Aktuelle DocuWare Version in der Konfiguration anzeigen lassen
Da man nicht bei jedem Kunden eine (freie) Lizenz für den Admin hat, wäre es hilfreich, dass man "Über DocuWare" bzw. die DocuWare Version auch in der Konfiguration anzeigen lassen könnte.

Briefkorb und Viewer über URL Integration in einem Fenster anzeigen
Wenn man über den URL Creator den "Integration Type" auswählen will, gibt es für Briefkörbe nur die Möglichkeit, den Briefkorb alleine anzuzeigen. Möchte man dann ein Dokument ablegen, öffnet sich der Ablagedialog im Briefkorb-Fenster, der Viewer allerdings in einem Pop Up. Klickt man jetzt ein Indexfeld im Ablagedialog an, verschwindet das Pop Up oftmals im Hintergrund. Gerade für One Click Indexing ist das ziemlich nervig.
Es wäre sinnvoller, wenn Briefkorb und Viewer in einem Fenster laufen würden, so wie in anderen "Integration Types" wie der Suche mit Viewer, oder der Task List mit Viewer.

The stamps been used for decision-making in Docuware Workflow should be aligned from the first layer to the last layer in ascending order.

When a new user is added, assign a regular license, not a Workflow Read-Only license
The new Workflow Read-Only licenses in Cloud are great but they should be specifically assigned when needed instead of being the default. This causes confusion when new users are assigned to the correct roles and trays but then cannot access the trays or perform the expected tasks because they incorrectly received a limited license.

When doing the AD sync, currently there is not a way to Update the Docuware LoginID when that changes in AD.
AD uses the SID as the unique identifier so that the login name can be changed. There are many valid reasons that an AD login changes, however, Docuware requires that user account be deleted and recreated with the new ID. This is not a big deal for the occasional change, but what about when the organization wants to change ALL the AD Logins for the entire organization? I have more than one organization considering this right now.

Protokoll für die Öffnungen von Dokumenten ausschalten
Unter den Audit-Einstellungen kann man bisher nur die Docuement Events entweder aktivieren oder deaktivieren. Allerdings wollen viele Anwender schon die Änderungen am Dokument protokolliert haben, aber nicht jedes Mal wenn man ein Dokument öffnet. Das macht das Protokoll auch sehr unübersichtlich. Wenn man hier die Audit-Einstellungen einfach etwas erweitert und man im Detail auswählen kann welche Events protokolliert werden, das wäre sehr hilfreich.

Filterkriterium "Ist nicht gleich" filtert nicht leere Indexwerte
Ein Kunde hat bei uns nachgefragt, ob das Verhalten vom Regeleditor, dass die "Ist nicht gleich" Bedingung nicht die leeren Indexwerte filtert, ein Fehler ist.

Wäre es aber nicht besser, wenn leere Indexfilter ebenfalls durch die "Ist nicht gleich" Bedingung gefiltert werden, anstatt dass noch die "oder ist leer" Bedingung hinzugefügt werden muss.Als konkretes Beispiel beim Kunden:
Alle Dokumente sollten ausgegeben werden, welche im Feld "Ist Interco" nicht mit "Ja" befüllt sind.
Dies würde für mich auch Dokumente implizieren, welche im Feld "Ist Interco" keinen Wert enthalten, also "Ist Interco"…2 votes -
Add your own fonts
It would be very helpful if the office internal font could be added to DocuWare. In our case it would be the source sans pro font.

audit
I think is very important to put at least the source IP or hostname of the user in Audit Reports, because someone could steal the credentials of an user, but the source IP could give more details of where did it.

.dcm extension
We have a file type “.dcm” which is dicom file, which is not supported by docuware web client viewers, we upload this file to docuware
When we double click we get an error message, file type is not supported
when we right click and select “edit” the file open in the windows application which can view the file (we have an application to display the dicom files)
the question is : can we make for this file type only “.dcm” when we double click it open in windows application same as right click and select edit

Conditional Required Fields
Now a field is required or not.
In our case, HR needs to store a document and can choose to index through NAME, ID, EMPLOYEE ID... but I cannot make all required because it would defeat the idea of efficiency, but they should be allowed to fill AT LEAST 1 of the 3 to be valid.
Some sort of validation, that would allow only 1 of the 3 required fields to be indexed..??? just ideas...By the way, only 1 data field is required for us, since we have autoindex on the back fulfilling the rest of the fields. This…

Show document Count in Baskets by default
Very simple to show number of documents in each basket by default, instead of having to do a mouseover... in fact it is more interesting to view document count than size.
Furthermore, a summary with the total size and document count on top of the page would be great!

Add "Basket" as a Document Processing SOURCE.
Please add the ability to use the basket to send a document to a DOCUMENT PROCESSING configuration.
This could be easy for the user if it would show like adittional Store dialogs.
We send all attachments from an email account to a Basket, but those that should go to document processing.. have to be downloaded from the basket and uploaded to a folder..... not efficient.

Workflow und Autoindex starten option "enthält nicht"
Ich würde gern ein WF starten, wenn z.B. in unserem Indexfeld Kennzeichen keine - drinnen ist.
Es ist zwar Möglich immer ein WF zu starten und dann zu Prüfen ob ein - drin ist, aber dies würde Ressourcen umsonst verbrauchen.2 votes -
Variable bei fälligkeitsstatus
Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man nicht nur bei der Erinnerung, sondern auch bei den Fälligkeitseinstellungen eine Variable für den Zeitpukt auswählen könnte.

Aus geblendete Indexbegriffe in Listen, Suche, Ergebnis etc. sollten immer alphabetisch angezeigt werden

AutoIndex document condition preview when running a schedule
It would be helpful when creating a scheduled Auto Index job if after your conditions were set a query would run to tell you how many documents would be updated. This would prevent accidental updates of mass documents where conditions were not set correctly.

Tool Dokumentenverarbeitung Ordnerüberwachung Dateiendungen ausschließen
Bei der Ordnerüberwachung für den Import-Auftrag über die Desktop-Apps habe ich das Problem, dass Office-Dateien (in meinem Fall Excel) die gerade in einem überwachten Ordner von DocuWare abgespeichert, jedoch noch nicht geschlossen wurden, die temp.Datei in mein Ziel-Briefkorb geschoben wird, bevor die eigentliche xls.Datei gezogen wird. So legen die User schon mal die temp.Datei ab, die hinterher natürlich nicht über Excel bearbeitet werden kann.
Mir wäre es wichtig, dass bei der Konfiguration - Dokumentenverarbeitung entweder noch weitere Dateitypen zur Auswahl stehen oder, dass ich wenigstens mitgeben kann welcher Dateityp nicht über die Ordnerüberwachung durch die entsprechend ausgewählte Konfig gezogen werden…

Autoindex auch durch ein Archivereignis in einem anderen Archiv gestartet werden kann
Ein Autoindex sollte auch durch ein Archivereignis (neuer oder geänderter Datensatz) in einem anderen Archiv gestartet werden können.
Beispiel: neue Rechnung im Archiv Rechnungen soll Änderungen im Archiv Lieferschein machen. Ereignis ist neuer Datensatz in Rechnungen zu indizierendes Archiv ist Rechnungen2 votes -
Standardeinstellungen eines neuen User im Webclient
Es sollte möglich sein die Standardeinstellungen des Webclient auf die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens anzupassen.
Damit sind z .b. folgende Punkte gemeint:
- Stempel aktivieren
- Übersichte
- AnmerkungenAls alles was es im Bereich Viewer gibt, auch sollte es möglich sein das Tutorial zentral abzuschalten
