Make workflow dialog field behaviors like form behaviors
In docuware forms you can set up field behaviors based on other fields and such for example you could have a checkbox for a married status that reveals or hides a field for maiden name. I would like to do that with workflow dialogs. For example If I have a document that was created with a form and has keywords indexed I would like to hide items in the workflow dialog that don't apply to that document. 1 Briefkorb mit mehreren IntelligentIndexing-Ablagen verwendbar
derzeit funktioniert ja pro Briefkorb nur 1 IntelligentIndexing-Ablage. somit muss man für jede IntelligentIndexing-Ablage je 1 Briefkorb machen, was es für den User natürlich unübersichtlich macht, wenn man bspw. 10 IntelligentIndexing-Ablagen hat und somit 10 Briefkorbe managen muss.
hier wäre es effizienter und übersichtlicher bei 1 briefkorb mehrere IntelligentIndexing-Ablagen verwenden zu können

Print the user authorisations directly from DW.
Please add a function to print the user authorisations directly from DW. A requirement from auditors is to get that print directly from the application. As a SOX company were are audited every 3 months on authorisations set up. Auditors always ask to get that list directly from our applications

Have scheduled email notifications
Have scheduled email notifications that don't rely on the trigger being new documents being stored or an index field changing.
If you do it using a scheduled workflow, it will send one email per document that matches the conditions.

To bypass an empty line in the table field with mandatory field at storage
When we store a document with a table field contains required fields, if we have a line empty, we have to delete the line to be able to store because fields are missing. it would be useful that docuware bypass the empty lines and deletes them

Add ability to filter multi column select lists on a fixed entry
A Multi Column select list should have the option to set the filter field to a fixed value. For instance I wan't the select list locked down to only show field Document Number that have a Status = 'complete'. Please make this available in forms as well.

Die Ausgabe von csv-Listen nur für einen markierten Teil einer Liste
Aktuell kann man jede vordefinierte und eigens gefertigte Liste als CSV-Datei downloaden.
Das ist praktisch, aber leider sind die Auswahlmöglichkeiten dafür zu beschränkt: Entweder man kann die gesamte Liste exportieren oder nur die aktuelle Seite (wozu auch immer das benötigt wird).
Besser wäre es unseres Erachtens, wenn man mehrere Rechnungen markieren kann und nur die markierten als CSV-Export zur Verfügung stellen könnte. Das würde einiges erleichtern.7 votes -
Implementierung von Swagger für die REST-Schnittstelle
Wenn die DocuWare REST-Schnittstelle Swagger unterstützen würde, dann wäre es möglich mit den Swagger-Tool wie z.B.: Swagger Codegen für unterschiedliche Programmiersprachen automatisiert ein SDK generieren zu lassen. Dadurch könnte die Schnittstelle viel leichter auch durch .Net Framework fremde Programmiersprachen wie z.B. Java, JavaScript und PHP verwendet werden. In einer Ticketanfrage scheint es keine Pläne zu geben den Swagger / OpenAPI Standard zu unterstützen.
7 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Wir haben es unserer Sammlung von Ideen und Funktionen hinzugefügt und werden es weiter untersuchen. Wir können derzeit nicht genau sagen, wann diese Idee umgesetzt wird. Sobald wir weitere Informationen haben, werden wir den Status aktualisieren.

DocuWare Forms mit Bracode Unterstützung
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn so ein Formular die Möglichkeit hätte, einen Barcode auszugeben, wenn so ein Formular wieder zurück gescannt würde, wäre es wesentlich einfache einen Automatismus zu erzielen um das Formular sauber abzulegen, sicherlich muss nicht jedes, vielleicht sogar kaum ein Formular zurück gescannt werden. Aber gerade im Bereich von Schulungen wäre es sehr von Vorteil, eine Anmeldung würde dann per Formular geschehen, und wenn Sie dann anwesend sind, können diese einfach gescannt werden

DocuWare Desktop Apps Server Namen
In den Desktop Apps muss man den Server Namen auch händisch ändern können. Als Partner und unterschiedlichen Versionen muss man nun DW Framework und DW Workflow Manager deinstallieren und neu installieren um die Systeme zu wechseln.

