2. Rename the "Extraction" function

   For many users the term "Extraction" (in french) is not really eloquent.
   It seems be better to call this function "Révision du document" (in french too).
   it will be juste a corrective to apply in the dictionary.

   Thank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

3. Ausdruck / Download einer Personalakte

   Wir haben manchmal die Anforderung, dass eine gesamte bzw. Teile einer Personalakte für Externe (z.B. Anwälte) in Form eines Ausdrucks oder im Dateiformat zur Verfügung gestellt werden muss.
   Aktuell gestaltet sich das aufgrund einer nicht vorhandenen Funktion als zeitlich sehr aufwendig, da max. 100 Dokument in einem Schritt heruntergeladen werden können. Oftmals gibt es bezüglich der Größe Beschränkungen.
   Ich schlage eine Funktion für den Druck der Personalakte eines Mitarbeiters vor, wobei die vorhandenen (ausschließlich mit Dokumenten befüllte) Ordner gelistet werden und man dann komplett oder selektiv anklicken kann, welche Dokumente heruntergeladen werden sollen. Außerdem sollte zwischen den Menüpunkten Druck und Download zu wählen sein. Beim Download wäre eine Auswahl der maximalen Größe sinnvoll, damit die Akte in Pakete gepackt wird, die eine gewisse Größe nicht überschreiten, da es oftmals Beschränkungen gibt (Email z.B. max Größe 10 MB). Wünschenswert wäre auch eine Formatauswahl wie z.B. .zip und ein Passwortschutz.

5. Allow printing of multiple items from the Multiple File Cabinet Result list.

   Allow printing of multiple items from the Multiple File Cabinet Result list. You have to copy them to a basket first in order to print them all at once.

   However, you are able to print multiple documents from a standard result list / Task list, just not a Multiple FC result list.

6. Print direct to printer

   I would like to be able to print documents direct to a printer without having first to print them as a pdf.

   Presently I need to print a document to pdf and then send it to the printer from my pdf viewer. Additionally, each document printed in this way leaves a window open in my pdf viewer, and these need to be closed manually rather than being closed once the instruction to print on a printer has been sent.

   It also means that if I am viewing the document in DocuWare it is being loaded twice, once in DocuWare's own viewer and once as a pdf document. We have also tried printing from the web browser direct but this picks up any toolbars etc. being displayed.
