Allow page deletion after a document has been stored into the file cabinet.
It would be nice if you could delete and organize pages after they have been stored into the file cabinet. This function should be available in your tray as well.

Viewer-Position bei mehreren Bildschirmen auch auf dem Nicht-Primär-Monitor merken
Wenn man die Option wählt, dass der Viewer in einem Extra-Fenster aufgehen soll, (zweite Option), dann merkt sich Docuware (Stand derzeit 6.7) auf dem Primär-Monitor die Viewer-Position, was sehr angenehm ist. Wunsch wäre es aber, den Viewer auf dem rechten Monitor zu haben, der nicht Primär-Monitor ist und dass sich Docuware auch hier die Position merkt. Hier öffnet der Viewer derzeit wahllos.

Stamp Restriction
Enabling Stamp restrictions not just to file cabinet but also to certain Tasklist would allow for a work flow to stay conistant withou breaking out of the workflow process by Stamping something "Entered" for example before it should be. Such as being stamped entered before the document has been approved or verified.

Deny users to create a "Personal Stamp".
Currently, Any user can create a personal stamp and update the document(s) metadata without any validation.
From the Configuration page, "Configure Stamp" permission under functional profile doesn't affect "Personal Stamps", and the user will still have the permissions to create stamps and use it.
In the case we have a workflow process with one task contain two decisions (Approved, Rejected), the decision will affect "status" filed to be updated as (approved, rejected).

Viewer soll sich nicht schließen wenn Aufgabe geöffnet und man dann in einen anderen Bereich wechselt
Wenn man über die Aufgaben ein Dokument im Viewer geöffnet hat und dann bspw. auf Verknüpfungen geht oder auf die Suche, schließt sich direkt das Dokument, obwohl noch kein neues ausgewählt wurde.
Viele Nutzer stört dieses Verhalten.

Hyperlink Page of Document in DocuWare Web Client
It would be nice to be able to link any page of a document in DocuWare web client to a website. For example, if you are attaching a tracking page from ups.com, it would be nice to click on that page and pull up the same information on ups.com.

Stamps historic
We would like the possibility to list the stamps on a document on the tool bar of documents. We highly uses stamps on documents during workflows. Our documents have generally more than 5 stamps and therefore the 1st page as well as the stamps themselves are hardly readable.

Es wäre schön wenn ein virtuelles Lineal bzw. Balken im Dokument anwählbare wäre, der nach belieben auf dem Dokument verschoben werden kann
wir haben oft das Problem, dass beim Abtippen unserer Bestellungen mit vielen Artikelnummern, leicht der Überblick verloren geht. Hier wäre ein virtueller Balken oder ein virtuelles Lineal hilfreich, dieses auf dem Dokument in alle Richtungen verschoben werden kann. Zum Beispiel: Man bearbeitet den 1. Artikel, man zieht das Lineal unter diese Zeile, ist dieser bearbeitet, zieht man es unter den 2. Artikel, usw.

Trennen von geklammerten Dateien
Es sollte möglich sein auch geklammerte Dokumente mit dem "trennen" Button voneinander zu trennen. Bisher ist dies nur bei gehefteten Seiten möglich.
Anwendungsfall: Es wurde ein Dokument in der falschen Reihenfolge geklammert und aus diesem Grund in den Briefkorb ausgecheckt. Hier muss nun das gesamte Dokument entklammert werden, wobei die Reihenfolge zwar bei der Version 6.7 bestehen bleibt, aber es bei vielen Dateien unübersichtlich wird. Hier wäre es praktischer, wenn man mit dem "trennen" Button an einer bestimmten Stelle das Dokument entklammern könnte.(wie bei den gehefteten Dokumenten)

Per Doppelklick ein Programm öffnen
Es sollte möglich sein per Doppelklick im WebClient ein Programm zur Anzeige öffnen. Früher konnte man dies pro Dateiendung (z.B. XLS, DOC...) über die Administration einstellen (Für Anzeige- / Beabreitungsprogramm). Heute kann man nur mit Rechtsklick / Bearbeiten das Bearbeitungsprogramm öffnen, welches der Dateiendung in Windows hinterlegt ist. Der Doppelklick mit linker Maustaste ist derzeit nicht konfigurierbar.

