URL Integration; Download auch als PDF bei mehreren Dokumententypen
Mit Hilfe der URL Integration sollte es möglich sein, einen Download auch als PDF zu erhalten, auch wenn dieses Dokument aus mehreren Dokumententypen besteht.
Bisher wird bei mehreren Dokumenttypen immer ein Zip-File erstellt und dieses heruntergeladen.
Über den WebClient ist diese Funktionalität bereits möglich.
Der Integrations-Parameter p=[V,D] könnte auf p=[V,D,P,PA] erweitert werden.

Unterstützung von SFTP:22 in der DocuWare Cloud
Um Daten von z.B: einer DATEV ASP Lösung (Hostinglösung) in die DocuWare Cloud übertragen zu können, benötigt man einen SFTP Server mit Port 22. Es sollte daher möglich sein, den DocuWare Cloud FTP Speicher auch über SFTP zu erreichen. Siehe auch Supportfallnummer SR-168735-Y3L3F

Detect A Document With Base-64 Encoding And Decode It Before Displaying It
Many Third Party applications that do API integration want to use Base-64 encoding when transferring documents. Unfortunately, DocuWare does not decode the Base-64 before the document is stored. Therefore, it is desired to have the DocuWare web client support Base-64 and decode a document for display in the web client.
The specific use case that the client is seeing is a SalesForce implementation. SalesForce can only send the document using Base-64 encoding. In this case it is going through middle-ware that was built on the Oracle Service Bus. The client has decided to implement a workaround where the OSB application…

PlatformServices - API: Rückgabe von Stichwortfeldern
Derzeit werden bei der Anfrage (/DocuWare/Platform/FileCabinets/{fileCabinetId}/Documents?q={q}) von Dokumenten keine Stichwortfelder im Ergebenis mit zurückgegeben.
Diese sollten auch hier mit zurückgegeben werden, da man sonst extra jedes Dokument noch einmal separat anfragen und auswerten muss. (/DocuWare/Platform/FileCabinets/{fileCabinetId}/Documents/{id})

Append document in front from file system
Currently it is only possible to append documents in front of another, already archived document by having the documents which you want to append in a basket or filecabinet.
We would like to have the possibility to use a file from filesystem or simply a stream instead of uploading the file to a basket first.

DocuWarePlatformApi should exist as a .NET standard library
The DocuWarePlatformApi is currently a ".NET framework" library. It should exists as a ".NET standard" library for compatibility purposes.

Develop a new connector from Kodak Capture Pro (Kodak Alaris is interested in this also)
Kodak Capture Pro software used to have a connector to output indexed batches to DocuWare. That is no longer available. Many high volume scanning departments and service bureaus use Capture Pro. Kodak Alaris is interested in developing this again. A DWControl file format is probably the easiest and most easily understood way to accomplish this.

Add Webhooks to preconfigured solutions
At the moment webhooks are not saved to a preconfigured solution. That means that all webhooks will have to be put in place manually after installing the preconfigured solution.
This is a somewhat unexpected behaviour and installing all webhooks takes time and can lead to errors later on.

Attach file on the begin of existing Document via Platform API
Multiple customers want to see the last file attached to the existing document as the first in the viewer. This would make sense for a method similar to the existing AddDocumentSections, which adds new sections to the begin of the document.

URL Creator sollte Klartext empfangen können
Der Docuware URL Creator möchte übertragene Tagen als Base 64 Codierung , das ist nicht sinnig hier wäre es hilfreich wenn auch Klartext empfangen werden könnte

Dokument über URL zum bearbeiten öffnen
Es würde den Arbeitsablauf vereinfachen, wenn das Dokument nicht erst in DocuWare via URL zur Ansicht geöffnet werden bräuchte, sondern direkt via URL zum Bearbeiten geöffnet werden könnte.

Vorschau externer Daten in Autoindexer & Workflows
Im Autoindex kann man unter "Datenquelle konfigurieren" eine spezifische Tabelle auswählen.
Dort erhält man bereits eine Vorschau der Datenquelle.Wenn man jedoch bspw. verschiedene Tabellen miteinander joinen möchte, ist man gezwungen das über den SQL Part zu gehen.
Dort hat man zwar die Möglichkeit die Syntax der Query validieren zu lassen (existieren Felder XY in Tabelle Z), jedoch ist dort kein Preview vorhanden um die möglicherweise komplexe Verknüpfung mehrerer Tabellen datentechnisch ebenfalls validieren zu können.
Ebenso gibt es in den Workflows ebenfalls die Möglichkeit, bei Datenverbindungen diverse SQL Where clauses einzutragen.

Abitlity to use Response Header fields in Web Service activity within Workflow Designer
Hi,
Some external APIs returns data in the header of the response. It would be very practical to be able to access those data when attributing response to data in the Web Service activity of Workflow Designer.

Be able to decide which signers gets the signed document sent on email from ValidatedID
In validatedID you can send a document to signature to multiple signers.
And you can also get ValidatedID to sent the signed document to the signers afterwards.. But you can't in the current integrations select if all should get the signed document from ValidatedID. They support it in the API but its not implemented in the integration1 vote -
RV - Personalstammdaten - Kontrollmechanismen
Bei der vorkonfigurierte Lösung gibt es ein Archiv für Personalstammdaten in dem Rechte für Erstprüfer, Vorgesetzte und Besteller eingetragen werden.
Allerdings wird man nicht auf Fehler hingewiesen, bis es zu einem Workflow Fehler kommt, wenn der spezifische Fall eintritt.Beispiel:
- Wenn ich einem Besteller einen Vorgesetzten zuweisen und dieser Vorgesetzter nicht angelegt wird, werde ich nicht darauf hingewiesen. Oder wenn es doch angelegt wurde, ob dieser auch mehr Limit besitzt.Vor allem bei einem CSV-Import kann man die Regeln der Ablage-Dialoge nicht nutzen, welche zumindest Rechtschreibfehler verhindern würde.

Integration with Acumatica
We are migrating to Acumatica for our accounting system. There are multiple document management vendors that integrate with them. It would be great if DocuWare had an integration as well.

URL builder - IN statement
REQUEST:
Add the ability to use an "IN" statement when calling Docuware through URLs.REASON:
Queries will fail once you exceed the length limitation. It is not uncommon for us to have the query portion of the URL in the thousands of characters. The main cause is repetition of field names.EXAMPLE 1 (simple):
A query that currently looks like:
([documenttype]="FAI" or [documenttype]="FAI-R" OR [documenttype]="GMTX" OR [documenttype]="RECEIVER") [document_id] = "123"would be shortened to:
[documenttype] IN ("FAI","FAI-R","GMTX","RECEIVER") AND [documentid] = "123"

Generate MS Office files (Word/Excel)
It would be nice to generate MS Office files (like proposals) with pre-filled fields (like Company name, etc) from file cabinet to send it to customer.

Derzeit können die "Benutzer aus vertrauenswürdiger Anwendung" nur über die GAPI verwendet werden.
Dies sollte auch über die anderen Programmierschnittstellen, wie z. B. die Platform-Dienste, möglich sein.

Web-Briefkorb
Es sollte möglich sein, im Webbriefkorb über die Platform-Services ein Dokument an mehreren angegebenen Seiten zu splitten, da es in der Praxis eingescannte Dokumente mit mehreren Barcodes auf verschiedenen Seiten gibt. Diese müssten im Webbriefkorb am Barcode getrennt werden.
