Allow text annotations on documents within DocuWare mobile app.
It would be nice to be able to add text annotations to the document face within the mobile app (not just stamps).

Gewünscht ist eine NTLM Authentifizierung in der Mobil APP, damit durchgehend ein Passwort und evtl. SSO für Tablets verwendet werden kann.

die Elemente „Anmerkungen“, „Werkzeuge“ und „Anzeige“ in der mobilen App zur Verfügung stehen.
Gerade für die Unterschriftenfunktion sind diese Elemente essenziell.
Ohne Anmerkung kann man keine Unterschriften setzen (nur ganz rudimentär einen Namen setzen, was aber der eigentlichen Funktion nicht genügt).Weiterhin ermöglichen die Elemente Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten, welche im Browser einfach schlecht oder nur minimalistisch dargestellt werden. Beispielsweise eine einfache handschriftliche Notiz, ein herauskopieren von Texten oder ein schnelles Drucken.
Die Unterschriftenmöglichlkeit ist letztendlich gut angedacht, aber nicht zu Ende geplant.

Allow clipping documents to documents in a workflow on Mobile
Mobile users participating in a workflow may need to add photos or other documents when they approve or reject requests. The app offers the Clip function but it does not work.

Allow enable or disable of individual users to use Mobile
The ability to disable users from using Mobile. Any user if they can connect to the company intranet can set up Mobile by scanning the config page. It will be helpful to be able to have a group that can be assigned to a user to allow or disallow mobile set up, or a check box per user to allow or disallow users.

Dazu nutzen Sie die “Teilen”-Funktion und wählen z.B. die installierte OneDrive-App aus.

Bezeichnung der Überschrift in der Trefferliste in DW Mobile App
Die "Überschrift" bzw. die Bezeichnung der jeweiligen Treffer in der Mobile App oder auch im WEC wird durch die Option "Dokumentname" im Archiv bestimmt.
Diese Bezeichnung sollte losgelöst von dieser Option sowie auch losgelöst von der Ablage der Dokumente für verschiedene Ergebnislisten separat definiert werden können.3 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. iPad/iPhone - downloads from WebClient that are zipped cannot be opened when zip contains multiple formats
Scenario: user working on iPad - reads email previously stored in DW and wants to reply or forward this mail. This does not work when the zipped file contains multiple formats (i.e. an msg and a pdf). It would significally enhance the options of working with DW Mobile if this could be solved.

Paper Scan on android : a standalone version which does not require to install docuware mobile app
It would be more simple to use paper as a standalone applicaition scan without installing the docuware app to connect to a cloud and send the scanned files.

Filter für Aufgabenlisten / Mobile Apps
Die Filtermöglichkeiten der Mobile-App sollten dem Web-Client (Dorp-Down Menü) angelehnt werden. Zum Beispiel ein Filter für die verschiedenen WorkFlow-Aktivitäten oder Index-Werte.
Aktuell ist es nur möglich auf,- und absteigend, nach vordefinierten Index-Werten zu sortieren.

Standardtitel anpassen
man sollte eine Option haben, dass das gescannte Element automatisch einen Titel bekommt, den man mit Datums und Uhrzeitstempel versehen kann und beliebig anordnen, dür meine Zwecke bspw das Format 20200217_Beleg1

Allow adding in an expense that doesn’t accompany a receipt. Submitting mileage for personal vehicles, or daily rates that are added.

Workflow Historie auch in der Apple APP
Vor einer Entscheidung per Stempel in der App z.B. Zahlungsfreigabe, müsste es die Möglichkeit geben, die Workflowhistorie mit allen Einträgen durchzugehen. Nur so können Einzelheiten der Vorentscheidungen herausgefunden werden, da die vom System aufgeberachten Stempel in der App noch schwerer zu lesen sind als im Web-Client.

Suche nach Ablagedatum ohne Zeitangabe (Android)
In der DocuWare Mobile App (Android) ist es nicht möglich nur nach dem Ablagedatum zu suchen. In einem zweiten Feld muss immer eine Uhrzeit ausgewählt werden. Es sind also immer zwei Controls auszufüllen um nur nach einem Datum zu suchen. Bitte als Default einfach 00:00 Uhr annehmen.
Unter iOS ist das Ablagedatum ein Date-Time-Control, sodass mit der Datumsauswahl automatisch auch eine Zeit angenommen wird.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee.
