extremely frustrating and restrictive for our customers.
According to the documentation in the link below, MAPI allows you to activate or deactivate this modal usage mode. This is what Microsoft describes in the note below, using available constants such as ‘DIALOG_MODAL’.

Es sollte möglich sein im Volltext auch eine Synonymsuche zu ermöglichen
Es ist Ausschreibungsrelevant und die Lösung wird immer häufiger gefordert. Beispiel: mit der Volltextsuche nach KFZ sollen auch Dok. gefunden werden in denen Wörter wie Auto, Automobil, Fahrzeug etc. stehen. Die Synonymlisten sollen administrativ erweiterbar sein. Vielen Dank

allow landscape webforms
Currently, when web forms are created the output has 2 options A4 and Letter. When we submit PO requests we use a table field that would be a lot easier to read if we could at least print in landscape. It would also help if we could change the width of the columns in table fields but with table fields, landscape would be a nice option.

Provide a way to store table values from eforms and/or workflow on to merge forms
Enable a method to store table data from eforms or from within a table field in workflow onto merge forms. Does not seem like its currently possible even in workflow according to communication I had with support. Sounds like keyword fields could be used but duplicate values are not supported and tracking the colums/relationships might be difficult.

Add selectlist sorting
Add selectlist sorting (in store/edit dialogs} so we are able to sort items in a select list from A-Z or Z-A or from old to new.

Tabellenfelder als Stempel
Tabellenfelder sollten innerhalb einer Workflow-Aufgabe als Stempel darstellbar sein. So können die Buchungsinformationen die eingetragen werden (gerade bei einer Splitbuchung) auch visuell auf dem Dokument dargestellt werden.

URL Integration - Sortierung der Ergebnisliste direkt mitgeben
Wenn man eine URL Integration auf verschiedene Ergebnislisten erstellt, sollte es möglich sein, die Sortierung (auf- und absteigegend) anhand von einem DocuWare Feld direkt in der URL Integration mit einem Parameter mitzugeben.

Dokumente sollen auch geklammert werden können, wenn diese nicht im Briefkorb sind.
Momentan können nur Dokumente geklammert werden die im Briefkorb sind. Es soll aber auch möglich sein Dokumente aus dem Archiv zu klammern ohne sie wieder in den Briefkorb zu schieben.

email with all open tasks
Kind of more of a luxury item but it still would be nice - The ability to set up a "daily digest" email. Users with open tasks get an email with their open tasks every morning. For users that don't log into DocuWare everyday.

Export/Extract Users and Select Lists from Configurations
Many are times that we are needed to extract some of the key administration data from the system, e.g users, select lists etc sometimes for security, audit or documentation purposes or general organization reporting. This function is however missing on cloud version 7.5. Kindly consider including this function which will go a long way in addressing system needs and expectations.

User Last Login Date - Spotting Unused Accounts
It would be great to have a Last Login Date shown for the users. Once a system grows beyond a certain point it can be a real challenge to sort out what accounts are not in use anymore. This simple tag would make that task a breeze.

Cloud Upgrades
Major releases do not offer any possibility for the customer to test with customer software before it is updated. This software is not using industry standards or best practices. There must be a method for the customer to test a major release on a smaller subset of client machines before the major release is put into effect.

Make Table fields open to work with Auto Index
We have a customer who would like to import their table data from their Database into the new table field. We let them know that this is still not possible.

Search for search dialogs..
I have 160 file cabinets and most of them have multiple dialogs. It would be really helpful to group the dialogs by cabinet or to be able search for dialogs when you click on "Searches"
