Adding more document format via the viewer
Hi all,
It will be great to expand DocuWare market in order to add aditonal format to the viewer. See attachment with file I need.

Add the ability to adjust the layout of the preview pane to be above or below the tray.
To better fit on a Portrait mode monitor, please add a setting to the preview pane to switch it from being next to the tray to being either below or above the tray. This will allow for a much higher density of information in a single window with the preview pane when viewing on a portrait monitor, which is popular for document viewing.

Archive EML files in Docuware with attachment
Our company wants a very necessary feature. We consider it necessary that if we want to archive an email, this is done completely and thus legally secure. The EML file should be placed with attachment in Docuware and be visible in the Viewer with multiple pages. We ask you to integrate this feature. Sincerely, F. Tasche Himmel u. Bei Nutzung der Anzeige eines Dokuments im separaten Viewer - dieses Fenster nicht immer in den Vorderungrund geht, wenn ich Beispielsweise ein anderes Dokument aus dem Basket heraus ablegen möchte.
Denn sonst wird bei der Ablage immer das separat geöffnete Dokument angezeigt, welches mit der ABlage nichts zu tun hat.2 votes -
improve iconography
For a quick overview, would it be possible to improve the iconography of the results list? To know:
- the icon "document with trombone" already exists.
- The document format also exists.
- Missing the indication of an annotated document.
- Missing the indication of a stapled document.

Touch-Modus funktioniert nicht
Der Touch-Modus wäre für die Betrachtung von großen Planunterlagen sehr hilfreich. Aufgrund eines programmtechnischen Fehlers funktioniert dieser nicht. Wenn man den Modus voreinstellt und DocuWare erneut startet, passiert nichts. Wird der Modus nach Aufruf eines Dokumentes und Anzeige im Viewer aktiviert, lädt DocuWare komplett neu. Folglich muss das Dokument wieder neu geladen werden, Touch-Modus trotzdem nicht in Funktion.

Using keyword field in windows explorer client
Hi,
We use Docuware to store a lot of data, and we use windows explorer client to access them. Each document as several Keyword field.
We want to use this keyword field in the windows Explorer. My document being in several virtual directory.

Im Web client die Überwachung bestimmter WF ausblenden
Es wäre super, wenn man die Überwachung von WF vorübergehend auch im Web-Client ausblenden kann, so wie es mit den Briefkörben funktioniert ohne den Controller aus dem WF löschen zu müssen. Gerade als Admin sehe ich wahnsinnig viele Aufgaben in der Überwachung, die mich aber temporär nicht interessieren. Ein schnelles Ein- und Ausblenden wäre hier hilfreich.

Mobile App
For the sales team, mobile Docuware could be a game changer for providing better customer service! Please add the ability to view my tray, share/send documents, and apply filtering options. The search option is great, but it would be valuable to see a list of documents.

Document trays is already planned for one of the next releases, sharing documents for one release further down. -
Be able to copy text boxes
A great time saver would be to be able to copy text boxes and be able to edit them with a double click

Übersicht nach Dokumentwechsel standardmäßig aufgeklappt
Es wäre schön wenn nach dem Aufklappen der Übersicht eines Dokumentes beim Wechsel zum nächsten Dokument die Übersicht auch schon aufgeklappt wäre.
Man könnte dann sofort sehen, wieviele Seiten das Dokument enthält und könnte die Seiten gezielt anklicken.
Im Moment muss man jedes Dokument neu aufklappen, was sehr mühsam sein kann.2 votes -
allow filters on stamp configuration
Currently, some of my customers have a ton of stamps with no way to sort other than get into the admin tool.
Would like to maybe add a filter such as the ones allowed for Related Docs. That way you can tie the appearance of particular stamps to rely on the metadata of the document. (INVOICE doctype would show AP related stamps)

Bei Verknüpfung als Button sollte direkt der Name der Verknüpfung angezeigt werden wenn nur eine besteht
Man hat in einer Ergebnisliste die Möglichkeit die Verknüpfungen als Button einzufügen. Hier muss man dann jedoch erst draufklicken und dann die entsprechende Verknüpfung auswählen. Wenn es nur 1 Verknüpfung gibt, wäre es gut, wenn man die auch direkt auswählen könnte.

Stempelfelder vorbelegen
Hallo,
Stempelfelder sollten, auch wenn diese keine Archicfeld füllen vorbelegbar sein.
Wenn man z.B. eine Auswahlliste (Ja/Nein) angibt, könnte das System automatisch "Ja" vorschlagen.2 votes -
Limit list of stamp with values of a fields
When you have many stamp it is difficult for the user to know which to choose. The list should be limited according to, for example, the type of document or its state etc.

Indexfeld bei nicht gefüllten Formularfeld auf Stempel nicht leeren, bzw. bereits gefülltes Indexfeld im Formularfeld des Stempels vorbelegen.

Drehung der Dokumentanzeige für Viewer ohne Dokumentveränderung speichern
Die Drehung einer Seite im Viewer sollte sich ohne ein erneutes Speichern des Dokuments als Metainformation für den Viewer speichern lassen (neues Systemfeld?). Auf diese Weise bleibt das Dokument unverändert und revisionssicher abgelegt.
