Suche Tabellenspalten wie Stichwortlisten
In DocuWare lässt sich in einer Suche nach Stichwort-Feldern suchen.
Was uns fehlt, ist es auch nach Tabellenspalten (welche auch nur Stichwort-Felder sind) suchen zu können.Als Beispiel gibt es in RV die Splitbuchungstabelle, in der man nach dem Buchungstext bzw. nach den Sachkonten suchen können möchte.

Implement AI-based natural language search functions to browse documents
AI offers the possibility to search among documents in natural language. This would be valuable, because we observe that users tend to request expert-users for help in searching theirs documents, that they struggle to find.
Of course, non-generative AI (e.g. Prisme.AI) that would be able not to find, instead of inventing / creating.1 vote -
„Letzte Seite“-Button zeigt nur max. Seite 100 der Ergebnisliste an
In der DocuWare Ergebnisliste gibt es die Möglichkeit, direkt zur letzten Seite zu springen.
Tatsächlich wird jedoch maximal die 100. Seite geöffnet.
Wenn mehr als 100 Seiten vorhanden sind, kann man lediglich über den Pfeilbutton „Nächste Seite“ einzeln weiter navigieren. Der Pfeilbutton „Letzte Seite“ wird nach der 100. Seite ausgegraut und ist nicht mehr nutzbar.1 vote -

Searching for a negated value, meaning that in DocuWare we want to find documents whose metadata does NOT contain a specific value.

Es sollten mehrere Indexfelder für die Suche unter Highlight Search vordefiniert werden.

Export to Excel file
Currently we have the option to Export to CSV file. In our environment we work with file type: .xlsx
Is it possible to add an option to Export as Excel file as when you use the CSV list and you update information, you lose your changes and are forced to first store it as an .xlsx file before editing.1 vote -
Löschen von zero-width space vor Suchbegriffen
So wie auch Leerzeichen vor einem Suchbegriff in der Suche automatisch entfernt werden, sollten auch ähnliche Zeichen wie bspw. zero-width spaces automatisch entfernt oder beim Erstellen der Suchergebnisse ignoriert werden.
Da es bei uns teilweise vorkommt, dass beim Kopieren aus Dokumenten ein Leerzeichen oder zero-width space mit kopiert und in die Sucheingabe eingefügt wird. Spaces vor einem Suchbegriff werden bei der Suche ignoriert, allerdings funktioniert dies noch nicht für die zero-width spaces.Das gleiche Problem tritt beipielsweise auch beim Erstellen von neuen Einträgen in einem Archiv auf, wenn ein zero-width space aus einer anderen Quelle kopiert und damit der neue…

CRLF Delimited Value Search against a search field
Sometimes we are presented a list of Invoices / POD's we need to search for, Using the current method you have to separate the values with OR, ie. Doc1 OR Doc2 OR.... (upto 7) It would be nice to paste in a CRLF delimited list into the search box for 2~200+ items

fulltext version 7.6 does not work searching on several indices with a space, without using "OR"
add the possibility of searching several indexes in all fields, e.g. 1234 1235 1236 without the need to enter "OR", e.g. 1234 OR 1235 OR 1236

Make the search field of the support portal automatically do wildcard searches
In the web client, you can set a field to automatically do wildcard searches. But when entering a support ticket, I always have to add an '*' as a prefix and as a suffix to try to find the correct type.

Auswahl der Filter nach Ergebnissen
Beim Filtern von Ergebnissen sollte im Filter bereits eine Vorauswahl zur Verfügung stehen, dass das Suchergebnis berücksichtigt.

Date Field Search Dialog - Predefined Entry using Calculated Value i.e. SQL DATEADD(Month,-1,GETDATE())
We have a large number of documents (some filecabinets > 15m documents) We would like to add variable predefined entry in the search dialog to Prevent users from doing open ended searches on large datasets. currently it only seems to support a static min date and max date.

Highlight Search Poor Performance
The new highlight search is a great new feature. However in its current implementation the performance is poor compared to a search dialog search on an exact string match.
For example.
A string search on our database for a customer reference in a regular search dialog takes around 0.3 seconds. A search using the new highlight search took 20 seconds!
I believe the issue is that the search type used in the new highlight search feature is using a LIKE query which in turn is also passed to the SQL database as a LIKE query also, making the database search…

Semantische Suche bzw Thesaurus Funktionen sind für anspruchsvollere Umgebungen wichtig, bspw. sollte „flavor“ und „flavour“ mit einem der beiden Begriffe gefunden werden.

Search Parameter for Length
If you are expecting a certain number of characters for a specific index field and you want to search for all the documents containing an index with that many characters. This could help people find improperly indexed values within their filing cabinets and allow for cleaner databases.

Add Employee Number in Name Search
Is there any way to add the employee number next to the name drop down when searching an employee? If I search Bob Smith, it will pull the files for all Bob Smiths in our system, but if you have the employee number next to the name it will be easier to populate just that one Bob Smith when searching.

Short-Cut für Suche Ändern aus der Ergebnis-Liste
Das geht leider nur per Maus. Hier wäre ein Short-Cut sehr hilfreich um noch eine weitere Anpassung schnell vornehmen zu können.

Name Feld kollidiert mit GooglePay
Wenn ich im Suchfeld bin, erkennt Google Chrome das "Name" Feld als Feld für eine Kreditkarte und schlägt mir immer vor meine Kreditkartendaten einzufügen.
Es wäre super, wenn das geändert werden könnte.

Add manual entry feature to Smart Connect
In our environment, the OCR portion of Smart Connect has proven to be extremely unreliable. We would like to request a feature where you can enter a Smart Connect key combination and a dialog window pops up into which you can manually enter a search term or phrase (such as a patient ID) and have a search performed using that term.

Mainly because there will be new funtionality with the next DocuWare Version 7.4 in Smart Connect and I believe this functionality will help you solving your desired use case. There will be a functionality where Smart Connect will not rely on OCR but search for the element you have highlighted in the software.