Passwortgeschützte PDFs im Viewer anzeigen
Beim Versuch ein Passwortgeschütztes PDF zu öffnen bekommt man aktuell nur die Meldung dass das Dokument verschlüsselt ist und ein Passwort gebraucht wird.
Meine Idee wäre. Wenn man versucht eine verschlüsselte PDF-Datei im Viewer anzuzeigen sollte man eine Passwortabfrage für die Datei bekommen.
aktuell müsste man die Datei in dem Originalformat herunterladen und dann öffnen.

Werkzeug zum Anfügen einer Blanko- oder Vorlagenseite als weitere Datei
Insbesondere bei dicht bedruckten oder auch dicht bestempelten Dokumenten (z.B. Eingangsrechnungen) ist häufig nur schwer Platz für längere Anmerkungen und Erklärungen zu finden, die für den weiteren Prozess notwendig sind. Ebenso sind einige Anmerkungen nur für den internen Gebrauch bestimmt und sollten daher nicht direkt auf dem Hauptdokument angebracht werden.
Mit dem Werkzeug, das z.B. als neues Anmerkungswerkzeug, öffnet sich ein Auswahlmenü, das verschiedene Vorlagendokumente (und eine Blanko-Seite) zur Auswahl anbietet. Die ausgewählte Vorlage wird sofort nach der Auswahl als neue Datei an das aktuelle Dokument angehängt und kann dann mit den ABC-Werkzeugen oder als Excel-/Word-Datei bearbeitet werden.

Kontierungsstempel
Nachdem die Buchhaltung eine Rechnung kontiert hat, sollten die Angaben der Kontierung in einem Stempel auf dem Dokument erscheinen. Am besten als Tabelle (Buchhalterische Kontierstempel).

Im DocuWare Viewer sollte es möglich sein Links aufzurufen
Es wäre schön wenn man Links im Dokument aus dem DocuWare Viewer heraus aufrufen könnte.

When the user edit index entries of a document, it would be much more easier if this document were automatically opened in the viewer.
Indeed, when the user processes invoices that are all similar but different, he can easily have an invoice opened in the viewer that is not the one he is modifying and do not realize it. This is a source of error.Thank you.

Ich schlage vor, dass die Anmerkungsebene nicht nur für die Stempel aus bzw. eingeblendet werden kann - sondern auch für das Dokument.
Da teilweise so viele Stempel auf einem Dokument vorhanden sind, wäre es vom Vorteil auch nur die Stempel sehen zu können. Die Funktion aus bzw. einblenden von Dokumenten wäre hilfreich.

Pre-load upcoming pages in web viewer so pages load instantly
When a document is opened in the web viewer, it can take a while to render each page. Instead of waiting until the user clicks "Next page", the viewer should pre-download the next few pages in the background. This way, when the user clicks the Next Page button, the page can be displayed instantly.
This would make navigating documents much quicker/simpler for the users. Presenting content to the user as quickly as possible, even if it causes unnecessary bandwidth, is a primary concern of any CMS. It should be just as fast as browsing photo albums on popular social networking…

Remember the last used annotation after moving to next/previous document
In the web client when you choose an annotation such as the "Write text on overlay" it does not remember the last used annotation function after changing pages. The windows client would remember the last function and not require the user to continually click the same function over and over again. This becomes very frustrating when working on a large batch of files. Please see the attached file for a detailed walk through of the problem.

stempel automatisch
Bei uns wird das Zahldatum von unserer FiBu-Software bereits jetzt an DocuWare zurückgespielt und in ein Indexfeld geschrieben. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt ist jedoch der Workflow bereits beendet (da bereits final geprüft). Ein Vorschlag wäre, dass auch bei automatischem Füllen von Indexfelder ein Setzen eines Stempel ohne manuellen Eingriff möglich ist. Anwendungsbeispiele neben dem Zahldatum sind dann zum Beispiel Eingangsdatum von Rechnungen.
