Drucken mit Indexdaten
Wenn man ein Dokument druckt/ herunterlädt wäre es gut, wenn man dabei auch direkt die Indexdaten mit ausgeben lassen könnte.

Indexdaten nach Request ändern
Es wäre gut, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, das nach erfolgtem Request, ein zu definierendes Indexfeld geändert oder mit einer Information gefüllt werden könnte.

Zip the selected documents when multiple documents are selected to be attached to a message with the Send function
There is a request that includes selecting individual pages too. Though, it is not clear why this isn't done by default already. When multiple documents are selected for Download, they are zipped. Why do we download the whole file rather than zip it when they are to be attached to an e-mail?

Aus der DocuWare ein reduziertes PDF per E-Mail senden
Wir haben Kundenverträge als ausfüllbare PDFs in unserem Archiv gespeichert.
Der Grund: Wir verwenden das Modul "Formular", damit der Workflow ein paar Felder befüllen kann. Wenn wir den fertigen Vertrag schlussendlich per E-Mail mit unseren Kunden teilen, möchten wir ihnen allerdings ein reduziertes PDF senden.
Probleme bei nicht reduzierten PDFs:
- gewisse Browser können die bearbeitbaren Felder nicht anzeigen.
- Kunde kann das PDF einfach verändern2 votes -
Add nested option to rules for data export.
Would like to have the option for nested rules when exporting data. ie "and" conditions combined with "or" conditions.

Change data export preview to limit number of rows displayed
Please limit the number of rows displayed when previewing an export data configuration. It often times out forcing you to run the report to see the actual output, which can be time consuming on larger data sets.

Dokumentenexport aus DocuWare Request
Bei Aktenübergabe möchte der Empfänger eines DocuWare Requests die Daten gesammelt mit einem Klick exportieren können. Eine Mehrfachauswahl in der Listenansicht funktioniert nicht.

Mit dem DW Printer den Dateinamen anpassen
Es sollte möglich sein, mit dem DW Printer den Dateinamen der gedruckten Datei anzupassen.
Aktuell verwendet der DW Printer den Dateinamen der Word Datei und fügt hinter diesen noch ein .pdf an, dies führt zu langen bzw. unschönen Dateinamen. Diese werden dann angezeigt, wenn aus DocuWare eine E-Mail mit dieser Datei versendet wird.
Das Verhalten tritt besonders dann auf wenn in DocuWare "Musterdokumente" abgelegt sind und auf diese per Bearbeiten zugegriffen wird z. B. Protokollvorlage. Die Änderung am Dokument werden dann per Printer in DW abgelegt um das Muster nicht zu verändern.

Es wäre schön, wenn man beim Herunterladen zwischen Layern auswählen könnte
Wenn man z.B: zwei Layer nutzt, ist auf einem der Buchhaltungsstempel und auf dem anderen eine firmeninterne Notiz. Es wäre schön, wenn man hier beim herunterladen zwischen den Layern auswählen könnte, da sich auch manchesmal das Geschriebene überlappt, weil nicht jeder Nutzer des Workflows alle Layer zur Verfügung hat, bzw. Zugang hat. Dann wird es bei allen Layern sonst teilweise beim Herunterladen leider unübersichtlich.

Docuware Export Tool
Have the ability to Save "Output Location" directory Path in the Docuware Export Tool without having to click on "Perform Export Now".
This would be handy to have because there a re times you need to set a directory but want to export any files yet.2 votes -
Mail versand
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren
Toll wär es wenn man beim Export/Versand per Mail, einen Text hinterlegen kann, sodass man die RG zukünftig aus dem DocuWare versendet könnte.

Set up role or group to have restricted only download in PDF file format
Ability to set users to only be able to download documents in PDF format irrelevant of their original format they was unloaded in
The document will still be stored as it was uploaded however certain groups that are read only would only be able to download PDFs

Hyperlinks in der Dokumentenverarbeitung(DouwarePrinter)
Beim drucken über den DocuwarePrinter kann man zusätzlich eine Mail versenden, hier kann man leider keine Hyperlinks im Mailtext nutzen, dies wäre aber sehr hilfreich

Meta Daten ausdrucken
Unser Kunde wünscht sich Meta Daten ausdrucken zu können.
Idee wäre dann, dass man im Kontextmenü "Drucken" noch eine weitere Auswahl zu Verfügung hat: "Als PDF ohne Anmerkungen mit Metadaten".

Nicht alle Stichwort-Felder in DocuWare Request anzeigen
Nicht standardmässig alle Stichwortfelder im DocuWare Request mitgeben.
Heute werden standardmässig alle im Archiv verwendeten Stichwortfelder in der Detailsuche im Request angezeigt. Es sollte eine Funktion (z.B. Suchmaske) mitgegeben werden können, damit nur die ausgewähtlen Felder im DocuWare Request angezeigt werden.2 votes -
DocuWare Printer-Einstellungen erfassbar beim Drucken
Beim Drucken mit DocuWare Printer soll das Druckformat mit übergeben werden können. Wenn vorher ein Dokumente ausserhalb von DocuWare auf einen physischen Drucker im A4 quer gedruckt wird, druckt nacher DocuWare Printer auch im A4-quer-Format statt hoch und es wird nur das halbe Dokument archiviert.

Export costumer data into WORD forms for a letter out
Many users like to export the name, subject and other data into a WORD forms so they can write an letter out to customers. At this moment they have to work with to screens
