  1. Dynamic Result Dialogs

    Abitily to have a Result Dialog or another, BASED ON RULES. This would display the necessary metadata for different document types. Contracts, Invoices...

  3. add an option to show the size of the file cabinet

    as windows when I click right-click inside the folder or on the folder itself, I believe will be savvy option to be added along with the option of limiting the size of the document tray and the file cabinet

  4. Clipping from an external file cabinet

    We have a file cabinet, Job Tracking, whose documents are packets that develop as manufacturing occurs. For example, templates are clipped at different general tasks in the workflow.

    It would be great to keep the templates in another FC and be able to clip them in from there.

    REQUEST:
    Create the ability to clip a document from one file cabinet to a document in another FC.

  7. Alle Einstellungen beim Archiv-Kopieren übertragen

    Derzeit werden über ein normales kopieren nur die Datenbankfelder übernommen.
    Beim Weg über den Export und Erstellung einer XML-Datei werden zumindest einige Einstellungen wie Archivprofile etc. übernommen. An dieser Stelle wäre es super, wenn auch die Feldeinstellungen wie z.B. "nicht leer" etc. und alle hinterlegten Auswahllisten mitgenommen werden.

  8. Einführung neuer Variablen für Filter und Aufgabenlisten

    Ein Kunde will via TaskManager einen ER-Workflow anlegen.
    Der ER-Workflow hat 5 Schritte und läuft pro Abteilung (Gruppe) gleich ab.
    Es gibt 7 Abteilungen, d.h. es müssen 5 x 7 Aufgabenlisten angelegt werden.

    Unser Wunsch ist es, dass es neben der bereits verfügbaren Variable "Currentuser…"
    auch eine Variable "CurrentGroup" und "CurrentRole" gibt.

    Damit ließe sich die gleiche Anforderung mit nur 5 Aufgabenlisten abbilden,
    was sicherlich alle DocuWare-User freuen würde.