Veröffentlichungen.Ich gehe davon aus, dass mit “Servername” der Server von dem DocuWare Desktop installiert wurde gemeint ist (Welcher auch als Standardverbindung eingetragen wird)
Gerade die Verbindung mit unterschiedlichen DocuWare Versionen stellt sich als problematisch dar, da ja auch eine unterschiedliche Version der Desktop Apps für eine korrekte Kommunikation notwendig ist.
Falls es weitere Anwendungsfälle gibt, welche eine Änderung der ServerNamen benötigen können Sie diese gerne als Kommentar hnzufügen.

Workflow Entscheidungen nicht vergrößerbar
In der Workflow Aufgabenliste sind die Entscheidungen nicht skalierbar. Wenn die Entscheidung einen längeren Namen hat, wird dieser abgeschnitten.

Funktion „Zur aktuellen Version machen (nur Datei)“: Vorherige Dateiversion wiederherstellen ohne Zurücksetzen der Indexdaten
GEWÜNSCHTE FUNKTIONALITÄT
Es sollte möglich sein, in der Versionsübersicht eine frühere Version nur in Bezug auf die Datei(en) zur aktuellen Version zu machen, ohne dass dabei die aktuellen Indexdaten verändert oder überschrieben werden.
Idealerweise sollte es dafür eine der folgenden Möglichkeiten geben:
a) Eigene Funktion wie "Zur aktuellen Version machen (nur Datei)"
b) Auswahl beim Wiederherstellen:
- Datei + Indexdaten zurücksetzen
- nur Datei zurücksetzen
c) Konfigurationsmöglichkeit für Administratoren zur Steuerung dieses VerhaltensWARUM DAS WICHTIG IST
In der Praxis besteht häufig der Bedarf, einen älteren Dateistand wiederherzustellen, zum Beispiel weil:
- eine Datei versehentlich falsch geändert wurde
- ein früherer Dokumentinhalt…

Request for Product Enhancement: Enable Scheduled Refresh for DocuWare Power BI Connector
The DocuWare Power BI Connector does not support scheduled refresh.
We have been informed through DocuWare Support that this is due to the current product specification.
However, scheduled refresh is essential in order to always view the most up-to-date information on Power BI dashboards. Without this capability, it is difficult to operate dashboards effectively in a production environment.
We strongly request an enhancement to the DocuWare Power BI Connector to enable scheduled refresh. This improvement would significantly increase the usability and value of the product.SRNumber : SR-282397-B8X2W

Currently DocuWare is not able to create a connector for Microsoft Power BI supporting scheduled refresh.
Microsoft only allows "Certified Connectors" for their Power BI Service. The hurdles for getting certified were not reachable in the past for DocuWare.

Ich schlage vor, dass in der Dokumentenhistorie erkennbar ist, welcher User eine manuelle Text-Notiz hinterlassen hat.
Es wäre hilfreich, wenn über die Funktion "Dokumentenhistorie" ersichtlich ist, welcher User eine Textnotiz auf einem Dokument hinterlassen hat. Im Moment kann man nicht erkennen, wer etwas manuell draufgeschrieben hat. Dies ist aber oft sehr wichtig, um Rückfragen zu den Inhalten der Textnotizen mit den Zuständigen machen zu können.

Make it so that when creating a workflow for a document created with a merge form you can use it for multiple forms.
I have several merge forms that create the same document. For example employee benefits. When a new employee is hired they fill out a form and choose what benefit packages they want, 401(k) investment options and everything. But then I have a merge form for each option individually like just health insurance because an employee might want to make a change to just one of those benefits like the birth of a child. There wouldn't be any reason to fill out the 401(k) part for that. The problem I have is that I need to create multiple workflows that are…

Vary timeout for Concurrent Licenses vs Named
We have a mixed license environment where we have traded some Concurrent Licences to Named Licenses. The Time-Out setting affects all licenses. We want the Named Licenses to never time-out.

Control (Assign user etc.) user licenses (User License, WF License) remotely with API on DocuWare Cloud
The customer has many users and has a mixture of user licenses and WF licenses. It takes a lot of time to control this by mouse operation with Web Configuration.
